以中空玻璃微球、碳酸钙和玻璃纤维毡为原料,采用模压成型的方法制得中空玻璃微球/碳酸钙/玻璃纤维毡复合材料.用稳态法测试复合材料的热导率.通过一系列静态压缩、拉伸和弯曲实验,研究了中空玻璃微球填充量对复合材料强度的影响,并分析了影响原因.研究结果表明:在添加5.0%(wt,质量分数,下同)中空玻璃微球和40.0%碳酸钙条件下,制得的复合材料的密度达到1.434g/cm3,热导率达到0.145W/(m·°C),拉伸强度达到17.10MPa、弯曲强度达到2.33MPa、压缩强度达到87.28MPa.碳酸钙填充量越多,复合材料密度越大,热导率越大,力学性能也增强.%Hollow glass microspheres,calcium carbonate and glass fiber mat as raw materials,hollow glass microspheres/calcium carbonate/glass fiber mat composite was formed by using the press molding method.Steady state method was used to measure the thermal conductivity of composite. Through a series of static compression,tensile and bending experiments,the effect of the content of hollow glass microspheres on the composite strength was studied and analyzed the reasons. The results showed that when added 5.0wt% hollow glass microspheres and 40.0wt%calcium carbonate,the density of composite was 1.434g/cm3,the thermal conductivity reached 0.145W/(m·°C),the tensile strength reached 17.10MPa,the flexural strength of 2.33MPa,and the compressive strength of 87.28MPa. The more calcium carbonate filling,the greater the composite density,the greater the thermal conductivity,and the mechanical properties were also enhanced.
