Scoured 100% cotton fabric was dyed by C.I. Sulphur Black BR 180% (10 g/L) and different dosage of sodium sulfide at 90 °C for 60 min, the liquor ratio was set at 1:20. The dyeing was carried out ac-cording to central composite design under the same dyeing conditions, the dyeing properties indexes were measured and analyzed by Minitab software, using the dosage of reducing agent AS and sodium hydroxide as variable quantity. The results showed that K/S values increased with the increasing of sodium sulfide dosage, the highest K/S value was achieved at 10 g/L. Based on fabric properties obtained at 10 g/L of sodium sulfide, the optimized dosage of AS and sodium hydroxide in dyeing system were determined as 5.03 g/L and sodium hydroxide 1.94 g/L, respectively. Compared with 10 g/L of sodium sulfide, it was found that the predicted and verified values of dyeing properties of fabrics dyed under the optimized dyeing conditions were much closed with over 95% of multiplicity. And the dyeing properties of dyed fabrics were slightly better, the reduction po-tential of dye bath were similar, no hydrogen sulfide odor generated during the dyeing process, and the COD, BOD5 value of residual dyebath significantly decreased.%以10 g/L的硫化黑BR 180%作为常量、硫化钠(Na2S)作为变量,控制浴比1:20对煮练后的纯棉织物在90°C染色60 min.以还原剂AS和氢氧化钠(NaOH)的用量作为变量,根据中心复合试验设计方案在相同的染色条件下染色,测试织物的染色性能指标并用Minitab软件进行数据分析.结果表明,随着硫化钠用量的增加,织物的K/S值增加,用量为10 g/L时,K/S值最大.以此条件下织物的性能指标作为参照,对还原剂AS及NaOH的用量进行优化,优化后的用量为AS 5.03 g/L,NaOH 1.94 g/L.通过与10 g/L Na2S对比发现,采用优化条件染色,织物染色性能的预测值与验证值的复合度在95%以上,织物的染色性能略优,染液的还原电位基本相同,染色过程中不产生硫化氢气味,染色残液COD、BOD5显著降低.
