    • 摘要: 多电平变换器采用较低容量的功率开关器件实现中高压大容量电网电路,模块化多电平变换器(MMC)作为一种新的变流器结构,具有易于级联拓展、输出电压谐波含量低等优点受到日益广泛的关注.主要通过介绍基于风力发电逆变器的MMC的拓扑结构和工作原理,推导了MMC的数学模型,分析采用了载波移相脉宽调制(CPS-SPWM)方式,对逆变器各子模块的电容电压平衡控制进行改进.并基于Matlab/Simulink软件仿真环境建立了电压型MMC 5电平的仿真模型,利用仿真结果验证模型的可靠性和子模块电容电压的稳定性.

    • 摘要: A subsection integrated deed-time effect suppression strategy was presented to suppress current harmonic distortion caused by deed-time effect in voltage source inverter.On one hand,deed-time was e-liminated by controlling only one bridge leg according to stator current direction of motor in nonzero cur -rent zone,meanwhile the voltage error caused by conduction voltage drop and switch delay was corrected. On the other hand,nonlinear error caused by zero current clamping effect was decreased by equivalent time compensation method based on pulse in zero current zone.Furthermore,in order to maximally elimi-nate the deed-time,an optimal switch method of the proposed PWM strategies was designed.The simula-tion and experimental results show the reduction of total harmonic distortion(THD)of stator current and the suppression of the influence caused by deed -time on the system,which demonstrates the validity and practicability of the proposed method.%针对电压源型逆变器中死区效应引起的电流谐波畸变问题,提出了一种分段混合式PWM死区抑制策略.一方面在电机定子电流的非过零区域根据电流方向仅动作一个桥臂,实现了死区消除,并针对由器件导通压降与开关延时产生的电压误差进行了修正;另一方面在过零区域采用脉冲等效时间补偿法抑制零电流钳位效应产生的非线性误差.此外在整个区域补偿开关管的开通关断延时及器件的导通压降造成的非线性误差.为了最大限度增加死区消除时间的占比,设计了上述两种调制策略之间的最优切换方法.仿真和实验结果表明,死区分段消除与补偿混合调制策略能够显著减小定子电流的谐波畸变率,并有效抑制死区效应对系统的影响,证明了该方法的有效性和实用性.

    • 摘要: 在有限功率源供电系统中,当冲击性负载出现时,为了维持电网电压平稳,利用电压型逆变器将超级电容储能输出以弥补负载突增电流.通过分析三相电压型逆变器在d-q坐标系下的电流预测模型,利用滚动优化的思想建立了广义预测控制的补偿电流算法.通过对负载电流的高通滤波生成广义预测控制器的补偿参考电流,实现补偿器自动退出的补偿机制,解决了有限功率源的电压暂降,仿真验证了GPC电流补偿控制具有快速无超调的动态响应和鲁棒性好特性,实验结果表明,电流补偿算法使系统处于实时功率平衡,保证了电网电压的平稳,增强了有限功率源供电系统对冲击性负载的适应能力.

    • 摘要: 模型预测控制(Model Predictive Control,MPC)是电压型逆变器(Voltage Source Inverter,VSI)电流跟随控制装置定频调制的典型方法,得到了广泛的应用.论文使用统计的方法研究MPC的采样时间与跟踪误差(方差)的函数关系.该函数关系是研究和解决逆变器切换优化问题的基础.仿真结果可得出采样时间与跟踪误差呈线性关系的结论.%Model Predictive Control (MPC) is a typical method of voltage source inverter (VSI),which is widely used to control the constant frequency modulation.In this paper,we use statistical methods to study the function relationship between the sampling time of MPC and the tracking error (variance).The function relationship is the basis of research and solves the optimization problem of inverter switching.The simulation results show that the sampling time and tracking error are linear relationship.

    • 摘要: 为研究变频供电多相异步电机的稳态性能,依据电机多回路理论,采用广义坐标变换矩阵,建立了正交坐标系下十五相(3组五相移12°)异步电机的数学模型.在分析归纳以三相和五相为单元的2类典型多相电机状态变量对称性的基础上,给出了十五相异步电机的稳态仿真算法.对方波变频供电五相和十五相(3组五相移12°)两台异步电机的定子电流、转子电流和电磁转矩进行了仿真计算和分析比较.仿真计算结果表明,方波供电时十五相电机稳态定子电流谐波含量高于五相电机,稳态转矩脉动和转子侧电流谐波含量低于五相电机.%In order to research the steady state performance of multiphase asynchronous motor fed by variable frequency power supply,according to multi loop principles of electrical machine,the generalized coordinate transformation was adopted,and a mathematical model of fifteen phases (3 groups five phase moved 12 degrees) asynchronous motor in the orthogonal coordinate system was established.Based on analyzing and concluding the symmetry of state variables for two kinds of typical multi-phase electrical machine composed with three phases and five phases,the steady-state simulation algorithm for fifteen phases asynchronous motor was given.Simulation calculation and analysis comparison was made for the stator & rotor current and electromagnetic torque of a five phases and a fifteen phases (3 groups five phase moved 12 degrees) asynchronous motor fed by inverter,a comparison to a five phases and a fifteen phases asynchronous motor was made.The simulation results show that the steady-state stator harmonic current content of fifteen phases motor is higher than the five phases motor,while the steady-state rotor harmonic current content and the electromagnetic torque of fifteen phases motor is lower than the five phases motor powered by square wave.

    • 摘要: 由于逆变型分布式电源在中低压配电网中渗透率的增加,区域配电网运行模式及网内DG控制方式会对故障后输出的电流及端口电压产生明显影响.文章首先分析了区域配电网并网运行模式下电压控制和电流控制IBDG在PQ策略下的故障特性,然后分析了孤岛下电压控制IBDG在Droop策略下的故障特性,为了抑制电压波动并调节系统电压,设计了一种容性等效输出阻抗的电压电流环,并建立了子配网孤岛下不同故障类型的分析计算模型.最后基于PSCAD搭建了仿真模型,通过仿真分析验证该方法的正确性与有效性.

    • 摘要: 三相电压型逆变器中常用的模型预测控制算法是电流预测控制算法,存在着大量计算,导致延时问题,为改进传统的模型预测控制算法,利用外推法推算未来参考变量,达到对其进行延时补偿并能避免受控变量出现较大纹波的效果。建立三相电压型逆变器仿真模型,分析三相电压型逆变器负载电流的输出特性。仿真表明:能够准确跟踪参考电流,解决存在的延时问题,验证了算法的有效性。%The model predictive control algorithm used commonly in three-phase voltage inverter is a current predictive control algorithm and the algorithm needs intensive computations leading to a delay problem.To improve the traditional model predictive control algorithm, extrapolation is used to reckon the future reference variables that are able to perform delay compensation while avoiding larger ripple effect in controlled variables.The simulation model built for three-phase voltage inverter could analyze the output characteristics of the load current in three-phase voltage inverter.Simulation results show that:the algorithm can accurately track the reference current and solve the delay problems;the effectiveness of the algorithm is demonstrated.

    • 摘要: 模型预测控制广泛应用于三相电压型逆变器,但该方法在控制过程中存在大量计算,导致系统延时,严重阻碍系统应用.为克服上述难点,提出了一种改进的控制算法,对负载电流进行预测,并结合拉格朗日外推法,得到具有延时补偿的控制策略.以带阻感负载的三相电压型逆变器为控制对象,建立了三相电压型逆变器有限集模型预测控制仿真模型,分析了输出电流的稳态与动态性能,讨论了不同目标函数对系统性能所产生的影响.仿真结果表明:该算法能够准确地跟踪参考电流,解决了传统方法中存在的延时问题,验证了所提补偿方法的有效性.

    • 摘要: 空间矢量脉宽调制算法是电压型逆变器控制方面的研究热点,广泛应用于三相电力系统中。基于硬件的FP-GA/CPLD芯片能满足该算法对处理速度、实时性、可靠性较高的要求,本文利用Verilog HDL实现空间矢量脉宽调制算法,设计24矢量7段式的实现方法,对转速调节和转矩调节进行仿真,验证了设计的实现结果与预期相符。%Space vector pulse width modulation algorithm is a research focus in voltage inverter controlling. And it has been widely used in three-phase power system. Hardware-based FPGA/CPLD chip can meet the high requirements in processing speed, real-time, and reliability of the algorithm. A 24-vector 7-segment implementation method was designed for the Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation algorithm with Verilog HDL. Speed and torque adjusting process were simulated, and the results verified the design.

    • 摘要: 为提高三相两电平电压型逆变器的直流电压利用率,通过对空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)原理进行详细分析,提出一种改进的过调制法。该方法通过改变参考电压矢量的轨迹及相应的合成策略,定义了一种新的比传统过调制法所得结果具有更大基波幅值的参考电压波形。仿真结果证明该方法在直流电压利用率及输出电压的总谐波畸变率(THD)两方面都较传统过调制法有优势。%To improve DC voltage utilization ratio of three⁃phase two⁃level voltage source inverter,an improved overmodula⁃tion method is proposed by analyzing the principle of SVPWM in detail. By changing the track of reference voltage vector and the corresponding synthetic strategies,a new reference voltage waveform which has better fundamental voltage amplitude than the traditional overmodulation method is defined. The simulation results show that the improved method has more superiority than the traditional over⁃modulation method in the aspects of DC voltage utilization ratio and THD of output voltage.
