    • 摘要: 为探索不同药剂对甘蔗害虫的防治效果,2021年在云南省陇川县景罕蔗区开展了75%乙酰甲胺磷药剂几种药剂的田间药剂筛选试验。结果表明:施75%乙酰甲胺磷22.5 kg/hm^(2)对枯心苗的防效为57.4%,对甘蔗蓟马防效为17.27%,对螟害株防效为35.94%,对螟害节防效为59.31%;施50%氯虫苯甲酰胺300 mL/hm^(2)+70%噻虫嗪300 g/hm^(2)对枯心苗的防效为63.8%,对蓟马防效为74.77%,对螟害株防效为85.94%,对螟害节防效为92.71%;施0.4%氯虫苯甲酰胺30 kg/hm^(2)+2%吡虫啉30 kg/hm^(2)对枯心苗的防效为8.5%,对蓟马防效为75.38%,对螟害株防效为93.76%,对螟害节防效为97.31%,参试各处理均没有蚜虫为害。总之,75%乙酰甲胺磷对甘蔗苗期枯心苗防治效果较好,对甘蔗蓟马的防治效果较好,对甘蔗蚜虫和甘蔗螟虫的防治效果显著。

    • 摘要: 为了探索10%龙灯·喜乐龙与20%噻虫胺对甘蔗螟虫及蓟马、蚜虫的防治效果及用量,2019年在云南省陇川县蔗区进行试验.试验结果表明,龙灯·喜乐龙与噻虫胺对甘蔗螟虫具有较好的防治效果,10%龙灯·喜乐龙SC+20%噻虫胺(13500+1350 g/hm2、1800+1800 g/hm2、2250+2250 g/hm2)对甘蔗螟虫防治效果显著,与空白对照比,对螟害株的防治效果分别达到了100%、97.56%、96.34%,对螟害节的防治效果分别达到了100%、98.98%、98.48%.

    • 摘要: 为了明确4%吡虫·杀虫双缓释颗粒剂对甘蔗害虫的防效及其对产量影响,筛选合适用量,开展了田间试验.结果 表明,当4%吡虫·杀虫双颗粒剂制剂用量为6 kg/667m2时,药后60 d广东湛江西试验点甘蔗螟虫防效为90.40%~91.23%,药后90 d两试验点甘蔗螟虫防效为86.59%~85.24%,均为同期各施药处理中最高,并显著高于对应两单剂处理;该复配剂对两试验点的甘蔗蓟马、绵蚜和蔗龟的防效分别为92.68%~93.55%、93.33%~94.46%和87.02%~89.70%,均显著高于两单剂.测产发现,复配剂高剂量(6kg/667m2)处理区的甘蔗增产率为42.83%~43.74%.

    • 摘要: Antennae morphology and sensillum types of adult Chilo infuscatellus were studied.Under a scanning electron microscope,5 distinctive types of antennal sensilla,including sensilla trichodae,sensilla chaetica,sensilla coeloconica,sensilla auriculate and B(o)hm bristles,were observed in the male and female insects.Except for sensilla auricilla,there were no significant differences on the sensilla between male and female adults.%为了研究甘蔗蛀干害虫二点螟Chilo in uscatellus成虫触角的外部形态及其感受器的类型、分布和数量,使用扫描电镜对二点螟成虫触角感器形态结构进行了观察.结果表明:二点螟雌、雄成虫触角上共有5种感器类型,分别为毛形感器、刺形感器、腔锥形感器、耳形感器和B(o)hm氏鬃毛.除雌、雄触角上的耳形感器形态不同外,雌、雄触角感器类型没有性别差异,其他感器的形态与分布无明显差异,且呈现一定的规律性分布.

    • 摘要: This paper analyzes the effect of film mulching and without film mulching on Danqing slow-release pesticide to controlling sugarcane pests. The results showed that, after 50 days and 80 days, under the condition of film mulching, the average control effect of Danqing pesticide on sugarcane borer in three test sites reached 91.13% and 91.71% respectively, which were significantly higher (12.87% and 16.15%) than that of the treatments with no film mulching. Under the condition of film mulching, the average control effect of Danqing pesticide on sugarcane woolly aphid, thrip and chafer in three test sites were 96.59%, 98.92% and 96.11% respectively, which were significantly higher (10.48%, 11.06% and 17.56%) than that of the treatments with no film mulching. It is indicated that Danqing slow-release pesticide with film mulching was worth extension in controlling sugarcane borers.%研究了地膜覆盖及无地膜覆盖对单清(5%杀单?毒死蜱)缓控颗粒剂田间防治甘蔗害虫效果的影响.3个试验点结果显示,药后50天和80天,地膜覆盖条件下单清缓控颗粒剂对甘蔗螟虫防效分别平均高达91.13%和91.71%,较无地膜覆盖防效分别平均高出12.87%和16.15%;对甘蔗绵蚜、蓟马及金龟子的平均防效分别高达96.59%、98.92%和96.11%,较无地膜覆盖处理防效分别平均高出10.48%、11.06%和17.56%.地膜覆盖对单清缓控颗粒剂防治甘蔗害虫具有增效作用,建议在蔗区推广农药加地膜覆盖的栽培模式防治甘蔗害虫.

    • 摘要: Beauveria bassiana, a broad spectrum pest-killing microorganism, was confirmed to have signification effects on mortality of the sugarcane borers. The paper tests the effect ofBeauveria bassianaon sugarcane borers on the dead heart rate in the field.Beauveria bassiana, mixture ofBeauveria bassiana and insecticide, and the check weretested. The results showed thatBeauveria bassianahas significant effect on dead heart rates, and the dead heart rates were significant different. Numbers of the dead heart sugarcane were decreased while usingBeauveria bassiana.The conclusion is that usingBeauveria bassiana can decrease dead heart rate in sugarcane.%室内试验证实球孢白僵菌对甘蔗害虫有显著致病性效果,本文开展田间实验探索球孢白僵菌对甘蔗害虫的田间防治效果.田间实验分别用白僵菌(处理1)、白僵菌+杀虫双(处理2)、不喷施药剂(处理3)3个处理调查甘蔗枯心苗率和僵虫率.结果表明,不同处理的田块枯心苗率有显著性差异,处理1和处理2的甘蔗的枯心率显著低于处理3,然而处理1和处理2没有显著性差异.处理1和处理2均有僵虫出现,处理3没有僵虫出现.田间结果证实,使用白僵菌可有效减少枯心苗率.

    • 摘要: The present test was conducted to study the effect of imidacloprid 2%G on controlling sugarcane pests under field conditions. The low-toxic pesticide of chlorpyrifos 5%G and high-toxic pesticide of carbofuran 3%G were used as control. The results revealed that efficacy of imidacloprid 2%G with a.i. 1200 g/hm2 against sugarcane borers,Alissonotum impresssicolle Arrow, Ceratovacuna lanigera (Zehntner),Baliothrips serrateus Kobus were 64.61%~76.72%、86.34%~87.04%、100%、85.63%, and efficacy of imidacloprid 2%G with a.i. 900 g/hm2 against sugarcane borers,A. impresssicolle, C. lanigera,B. serrateus were 53.00%~68.82%, 76.58%~79.58%, 100%, 80.22%, and efficacy of imidacloprid 2%G with a.i. 600 g/hm2 against sugarcane borers,A. impresssicolle, C. lanigera,B. serrateus were 44.12%~60.13%, 64.42%~74.67%、81.48%, 59.53%. Imidacloprid 2%G showed better efficacy than chlorpyrifos 5%G and carbofuran 3%G against sugarcane pests. Imidacloprid 2%G is an insecticide with high-efficacy and low-toxicity, and is safe for non-target organisms and the environment.%本研究以低毒农药毒死蜱5%G和高毒农药呋喃丹3%G为对照药剂,进行吡虫啉2%G对甘蔗害虫田间防治效果试验.结果表明:吡虫啉2%G使用剂量为a.i.1200 g/hm2的处理组,对甘蔗螟虫、黑色蔗龟、绵蚜和蓟马的防治效果分别为64.61%~76.72%、86.34%~87.04%、100%、85.63%;使用剂量为a.i.900 g/hm2的处理组,防治效果分别为53.00%~68.82%、76.58%~79.58%、100%、80.22%;使用剂量为a.i.600 g/hm2的处理组,防治效果分别为44.12%~60.13%、64.42%~74.67%、81.48%、59.53%.吡虫啉2%G对甘蔗螟虫、甘蔗金龟子、甘蔗绵蚜、蓟马均有防效,且效果优于毒死蜱5%G和呋喃丹3%G.该药具有高效、低毒等优点,有助于保护非靶标生物和环境安全.

    • 摘要: 为筛选防控甘蔗绵蚜和蓟马的理想缓释长效低毒新药剂及轻简高效施药技术,选用2%吡虫啉GR根施进行田间药效试验.田间试验结果表明,2%吡虫啉GR对甘蔗绵蚜和蓟马均具有良好的防控效果,是防控甘蔗绵蚜和蓟马理想的缓释长效低毒新药剂,与其他药剂轮换使用,可延缓抗药性产生和发展.2%吡虫啉GR最适宜用量为30 kg/hm2(有效成分600 g),可在2—6月结合甘蔗种植管理或大培土,按30 kg/hm2用药量与40~80 kg/hm2施肥量混匀一次性施用,对甘蔗绵蚜的防效可达98.2%以上,对甘蔗蓟马的防效可达81.1%以上;甘蔗实测产量较对照增加33390 kg/hm2以上,甘蔗糖分较对照增加6.6%以上.缓释长效强内吸性农药与底肥追肥混匀一次性根施,施用方便,轻简高效,省工省时,环境友好,应在蔗区大面积推广应用.%To screen new pesticides with ideal sustained-release, long-lasting and low-toxic to control Ceratovacuna lanigera and Baliathrips serratus, and find out convenient and efficient pesticide application technology, 2% imidacloprid GR was selected and applied in soil for field efficacy trials. The results showed that 2% imidacloprid GR had good control effect on C. lanigera and B. serratus. It was a new pesticide with ideal sustained-release, long-lasting and low-toxin to control C. lanigera and B. serratus. Therefore, we could use it with other pesticides alternately to delay drug resistance. The optimum dosage of 2% imidacloprid GR was 30 kg/hm2 (with effective ingredients of 600 g). 2% imidacloprid GR (30 kg/hm2) mixed with regular fertilizer (40-80 kg/hm2) was applied one time at sugarcane planting or'hilled up'soil between February and June. The control effect on C. lanigera and B. serratus could be more than 98.2%and 81.1%, respectively. The real yield and sucrose content increased by more than 33390 kg/hm2 and 6.6% compared with that of the control, respectively. The pesticide with sustained-release, long-lasting and strong systemic could be mixed with base fertilizer and top dressing and applied in the soil one time. This method is convenient, efficient, time saving and environment friendly, and should be applied widely in sugarcane planting area.

    • 摘要: 70% Thiamethoxam ZF was selected and applied in the soil for controlling Ceratovacuna lanigera Zehntner and Baliathrips serratus Kobus.The results showed that 70% Thiamethoxam ZF had good a control effect on C.lanigera and B.serratus.It was a new ideal pesticide with characteristics of sustained-release,long-lasting and low-toxin for controlling C.lanigera and B.serratus,and should be applied widely in the sugarcane planting area.The optimum dosage of 70% Thiamethoxam ZF was 450 g/hm2 (effective ingredients 315 g).70% Thiamethoxam ZF (dosage per hm2) mixed with the regular fertilizer (dosage per hm2) should be applied to the sugarcane planting and management one-time between February and June.The control effect for C.lanigera and B.serratus could be above 98.4% and 82.9% respectively.The real yield and sugar content increased bv more than 34 290 kg/hm2 and 6.8% than that in the blank control area respectively.%选用70%噻虫嗪种子处理可分散粉剂根施进行防控甘蔗绵蚜和蓟马试验.结果表明:70%噻虫嗪种子处理可分散粉剂对甘蔗绵蚜和蓟马均具有良好的防控效果,是防控甘蔗绵蚜和蓟马理想的缓释长效低毒新药剂,可在蔗区大面积推广应用.70%噻虫嗪种子处理可分散粉剂最适宜用量为450 g/hm2(有效成分315 g),可在2~6月,按hm2用药量与hm2施肥量混匀一次性施用,对甘蔗绵蚜和蓟马的防效分别达98.4%和82.9%以上.甘蔗实测产量和糖分分别较对照增加34 290 kg/hm2和6.8%以上.
