    • 摘要: Complex tibial plateau fractures can seriously affect quality of life and physical and mental health of patients.The anatomical relationship between the proximal tibial bone and soft tissue is complex,resulting in different types of tibial plateau fractures.Violent trauma can lead to displaced fracture,serious soft tissue injury,and potentially,dislocation of the knee joint.Therefore,tibial plateau fractures are extremely unstable.AIM To assess the use of locking compression plate(LCP)+T-type steel plate for postoperative weight bearing and functional recovery of complex tibial plateau fractures.METHODS Ninety-seven patients with complex tibial plateau fractures who underwent surgery at our hospital were selected for retrospective study.Forty-nine patients had been treated with LCP+T-type steel plate limited internal fixation(study group),and 48 patients with bilateral ordinary steel plate support(control group).The operation process index,postoperative rehabilitation related index,Rasmussen score of the knee joint,tibial plateau varus angle(TPA),tibial plateau retroversion angle(PA),and surgical complications of the two groups were compared.RESULTS The operation time and intraoperative bone graft volume in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P0.05).There was no significant difference in the TPA and PA angle between the groups immediately and 18 mo after surgery(P>0.05).At 12 mo after surgery,the Rasmussen scale score was higher in the study group than in the control group(P0.05).The postoperative complication rate in the study group(3.77%)was lower than that in the control group(15.09%;P<0.05).CONCLUSION LCP+T-type steel plate internal fixation has advantages in terms of minimizing trauma and enabling early postoperative functional exercise,promoting functional recovery and lower limb weight-bearing,and reducing postoperative complications.

    • 摘要: Homeostasis creates self-organized synchrony of the body’s reactions, and despite the energetically open system with intensive external and internal interactions, it is robustly stable. Importantly the self-organized system has scaling behaviors in its allometry, internal structures, and dynamic processes. The system works stochastically. Deterministic reductionism has validity only by the great average of the probabilistic processes. The system’s dynamics have a characteristic distribution of signals, which may be characterized by their frequency distribution, creating a particular “noise” 1/f of the power density. The stochastic processes produce resonances pumped by various noise spectra. The chemical processes are mostly driven by enzymatic processes, which also have noise-dependent resonant optimizing. The resonance frequencies are as many as many enzymatic reactions exist in the target.

    • 摘要: Cancer patients frequently report a set of symptoms including fatigue, pain, and physiological and social distress. Families and other personal lay relations give proposals to take supportive drugs and supplemental nutrients, without professional knowledge about their actions. Internet search engines and social networks serve up most of the treatment proposals, opening wide possibilities for quackeries and predatory money-making practices. Medical professionals have a responsibility to clear this field and concentrate on patients’ well-being and personal needs. According to our approach, the integration of supportive and palliative care with conventional therapies needs a change of paradigm from tumour-driven to patient-driven treatment actions. Supportive/palliative care includes a broad spectrum of applied methods, including medications, nourishments, electrical effects, and psycho and social supports. Our goal is to discuss the possibilities for combining conventional oncotherapies with additional supportive/palliative care and to give suggestions on a professional basis.

    • 摘要: Cells are open systems that exchange energy and molecules with their environment.As any material system,they perform all the complex activities required for homeostasis and reproduction,obeying the thermodynamic laws.This viewpoint will argue that the basic logic governing the energy flux required to preserve cell organization and function is simple:to decrease the activation energy(Ea)of specific processes.Almost none of the possible chemical reactions and energy transformations inside a cell occur at a measurable speed at room or body temperature.Enzymes or other macromolecular structures speed up particular transformations by decreasing the corresponding energetic barriers.However,to maintain the systems in a homeostatic state,capable of sophisticated functions based on this simple strategy requires an inconceivably complex solution.The conclusion will point to the challenging and intricate problems that cells have solved to carve the highly regulated channel through which the energy flows,fueling the work of these nanoscale machines.

    • 摘要: Millimeter-Wave(mmWave)Massive MIMO is one of the most effective technology for the fifth-generation(5G)wireless networks.It improves both the spectral and energy efficiency by utilizing the 30–300 GHz millimeter-wave bandwidth and a large number of antennas at the base station.However,increasing the number of antennas requires a large number of radio frequency(RF)chains which results in high power consumption.In order to reduce the RF chain’s energy,cost and provide desirable quality-ofservice(QoS)to the subscribers,this paper proposes an energy-efficient hybrid precoding algorithm formm Wave massive MIMO networks based on the idea of RF chains selection.The sparse digital precoding problem is generated by utilizing the analog precoding codebook.Then,it is jointly solved through iterative fractional programming and successive convex optimization(SCA)techniques.Simulation results show that the proposed scheme outperforms the existing schemes and effectively improves the system performance under different operating conditions.

    • 摘要: Nowadays the E-bank systems witnessed huge growth due to the huge developments in the internet and technologies.The transmitted information represents crucial information that is exposed to various kinds of attacks.This paper presents a new block cipher technique to provide security to the transmitted information between the customers and the ebank systems.The proposed algorithm consists of 10 rounds,each round involves 5 operations.The operations involve Add round key,Sub bytes,Zigzag method,convert to vector,and Magic Square of order 11.The purpose of this algorithm is to make use of the complexity of the Magic Square algorithm,the speed of addition operation,the confusion provided by the zigzag,using these operations with Galois field 28 GF(28),and repeating these operations for several rounds to build fast high secure encryption algorithm.This algorithm is designed to provide fast with high complexity and security which is suitable to encrypt the data that is transmitted over the internet.Speed,complexity,and The National Institute of Standards and Technology Framework NIST suite tests were done.The complexity of the proposed algorithm is=((256)32)r+1∗((256)89)r+1+(256)121.The proposed technique gives higher speed and security in the encryption and decryption phases,according to the results of the experiments.The degree of randomness has grown by 31.8 percent.Due to a decrease in the time of encrypting and decrypting,as well as the usage of the central processing unit(CPU),efficiency is improved.The encryption process throughput is enhanced by 13%,while the decryption process throughput is increased by 11.6 percent with the recommended approach.

    • 摘要: The development of large infrastructure projects requires the consideration of many different risks in advance,of which the two common risks are strategic risk and project risk.This study provides an overview of the different relevant literature on risk management of large infrastructure projects.Based on the Hong Kong section of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong high-speed rail,this study identified the project’s main strategic risks and project risks,and provided suggestions for risk management.

    • 摘要: Objective:To explore the clinical effect of applying the pre-excitation regimen in the treatment of patients with refractory relapsed acute non-lymphocytic leukemia(ANLL).Methods:This research work was carried out in our hospital(Shaanxi Provincial People’s Hospital)from September 2021 to September 2022.A total of 50 cases were selected for this study,and all were given a pre-excitation treatment plan,mainly low-dose cytarabine,aclarithromycin,etoposide,granulocyte colony-stimulating factor,and more were implemented.The clinical intervention effect was then analyzed.Results:Among the 50 patients in this study,the results showed that the treatment was very effective for 22 cases,accounting for 44.00%;effective for 14 cases,accounting for 28.00%;and ineffective for 14 cases,accounting for 28.00%.The total rate of effectiveness was 72.00%.The hematopoietic system adverse reactions of the patients were mainly bone marrow suppression.All 50 patients had different degrees of blood count decline,among which some patients’neutrophils were less than 0.5×10^(9)/L.The median time was 7 days.Among them,25 patients had infection problems,the incidence rate was 50.00%,the patient’s platelet count PLT<20×109/L,and the median time was 10 days.At the same time,among the 50 patients in this study,34(68.00%)patients had symptoms such as loss of appetite,nausea,vomiting,and fatigue,17(34.00%)patients showed hair loss,mildly elevated transaminases were observed in 8(16.00%)patients,and 11(22.00%)patients had muscle soreness.Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with refractory complex acute non-lymphocytic leukemia,the application of pre-excitation regimen has a significant effect,which can improve the adverse symptoms of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and promote the recovery of patients.

    • 摘要: The well-known sequentially lifted cover inequality is widely employed in solving mixed integer programs.However,it is still an open question whether a sequentially lifted cover inequality can be computed in polynomial time for a given minimal cover(Gu et al.(1999)).We show that this problem is N P-hard,thus giving a negative answer to the question.
