[目的]筛选出川中丘陵区鲜食型和全粉加工型紫色甘薯适宜的种植品种.[方法]于2009-2014年,陆续引进23个紫色甘薯品种(品系),以‘南紫薯008’为对照,研究不同基因型紫色甘薯品种主要品质性状在川中丘陵区的变化.[结果]鲜食型品种以蒸煮食味优、干物率和淀粉含量适中、可溶性糖含量高为主要筛选指标,‘渝紫263、‘南紫薯008’和‘南紫薯014’的食味评分分列前3位,干物率27.52%~31.34%,淀粉17.20% ~22.17%,可溶性糖6.75%~ 10.38%,产量22 597 ~25 312 kg/hm2.全粉加工型品种以高花青素含量、高干物率,高产稳产为主要筛选指标,‘绵紫薯9号’、‘农林47’和‘徐紫薯3号’的花青素含量为40.76 ~53.93 rng/100 g FW,分列前3位,干物率32.43%~38.20%,产量18 295~ 31 850 kg/hm2,产量变异系数16.68%~21.71%.[结论]川中丘陵区紫色甘薯宜按用途分类推荐品种,‘渝紫263、‘南紫薯008’和‘南紫薯014’适宜做鲜食型紫色甘薯推广;‘绵紫薯9号’、‘农林47’和‘徐紫薯3号’适宜做全粉加工型紫色甘薯品种推广.%[Objective] This research aimed to select suitable purple sweetpotato varieties of fresh food type and sweetpotato granules processing type in hilly regions of middle Sichuan.[Method] In Jintang County of Sichuan,23 purple sweetpotato varieties (strains) have been introduced to analyze main quality characteristics changes with ' Nansishu 008' as control from 2009 to 2014.[Result] The good cooking and eating quality,moderate dry matter rate and starch content and high soluble sugar content could be used as main selecting indexes of purple sweetpotato varieties of fresh food type.The highest three taste valuation varieties were ' Yuzi 263',' Nanzishu 008' and ' Nanzishu 014'with the dry matter rate being 27.52 %-31.34 %,starch content being 17.20 %-22.17 %,soluble sugar content being 6.75 %-10.38 % and fresh tuber yield being 22 597-25 312 kg/hm2 High anthocyanidin content and dry matter rate,high and stable fresh tuber yield could be used as main selecting indexes of purple sweetpotato varieties of granules processing type.The highest three anthocyanidin content varieties were ' Mianzishu 9',' Nonglin 47' and ' Xuzishu 3' with the anthocyanidin content being 40.76-53.93 mg/100 g FW,dry matter rate being 32.43 %-38.20 %,fresh tuber yield being 18 295-31 850 kg/hm2 and coefficient of variation being 16.68 %-21.71%.[Conclusion] The purple sweetpotato varieties were suitable to be recommended according to their uses in hilly regions of middle Sichuan.' Yuzi 263',' Nanzishu 008' and ' Nanzishu 014' could be used as suitable fresh food varieties while ' Mianzishu 9','Nonglin 47' and ' Xuzishu 3' could be used as suitable granules processing varieties.
