    • 摘要: 以甲基三甲氧基硅烷(MTMS)和1硫基磷杂4羟甲基2,6,7三氧杂双环[2.2.2]辛烷(SPEPA)为原料,合成了一种含有一个Si—C键的笼状硫代磷酸酯阻燃剂,即甲基硅酸三1硫基磷杂2,6,7三氧杂双环[2.2.2]辛基4甲酯(MSTSPE)。探讨了溶剂、反应温度、反应时间和物料比等对产率的影响,并通过傅里叶变换红外光谱、核磁共振仪和热重分析仪等表征了产物的结构及性能。结果表明,合成MSTSPE最佳工艺条件为:无溶剂、MTMS/SPEPA摩尔比(r)为1∶3.1、100°C2 h+140°C5 h;合成MSTSPE的产率为92.4%、熔点为(191±2)°C、分解温度为(340±5)°C;MSTSPE应用于聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)时阻燃成炭效果良好,且其与三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐(MPP)复配用于PBT阻燃时表现出协同增效性。%A caged phosphorothioate flame retardant,tricalcium silicate-methyl-1-thiophospha-2 ,6 , 7-trioxabicyclo [2.2.2]octyl-4-methyl ester (MSTSPE),was synthesized by a reaction between methyl trimethoxysilane (MTMS)and 1-thiophospha-4-hydroxymethyl-2 ,6 ,7-trioxabicyclo [2 .2 . 2 ]octane (SPEPA ),and its structure and properties were characterized by means of Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy,1 H-NMR and thermogravimetric analysis.The effects of solvent, reaction temperature, reaction time and mass ratio of raw materials on product yield were investigated.The results indicated that the optimum synthetic method for MSTSPE was a solvent-free synthesis,the molar ratio of MTMS and SPEPA was determined as 1∶3 .1 ,and the synthetic temperature was set to 100 °Cfor 2 h and then 140 °Cfor 5 h.In such a synthetic condition,the production yield reached 92.4 %.The melting point of the resultant MSTSPE was (191±2)°C, and its decomposition temperature was (340 ± 5 )°C.The MSTSPE product synthesized in this work exhibited a high flame-retardant effect and charring efficiency on poly(butylece terephthalate) (PBT).In addition,a combination of MSTSPE with melamine pyrophosphate could generate a synergistic flame-retardant effect on PBT.

    • 摘要: 以苯基三甲氧基硅烷(PhTMO)和1-硫基磷杂-4-羟甲基-2,6,7-三氧杂双环[2.2.2]辛烷(SPEPA)为原料,合成了Si、P、S三元素协同硫代磷酸酯阻燃剂苯基甲氧基硅酸双-1-硫基磷杂-2,6,7-三氧杂双环[2.2.2]辛基-4-甲酯(PSMDSPE).探讨了溶剂、反应温度、反应时间及物质的量比等对产率的影响.其最佳反应条件:PhTMO和SPEPA物质的量比为1∶2.2,升温至150°C,分馏反应8h,产率为92.7%.通过FT-IR、1 H-NMR、热重分析及极限氧指数测试等对产物的结构及性能进行了表征.测试结果表明:该化合物热稳定性好,应用于聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)中有良好的阻燃及成炭防滴落效果,并且其与三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐(MPP)复配用于PBT阻燃时表现有协同增效性.

    • 摘要: In this report, friction-reducing and anti-wear properties of four kinds of thiophosphate in different base oils were investigated us-ing infrared (IR), CETR UMT-3 Multi-Specimen Test System, Scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results show that friction-reducing property of thiophosphate was much better in Yubase 6 and PAO base oils. Anti-wear property of thiophosphate in Yubase 6 is superior to that in PAO and PAG. The adsorption behavior of thiophosphate on stainless steel surface in hexane and ethanol was investigated using a Quartz Crystal Microbalance with Dissipation monitoring (QCM-D). The adsorption film of thiophosphate in hexane was much more stable. It's not easy to desorb for thiophosphate in hexane. Thus, friction-reducing and anti-wear properties of thiophosphate in mineral oil was better.%通过扫描电镜(SEM)和摩擦试验机(UMT-3)等测试手段,详细考察了四种硫代磷酸酯添加剂在不同基础油中的减摩抗磨性能.基础油分别是三类加氢矿物油Yubase 6,聚α烯烃(PAO)和聚亚烷基二醇(PAG).研究结果表明:硫代磷酸酯添加剂在矿物油和PAO中表现出更好的减摩性能;硫代磷酸酯在矿物油中的抗磨性能要优于PAO和PAG.采用正庚烷和乙醇分别模拟非极性油和极性油,通过耗散型石英单晶微天平(QCM-D)考察了硫代磷酸酯在不锈钢表面的吸附行为,发现硫代磷酸酯在正庚烷体系中形成的吸附膜更加稳定可靠,不易脱附,因此硫代磷酸酯在矿物油中的减摩抗磨性能更佳.

    • 摘要: 以 CH3 OH、PCl3、二甲基亚砜为原料,合成出含硫、磷的新型抑焦剂硫代磷酸酯,并在管式裂解炉上,以轻质油为原料,水蒸气为惰性稀释剂,在常压、裂解温度为800~840°C的条件下,分别考察二甲基二硫(DMDS)、磷酸二酯与自制新型抑焦剂硫代磷酸酯在不同温度下的抑焦性能。结果表明,硫代磷酸酯抑焦效果优于 DMDS 和磷酸二酯。同时,在轻质油中加入抑焦剂硫代磷酸酯还能提高乙烯的收率。%A kind of coking inhibitor,phosphorothioate,was synthesized using CH 3 OH,PCl3 ,and dimethyl sulfone as feed. The anti-coking performance of dimenthyl disulfide (DMDS),phosphodiester and the new self-made coking inhibitor phosphorothioate was investigated,respectively in a tube crack-ing furnace at the conditions of 800—840 °C and atmospheric pressure. The light oil was used as pyroly-sis material and steam as inert diluent. The results show that the phosphorothioate,as a new kind of coke inhibitor,has excellent anti-coking performance,better than DMDS and phosphodiester. It is found that the addition of phosphorothioate into light oil can increase the yield of ethylene.

    • 摘要: 以正辛醇和P2S5为原料合成了酸性硫代磷酸辛酯,利用电位滴定、FTIR、SEM等方法测定了硫代磷酸辛酯中单酯和双酯的含量,考察了适宜的反应条件,研究了硫代磷酸辛酯的缓蚀性能.实验结果表明,硫代磷酸辛酯适宜的合成条件为:n(C8H17OH))∶n(P2S5)=4∶1、反应时间2.5 h、反应温度130°C.在此条件下,硫代磷酸辛酯收率为93.3%;其中,双酯含量为90.2%(w),单酯含量为3.1%(w).在酸值(KOH)为10 mg/g的白油、环烷酸中,当硫代磷酸辛酯的用量为420 μg/g时(基于体系质量),A3钢片的腐蚀速率降至-0.02 mm/a,相应的缓蚀率达100%以上.硫代磷酸辛酯在A3钢片表面形成一层致密的保护膜,抑制了环烷酸对A3钢片的腐蚀.

    • 摘要: Based on the structure of hydantocidin as a leading compound, the natural inhibitor of AdSS, its activated hydan-tocidin 5'-phosphate in the plant and 5-substituted 2,4-imidazo-lidinedione esters as the second leading compound, thirty eight new (thio)phosphate derivatives with hydantoin were synthesized by the reaction of (thio)phosphoryl chloride with 5-(4-hydroxyphenyl)- and 5-(4-hydroxybenzyl)-2,4-imidazolidinedione intermediates, and their structures were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, 31P NMR spectra and elemental analysis. The preliminary bioassay showed that O-ethyl-O-phenyl-5-(4-hy-droxyphenyl)-2,4-imidazolidineone thiophosphate (B14) and O,O-diphenyl-5-(4-hydroxybenzyl)-2-thio-4-imidazolidineone thiophosphate (B25) have an inhibitory ratio 53.1% and 62.7% against Brasica campestris at the concentration of 100 μg/mL, while O,O-di(o-methoxyphenyl)-5-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-2,4-imidazolidineone thiophosphate (B7), B14 and O,O-di(p-methyl-phenyl)-5-(4-hydroxybenzyl)-2,4-imidazolidineone thiophosphate (B17) showed 52%, 51% and 69% insecticidal activities against Myzus Persicae at the concentration of 300 μg/mL.%以对羟基苯基和对羟基苄基咪唑啉2,4-二酮羧酸酯类化合物为二次先导结构,根据Hydantocidin在植物体内的作用形式是Hydantocidin 5’-Phosphate的特点,将3种对羟基苯(苄基)-2,4-咪唑啉二酮中间体与(硫代)磷酰氯反应合成得到了38个结构新颖的含有2,4-咪唑啉二酮的(硫代)磷酸酯类化合物,其结构通过IR,1H NMR,31p NMR和元素分析表征.初步生物测定结果表明O-乙基-O-苯基-5-(4-羟基苯基)-2,4-咪唑啉二酮硫代磷酸酯(B14)和O,O-二苯基-5-(4-羟基苄基)-2-硫代-4-咪唑啉二酮硫代磷酸酯(B25)在100 μg/mL浓度下对油菜的抑制率为53.1%和62.7%,化合物O,O-二(邻甲氧基苯基)-5-(4-羟基苯基)-2,4-咪唑啉二酮硫代磷酸酯(B7),B14和O,O-二(对甲基苯基)-5-(4-羟基苄基)-2,4-咪唑啉二酮硫代磷酸酯(B17)对蚜虫表现了一定的杀虫活性,在300 μg/mL浓度下24 h的校正死亡率分别为52%,51%和69%.

    • 摘要: 实验通过在硼酸酯结构中引入硫代磷酸酯官能团,成功制备了一种含硼添加剂,并在合成基础油中考察了其摩擦学性能:在合成油中的抗磨性能较二烷基二硫代磷酸锌较差,而减摩性能好于二烷基二硫代磷酸锌.初步考察了该含硼添加剂的抗氧化性能及热稳定性.
