    • 摘要: 生产覆铜板和多层线路板用粘结片或半固化片(PP)的工艺流程中要加装自动纠偏装置,常用的纠偏装置为气液压式,但该装置存在维修成本高、维修后控制状态易波动等弊端,而采用价格便宜、结构简单的电动式纠偏装置后,控制稳定,能够满足生产需求。本文结合使用实际,对两种纠偏装置的工作原理、结构特点等作一简要介绍。

    • 摘要: 文章通过设计一种全新的高速树脂填胶能力评价模型,研究了高速材料玻璃布开纤方式和玻璃布类型对材料填胶性能的影响。结果表明:(1)相同RC含量下,1080玻璃布树脂填胶性能优于1078玻璃布,主要原因为1078扁平玻璃布,经纱与纬纱之间的缝隙变小阻碍了材料固化过程中的树脂流动,对有大范围BGA或基材区设计的产品优先选择填充性能表现更好的非扁平玻璃布或未开纤处理玻璃布;(2)相同树脂配方下E-Glass树脂填胶性能表现优于Low D_(k)Glass树脂,可能原因之一为Low D_(k)Glass玻璃布基重均较E-Glass轻,相同RC含量下Low D_(k)Glass的可填充树脂量将较E-Glass的少;(3)E-Glass和Low D_(k)Glass玻璃布组分含量主要差异为Low D_(k)Glass玻璃布通过减少CaO/MgO含量,提高B_(2)O_(3)的含量增强玻璃布纤维韧性。

    • 摘要: 文章分析了汽车油箱渗漏的原因,并完成了其粘接修复过程.首先通过染色渗透法确定了渗漏部位,然后对渗漏处进行脱脂、打磨再脱脂处理,选用环氧-聚硫胶配合GY-280厌氧胶和玻璃布为修复材料,通过交替涂胶和贴敷玻璃布的工艺完成了汽车油箱渗漏的粘接修复过程.

    • 摘要: 简要阐述了CAF的机理、影响因素、发生条件和失效模式,并选取玻璃布型号、树脂类型和玻纤发白三个因素进行CAF的试验研究,针对性提出了CAF的防护建议.%Briefly expound the mechanism, the influence factors, occurred conditions and failure mode of CAF. The experimental study of CAF was conducted by selecting the three factors of glass cloth model, the resin type and glass fiber whiting. The protection suggestion of CAF was put forward.

    • 摘要: 某型号液氢轴承工况大幅提高后,芳纶纤维弥散增强聚四氟乙烯(Poly Tetra Fluor Ethylene,PTFE)复合材料保持架多次断裂甚至碎裂.极高的工作转速迫使轴承必须研制低温力学性能更强的复合材料来制备保持架,经过大量理论调研和工艺摸索,最终制备出先进的玻璃纤维布层压PTFE复合材料保持架,兼顾了玻璃布的高强度和PTFE的强润滑性,真实工况的液氢试验考核累计超过9小时,国内首次实现了在高速液氢轴承中的成功应用.%Since the operating condition of a certain hydrogen bearing increased substantially,resin PTFE(Poly Tetra Fluor Ethylene) retainer reinforced with diffused glass fiber have been suffered for fracture and/or fragmentation for several times.The ultra-speed cryogenic bearings have to use retainers with stronger cryogenic mechanical properties.Based on tremendous theoretical investigations and trial-and-error method,the state-of-the-art resin PTFE composite material reinforced with laminated glass cloth was developed successfully,which is characterized for high strength of glass cloth and high lubrication of PTFE.The resin PTFE retainer reinforced with laminated glass cloth is used successfully for the first time domestically in the ultra-speed hydrogen bearings which has been verified by 9 hours test in hydrogen.

    • 摘要: The rheological property of 3233VB (medium temperature curing resin) was analyzed using DSC (Differential Scanning Calorimetry) which determined the curing technics of 3233VB. A kind of medium tem-perature curing prepreg using epoxy and glass fabric was prepared by hot melt method. And then the laminates were prepared by vacuum bag method, molding method and autoclave method, respectively. Finally, the prop-erties of laminates were tested. The experimental results showed that 3233VB/EW180B prepreg is suitable for vacuum bag method. Besides, 3233VB epoxy has good toughness which makes a high peel strength of sandwich structures. And the 3233VB/EW180B prepreg could be co-cured directly with honeycomb. When the resin con-tent of prepreg keeps constant, with the increase of laminates layers, the peel strength of laminates increase.%对3233VB中温固化树脂进行流变性能和DSC分析分析,确定3233VB中温固化树脂的固化工艺;采用热熔法制备一种中温固化环氧玻璃布预浸料-3233V B/E W180B预浸料,通过真空袋法、模压法和热压罐法成型复合材料板,分别进行性能测试和对比.结果表明,3233VB/EW180B玻璃布预浸料适合真空袋法成型复合材料;3233VB树脂具有良好的韧性,夹层结构的抗滚筒剥离强度高,其预浸料可与蜂窝直接共固化;预浸料树脂质量分数相同时滚筒剥离强度随着预浸料层数的增加而提高.

    • 摘要: With characteristics of instantaneous high-temperature resistance,good insulation and ablation resistance, glass cloth is widely used in aerospace industry and weapon communication industry.Therefore,it is particularly important to cut out qualified glass cloth.The reason for high rej ect rate of the glass cloth is mainly concentrated in the instability of feeding process,relaxation and cloth deviation.After structure design,calculation and modal analysis of inflatable shaft,a cutting machine for glass cloth is presented and the structure of the traditional shaft is improved,which ensures the stability and continuity of feeding.The rej ect rate and production cost can be effectively reduced by using the rectifying deviation de-vice composed of mutually perpendicular guide screw.At the same time,the cutting process is optimized to provide the guarantee for improving the qualified rate of the glass cloth.%玻璃布因瞬时耐高温性能好、耐烧蚀和绝缘性能好,广泛应用于航空、航天与兵器工业等领域.针对玻璃布裁切过程中,由于供料过程不牢固、玻璃布未能张紧以及布料走偏等而出现废品率过高的问题,对气胀轴芯进行了结构设计、计算与模态分析,改进了传统上料轴的结构,提出一种适应于玻璃布的裁切机,保证了上料的平稳性与连续性.利用相互垂直的丝杠传动作为裁切机的纠偏装置,有效地避免了布料走偏,降低裁切废品率以及生产成本,优化了裁切工艺,提高了生产效率,为提升玻璃布裁切的合格率提供保障.
