    • 摘要: A significant increase in dental diseases in adolescents who spend a long time at the computer, according to modern concepts, is mediated by the electromagnetic field of the computer, the impact of which has not been fully studied. The paper presents data from a comparative study of the dental status of the oral cavity and the state of periodontal tissues in adolescents aged 18 to 15 who spend more than 5 (target group of 55 adolescents) and less than 5 hours (control group of 20 adolescents) at the computer. The selection of the contingent was carried out randomly. According to the dental characteristics of the oral cavity, the number of dental plaque was assessed according to the simplified Turkish OHI-S hygiene index, in the modification Hi Fedorov-Volotkina, the severity of inflammatory and destructive changes in periodontal tissues according to the Pi index (Russell), and their prevalence according to the Papillary-Marginal-Alveolar index PMA in Parma modification. The conducted comparative study showed that in adolescents who worked 8 - 12 hours at the computer, periodontal changes occur much more often and are more pronounced than in adolescents who worked less than 5 hours. In addition, the neurohormonal parameters of the saliva of adolescents who are at the computer for less than 5 hours practically do not change, but in adults who work longer than 8 hours the saliva data in the mouth changes while.

    • 摘要: The complexity of current software tools increases with the complexity of problem solving tasks they are designed to assist and are mainly dedicated to computer educated people. On the other hand current computer technology is deeply involved in people’s everyday life. This gap deepens and stresses software technology and computer education. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the feasibility of a new computer based problem solving methodology based on software tools that can be manipulated through the use of natural language. By computational emancipation the natural language becomes a family of non-ambiguous languages. This means that every problem solver uses a non-ambiguous natural language, termed here as Domain Algorithmic Language, DAL. Here we show how to develop software tools dedicated to the problem domain and illustrate the methodology we propose with the software tools required by teaching high school algebra.

    • 摘要: Today,*our cultural production is increasingly seized by small-screen representations that we call the phenomenon of duan shipin短视频(short-videos).1 Paola Voci’s China on Video:Small-Screen Realities(2010)is a comprehensivework done to analyze the emerging field of independent Chinese video-making practices,foreshadowing the coming of the age of short-videos.This phenomenon is marked by the formation of a new public space consisting of small screens such as“the DV camera,the computer monitor,cell phone display”(xx).Paola Voci approaches these diverse visual practices with an interdisciplinary method that covers“film,media,new media,media anthropology,visual arts,contemporaryChina area studies,and cultural studies”(xx).

    • 摘要: This paper formulates the light timing calculations for each interferometer arm;one that is parallel to the direction of motion of the interferometer through space and the other that is perpendicular. The calculations are done for a vacuum-mode interferometer and then for a gas-mode interferometer. The calculations show that no light timing difference is detectable in a vacuum-mode interferometer, but once an optical medium is present in the light path down the arms of the interferometer, this is no longer the case and a timing difference is detectable. Further to this, the timing equations obtained from the analysis are used to model the historical experiments of Michelson-Morley and Miller (Mt Wilson) and predictions are made by the model that accurately match the actual recorded results from those experiments. Thus, this timing analysis confirms that there is a light speed anisotropy in a reference frame that is moving through space, indicating the presence of a preferred Aether reference frame through which the Earth is moving.

    • 摘要: Sedentary behavior has been identified as one of the major causes of many chronic diseases,such as cardiovascular diseases,stroke,cancer,osteoporosis,and type 2 diabetes.1 Modern technology plays a complex role in sedentary behavior—much like a double-edged sword.Specifically,some modern technologies,such as sedentary video games and computer games,have contributed to the epidemic of sedentary behavior and physical inactivity,whereas other novel technologies such as e-health have been increasingly used to promote physical activity(PA)and health.2,3 Indeed,e-health encompasses more than just Internet and medicine.It can include many sophisticated applications that deal with disease prevention and wellness,mobile decision making,emergency interventions,monitoring health,and remote care via mobile devices.

    • 摘要: This paper deals with the implementation of algorithms and tools for the security of academic data protection in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. It consists principally in implementing two algorithms and two distinct tools to secure data and in this particular case, academic data of higher and university education in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The design of algorithms meets the approach that any researcher in data encryption must use during the development of a computer system. Briefly, these algorithms are steps to follow to encrypt information in any programming language. These algorithms are based on symmetric and asymmetric encryption, the first one uses Christopher Hill’s algorithm, which uses texts in the form of matrices before they are encrypted and RSA as one of the asymmetric algorithms, it uses the prime numbers that we have encoded on more than 512 bits. As for tools, we have developed them in php which is only a programming language taken as an example because it is impossible to use all of them. The tools implemented are based on the algorithms of Caesar, Christopher Hill, and RSA showing how the encryption operations are carried out thanks to graphical interfaces. They are only tools for pedagogical reasons to help students and other researchers learn how to use developed algorithms. We have not developed them for pleasure but rather to be used in any information system, which would prevent and limit unauthorized access to computer systems. They will not be used only for the management of academic fees but for any other information system, which explains and shows the complexity of the tools developed. We have not been able to solve the problems of versions for the developed prototype, because if there is a new version later some functions may be obsolete, which would constitute the limitation of these tools. This work targets primarily the Ministry of Higher Education and Universities, which will make these results its own and implement them in order to solve the problem of intrusions, and unauthorized access to developers and researchers who will use tools already made instead of thinking about their development. We are trying to demonstrate the steps and the methodology that allowed us to reach our results, in the following lines.
