    • 摘要: 现代战场环境复杂多样,传统单一纵火功能的燃烧弹已经无法满足军队的作战需求.研制一种既可对油料、被服、粮食库、弹药场等实施纵火,又能通过穿甲打击油料贮存设备、指挥中心设备、发射车辆、通信枢纽、机动平台的功能复合型燃烧弹药来满足现代作战需求.该功能复合型燃烧弹采用子母弹结构,不依赖于撞击引燃,利用抛爆式设计,应用了自主研发的新型高效燃烧剂,大胆尝试使用新型材料,实现了其穿甲、纵火、杀伤复合功能.为我军提供了"顶用"的装备,提升了作战效能,扩展了作战领域,高精度、高水准实现了战技指标,能适应现代化战争对燃烧弹的多种需求.引领燃烧弹药设计的方向,功能复合型为特种弹药的发展指引了方向,在某种程度上提供了一体化解决方案.

    • 摘要: 为了解弹体对砂卵石靶的穿甲性能,文中设计了弹体正穿甲铝板-砂卵石组合靶试验,并开展了不同速度下两种级配的试验研究.分析了靶板背面铝板的破孔形状、穿甲过程高速摄影及靶板不同位置的应变响应数据.结果 表明:在同一速度下,级配不同,开孔尺寸不同,说明卵石级配对于穿甲的破坏程度有一定的影响;同一级配下,弹体速度越大,卵石质量损失量越大.与混凝土等连续介质不同的是,由于砂卵石的流动性,在卵石靶穿甲过程中,靶前后坑破孔处均会出现卵石喷射的现象,弹体速度越大喷射流量越大.

    • 摘要: 为研究平头弹低速冲击下薄钢板的穿甲破坏机理,开展了一系列弹道试验.对比分析了不同初始速度下的弹体变形以及靶板破坏模式.采用非线性有限元分析ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件,对弹靶作用过程进行了数值模拟.根据试验结果确定了碟形区最终变形挠度的拟合函数,在此基础上对弹体和靶板的塑性变形能进行了理论分析,同时利用能量守恒原理建立了平头弹低速侵彻薄钢板的剩余速度计算模型.结果表明:平头弹低速侵彻下会发生一定程度的墩粗变形;平头弹低速侵彻下靶材主要为拉伸与剪切混合失效,靶板相应的失效模式为带有碟形变形的拉伸与剪切混合失效模式;弹体剩余速度的理论模型与试验结果吻合较好,有效地验证了该理论模型的适用性.%The ballistic tests were carried out to explore the failure modes of target impacted by the blunt projectile.The deformation of of projectiles and the damage modes of targets at different initial velocities were analyzed.The interaction between projectile and target is simulated using ANSYS/LS-DYNA for analyses of penetration mechanism.The fitting curve of final target deformation in the dishing area was acquired according to the test results.The plastic deformation energies of projectile and target are analyzed,and a simplified analytical model for residual velocity is proposed based on principle of conservation of energy.It is shown that mushrooming deformation is observed in the projectile.The target material fails due to sheering and stretching,and accordingly the failure modes of targets are global dishing deformation with local sheering and tensile failures.The residual velocity drawn from the formula proposed in this paper is in good agreement with the test data,which testifies the applicability of the proposed model.

    • 摘要: 基于离散元数值模拟方法建立了含不同级配的砂卵石靶.结合刚性弹穿甲问题分析了弹体穿甲砂卵石靶的过程,得到穿甲过程中弹体、内部卵石的响应状态,并研究了卵石级配、围压对弹体穿甲剩余速度的影响.结果表明:采用离散元法可以较好地模拟砂卵石类散体材料的穿甲过程,且卵石级配、围压等参数对于弹体的剩余速度有较大影响.弹体穿甲卵石靶的机理主要以挤压周围卵石为主,连续级配中大粒径的卵石将导致弹体受到较大阻力,且围压越大,卵石密实度越高,弹体受到阻力越大.

    • 摘要: 穿甲弹和装甲之间的关系就是矛和盾之间关系.在军备竞争严峻的当下,穿甲和如何防止穿甲是世界各国研究的热点问题.本篇文章利用了物理学知识从最原始的角度对穿甲穿甲的过程做了简要的分析.为了简化分析建模过程,定性的对穿甲问题作出分析,给出攻方和守方合理的建议,我们假设穿甲弹是球型的炮弹,装甲是厚度小于穿甲弹直径的没有弹性的铁板,查阅资料知道穿甲弹在穿甲过程中所受的阻力和装甲剩余厚度呈线性关系,忽略了穿甲过程中穿甲弹的形变和装甲的震动对能量的消耗,仅考虑穿甲弹的动能和穿甲过程中阻力做功之间的关系.取穿甲弹的动能和阻力相等这种特殊的关系获得两者之间的关系函数.在获得穿甲弹和装甲之间的关系函数后,分别从攻防和守方两个方面对如何提高攻击能力和防御能力做了简要的说明.

    • 摘要: 文章分析了含有装药缺陷的侵爆战斗部在侵彻过程中装药安定性的问题,建立了含缺陷的装药、弹体和靶板模型,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA模拟了在侵彻靶板时缺陷在冲击载荷作用下的塑性变形情况,计算了炸药的塑性应变能和热分解作用下装药的局部温升情况,从温度角度对含缺陷战斗部的装药安定性进行了分析,通过模拟不同攻角下弹体的穿甲过程,得出了攻角越大对于含缺陷的战斗部装药的安定性影响就越大的结论,证明了含缺陷装药的装药塑性应变能积累对于装药安定性的影响比较小.%To study the influencing of the charge safety which had munitions flaw armor-piercing process during the armor-piercing process in this paper, the annular shaped about warhead which had munitions flaw and the target was created. The process of penetrating with the flaw closing was simulated by using ANSYS/LS-DYNA software,and the PBX's thermal decomposition was bdiscribed using arrhenius equation. And the temperature variation in some area about the above pro?cess was calculated, some conclusions about the charge safety based on the above data were got. Finally, some conclusions that the bigger the angle of attack of the warhead, the influencing of the stability of the charge would bigger during the ar?mor-piercing process which had different angle of attack were summered. It was proved that the plastic strain energy of munitions flaw had a less influence for the charge safety.

    • 摘要: In order to study penetrating power and aftereffect and diesel performance of missile,the experiments were carried out using 25mm gun battle.The velocities of projectiles were about 1000m/s,which shoots 25mm/60° of homogeneous armor plate,and aircraft equipment module simulation target,and armed helicopter has protective cockpit simulation target,and ground armored vehicle fuel tank simulation target.The experimental results of different targets were obtained,which provides a certain reference value for the structure design of the APDS.%利用25高炮发射进行了穿甲试验、毁伤后效试验及引燃试验,选用试验弹模拟1000m着速,依次射击25 mm/60°均质装甲板、飞行器设备舱模拟靶、武装直升机有防护驾驶舱模拟靶、地面装甲车燃油箱模拟靶,得到了对不同目标靶试验后的弹体穿甲威力及后效性能和引燃燃油性能相关数据,对脱壳弹的结构设计和毁伤评估有一定参考价值.

    • 摘要: 为研究陶瓷/液舱复合结构抗侵彻机理,在前期弹道冲击实验结果基础上,运用LS-DYNA进行了数值模拟,再现了陶瓷/液舱复合结构在弹体冲击下的破坏过程和破坏模式,得到与实验一致的结果.结果表明:弹体撞击结构后,结构内产生的冲击波以撞击处为圆心、以球形向前传播,并在结构内来回反射振荡;弹体在水中运动时,水中形成空泡且不断扩展,弹体头部水域形成高压区域;弹体发生墩粗和侵蚀破坏,在低速冲击下,弹体破坏主要发生在穿透陶瓷和前面板过程中,在高速冲击下,弹体破坏主要发生在水中运动阶段,最终形成类似“饼状”的严重变形;前、后面板发生局部破坏和整体变形,在高速弹体撞击下,后面板将发生花瓣开裂.%To study the mechanism behind the penetration resistance capability of the ceramic/fluid cabin composite structure,numerical simulation was carried out using LS-DYNA to represent the structure's failure process and modes under the impact of the projectile,and results were obtained that agree well with those from the experiment.The results show that the shockwave generated at the impact point of the structure propagated forward spherically,and bounced and oscillated back and forth in the structure.Cavity was generated in the water and constantly grew,and there was an area of high pressure in front of the projectile when the projectile was moving in the water.The projectile mainly exhibited coarse and erosive damage,and the damage mainly occurred in the process of the projectile penetrating the ceramic and the front plate at low velocities and in the water at high velocities,eventually forming approximately bake-shaped serious deformation.The front and back plates mainly suffered local failure and overall deformation,while petal-shaped cracking occurred in the back plate under high-velocity impact.

    • 摘要: 为了分析含不同因素的裂纹装药缺陷的侵爆战斗部在侵彻过程中装药安定性的问题,利用正交试验建立了含9种裂纹缺陷的装药、弹体和靶板模型,并利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA模拟了在侵彻靶板时缺陷在冲击载荷作用下的塑性变形情况,计算了炸药的应变能和热分解作用下装药的局部温升情况,从温度角度对含缺陷战斗部的装药安定性进行了分析.模拟分析了裂纹缺陷四个因素对于侵爆战斗部装药的侵彻安定性影响主次,得出了位于卵头部装药区的圆柱状裂纹缺陷对于含缺陷的战斗部装药的安定性影响较大的结论.%To study the influencing of the charge safety which has seam defects armor-piercing process during the armor-piercing process in this paper,we have created the annular shaped about warhead which has munitions flaw and the target.We have simulated the process of penetrating.And we calculated the temperature variation in some area about the above process,and we have get some conclusion about the charge safety based on the above data.It is concluded that the cylindrical crack defects in the filling area of the egg head are influential to the stability of the defective warhead after seam defects through numerical simulation research under the four factors three levels for the invasion of explosive warhead charge penetration stability.

    • 摘要: This paper aims on discussing the perforation performance of the prefabricated tungsten fragments with different shapes and different initial kinetic energy conditions. Use LS-DYNA kinetic display analysis software to carry out simulation for three shapes of fragments into steel plate in different initial conditions. By comparing and analyzing target damage morphology and fragment's velocity curves, we acquire the change rule of influence of shape and the initial kinetic energy on the armor piercing performance. The results show that under the same initial conditions, different shapes fragments have the same penetration or erosion mechanism but with different contents. The armor piercing power increases with the increase of the kinetic energy. In the condition of the same initial kinetic energy, the cubic fragment has the strongest power, followed by the cylindrical fragment, and the spherical fragment is the weakest. Meanwhile, the velocity/kinetic energy of the cubic fragment attenuates most seriously with compared to the other.%为了探究不同形状和初始动能条件下预制钨破片对中厚钢靶的穿甲问题,采用LS-DYNA动力显示分析软件分别对不同初速条件下,3种形状破片撞击钢靶的过程进行仿真模拟.通过对比分析弹靶毁伤形貌和破片速度时程曲线等,得到了形状和初始动能对穿甲威力影响的变化规律.仿真结果表明:相同初始条件下,不同破片形状对钢靶的侵蚀程度不尽相同,但侵彻机理相似;侵彻动能的增加对穿甲威力的提升影响显著,穿甲威力随侵彻动能的增加而增大;初始动能相同时,立方体形破片破孔能力最强,圆柱形破片次之,球形破片最弱;与此同时,立方体形破片在穿甲过程中速度及动能衰减最为严重.
