A method was developed for the determination of aluminum (alumen) in pinelliae rhizoma praeparatum cum alumina and processed typhonii rahizoma by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry. The instrument working parameters were optimized. RF emissive power was 1 150 W,the flow rates of auxiliary air,cooling gas, atomizing gas were 0.5, 12, 0.7 L/min,respectively, the washing time was 30 s. There was good linearity for aluminum in the range of 0.2-1.0 μg/mL with the correlation coefficient(r2) of 0.999 6. The detection limit was 0.029 1 ng/mL. The average recoveries of aluminum in pinelliae rhizoma praeparatum cum alumina and processed typhonii rahizoma were 100.14%, 97.82%, respectively, and the rrelative standard deviation of detection results was less than 2%(n=6). The method has advantages of quick analysis, good accurate and stability, therefore it can be used for determination of alumen in pinelliae rhizoma praeparatum cum alumina and processed typhonii rahizoma.%采用电感耦合等离子发射光谱法测定清半夏和制白附子中的铝含量,以此换算为白矾的含量.对仪器工作条件进行了优化试验,RF发射功率为1150 W,辅助气流量、冷却气流量、雾化气流量分别为0.5,12,0.7 L/min,样品冲洗时间为30 s.铝的质量浓度在0.2~1.0 μg/mL范围内与谱线强度线性良好,相关系数(r2)为0.9996,检出限为0.0291 ng/mL.清半夏和制白附子样品中铝的加标回收率分别为100.14%,97.82%,测定结果的相对标准偏差小于2%(n=6).该方法分析速度快,准确度高,稳定性好,可用于清半夏和制白附子中白矾含量的测定.
