摘要： Applying plant community diversity techniques and SPSS statistic analysis, we quantified the relationship between crown volume of 18 (Sophora japonica) tree communities and elevation along different elevation gradient in Ye County in the study. We concluded that there was a significantly positive correlation between crown volume of 18 (Sophora japonica) tree communities and elevation gradient (P Sophora japonica) tree communities increased along elevation from 50 m to 200 m in Ye County in 2018. Therefore, understanding dynamic connecting crown volume of 18 (Sophora japonica) communities and elevation can be not just applied to preserve of (Sophora japonica) tree communities, but also applied to sustainable of biodiversity and processes of tree community’s crown volume along elevation.

摘要： Objective: The aim of study was to evaluate the nature of mesiodistal angulation of the posterior teeth in patients with maxillary high canine, and to identify possible associations of crowding with mesial axial angulation of the maxillary posterior teeth. Methods: The present study included seven Japanese male and 23 Japanese female patients. Study models were analyzed to evaluate the effectiveness of orthodontic treatment. A protractor was used to measure crown angulations, which were measured with reference to the posterior angle between the functional occlusal plane (FOP) and the long axis of the clinical crown of the lateral teeth and first molars. A sliding digital caliper was used to measure dental arch widths. Changes in the rotation of the maxillary molars were analyzed using “occlu-sograms”, which were printed from photographs of the occlusal aspect of the study model. Results: The maxillary teeth interacted with one another in the alveolar bone, resulting in progressive mesial tipping of the posterior teeth before orthodontic treatment. After orthodontic treatment, the angle relative to the FOP exhibited a significant increase, indicating that the maxillary teeth underwent distally directed uprighting (P P Conclusions: Based on the results, both uprighting of mesially tipped lateral teeth and expansion of narrow dental arches could prove to be keys to success in space regaining or correction of high canines and mild crowding.

摘要： The patient was a 41-year-old woman experiencing severe lumbago for several years. The physician-in-charge referred her for dental treatment because examination did not reveal any specific abnormality in her lower back. Prior to the treatment, the patient could barely bend forward and backward because of serious back pain. Her body flexibility and lower back pain improved when a gold alloy cast crown was placed near her feet. However, when the crown was covered with aluminum foil, it was again very difficult for her to bend her body forward and backward. These results suggested that her body reacted positively because good electromagnetic waves emitted by the crown were absorbed by the body. The alloy used to make the crown was chosen using the Bi-Digital O-Ring Test. Moreover, the shape, contact strength, and occlusion (biting condition) of the crown were also determined by the Bi-Digital O-Ring Test. After the crown was placed on her upper right first molar, her lumbago completely disappeared and did not recur for >5 years of follow-up. The effectiveness of electromagnetic waves on the condition of the body, as in this case, has not often been acknowledged in modern medicine, and the underlying mechanism remains unclear;therefore, further research is required.
