摘要:
目的通过电路改进消除译码器构成的中规模组合电路中常出现的竞争冒险现象。方法在输出端增加门电路或者更换与非门电路。结果Multisim 14.0软件仿真结果显示,译码器所构成的组合逻辑电路竞争冒险现象可以有效消除。结论与接入RC电路相比,减少了波形的失真,避免了小电容选取困难,纯粹由数字电路器件构成,利用门电路便于集成,对整个电路信号传输影响较小。

Multisim仿真软件是电路分析和设计中常用的一种辅助手段,但若时序逻辑电路设计不当,因时延造成信号畸变,引发电路输出状态偏离原有的"轨道",将使得电路功能无法实现.因此,竞争冒险是时序电路设计中必须考虑的重要方面,加入复位电路设计,是解决时序逻辑电路测试生成问题的有效方法.

In general , ones perform analysis on the competition adventure with SSI small -scale combinational circuit in the literature.However, in fact, the middling-scale combinational circuit also often occur in the competition adventure .In this paper, as example, taking the composition 74LS151 and 74LS153 as function generator, by use of the Karnaugh maps and Multisim simulation software , the authors perform analysis on the multiplexer of competition adventure and obtain the results that if the multiplexer variable equal to the number of address terminals , there is no competition adventure;while the number of variables is greater than the number of multiplexer addresses end and the external circuit dose not need to be extended , there exist some competition adventure .If some external circuit needs to be extended to come into being the function and there is a tangent Karnaugh map , the competition adventure may occur .By combinations of the multiplexer and decoder combined with certain door closing circuit , the multivariable logic function can be realized .The method of [1] to eliminate competition adventure decoder is also suitable for multiplexer .%文献一般都是针对SSI小规模组合电路竞争冒险进行分析,实际上MSI中规模组合电路也会出现竞争冒险现象。司佑全,张学文在译码器竞争冒险及其处理的仿真分析(湖北师范学院学报(自然科学版),2015年第4期)分析了译码器竞争冒险,现以74LS151和74LS153组成函数发生器为例,利用卡诺图和Multisim仿真软件来分析数据选择器的竞争冒险,得到数据选择器变量数等于地址端数时,不存在竞争冒险;变量数大于数据选择器地址端数,当不需要扩展外部电路时也不存在竞争冒险;当需要扩展外部电路实现所得函数,卡诺图中存在相切的卡诺圈时可能会出现竞争冒险。利用数据选择器和译码器进行一定的组合再结合相关门电路就能实现多变量逻辑函数。

In this paper, the cause, that measurement accuracy of the equal-precision frequency measurement meter is far lower than the theoretical value and it is varied with measured frequency , is analyzed .The researched results show that there is a race-hazard in the falling edge of the actual signal and the rising edge of the measured signals of the synchronous gate circuit that is used commonly , and the frequency measurement precision is influenced by the re-sulting interference impulse .In order to solve the problem , several improved design solutions for synchronous gate cir-cuit are brought forward .These proposed schemes are tested and the results demonstrate that there is no interference impulse.The measurement accuracy of the equal-precision frequency measurement meter with improved synchronous gate circuit is in agreement with the theoretical value very well .So the equal-precision frequency measurement can be realized.%分析研究了等精度测量频率计的测量精度远低于理论值并且随被测信号频率变化而变化的原因,结果发现目前常见的等精度频率计的同步门电路在实际闸门下降沿和被测信号上升沿存在竞争冒险,产生的干扰脉冲影响了测量精度。针对此问题提出了几种同步门电路的改进设计。测试结果表明,改进后的几种同步门电路,不存在竞争冒险。采用改进后同步门电路的频率计,测量精度接近理论值,实现了等精度测量。

本实用新型提供一种竞争冒险发生器,包括异或门电路、n个D触发器、n个反相器、依次串接的n根延迟线、时钟端和输出端,异或门电路的输出连接输出端,时钟端经过依次串接的i根延迟线后作为第i个D触发器的时钟,D触发器的输出经过反相器后,一路作为异或门电路的一个输入,另一路作为同一D触发器的输入;其中i=1,2,3,……,n。本实用新型还提供一种竞争冒险发生系统。本实用新型使竞争冒险发生器能够产生随机性良好的毛刺信号成为可能,有助于利用其构建能够产生具备良好随机性的真随机数的真随机数发生系统。
