    • 摘要: 通过添加碱性有机物对现有的磷酸盐粘结剂进行改性,制备型砂,采用射芯机制样,模具加热使试样固化成形。研究了改性物质及中和度对粘结剂的粘度、型砂的流动性、型砂试样的强度、抗吸湿性、型砂的溃散性的影响。结果表明,碱性有机物改性磷酸盐粘结剂,一方面能提高型砂试样的强度和抗吸湿性,试样在相对湿度为45%~60%时的即时抗拉强度最高达1.88 MPa;另一方面粘结剂的粘度明显地降低了,在一定程度上改善了型砂流动性。而粘结剂中和度的改变,对磷酸盐粘结剂热硬砂的固化时间和抗吸湿性也有较明显的影响。

    • 摘要: 以相对分子质量较大的聚乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(PEGDMA)为交联剂,研究P(AA-co-AM)水凝胶的制备,以提高其机械强度.通过单因素实验,考察AA中和度、单体比例等因素对P(AA-co-AM)水凝胶强度和吸水倍率的影响.研究结果表明,当丙烯酸中和度为80%、n(AM)/n(AA)为2.5、引发剂用量为0.5%、n[(NH4)2S2O8]/n[Na2SO3]为1.0、反应温度为50°C、交联剂用量为0.6%时,水凝胶的强度及吸水倍率最好.
    • 摘要: 本发明提供一种能够提高低温抗冲击性的聚乙烯醇缩醛离聚物树脂材料。根据本发明的一种聚乙烯醇缩醛离聚物树脂材料,包括具有离子官能团的聚乙烯醇缩醛离聚物树脂,其金属量使中和度为10%或更高和90%或更低,且聚乙烯醇缩醛离聚物树脂具有80%或更高的缩醛环结构的介百分比更多。

    • 摘要: Emulsifier free emulsion polymerization was used,with NaHCO3 as neutralizing agent,respectively,by one step, two step synthesis,two kinds of polystyrene and acrylic particles (PS-AA)were produced,and by scanning electron microscopy (SEM)observation and contrast analysis the morphology of two kinds of particles.The particles dispersed in polyethylene glycol by high-energy ball milling method,preparation of PS-AA/PEG shear thickening fluid (STF),and through the analysis of steady state dynamic rheometer,scanning test shear thickening behavior of the polyethylene glycol suspension,preparation of polymer particles to study using two step method;by infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy,thermogravimetric-DSC.Laser particle size distribution instrument of different degrees of neutralization particles were characterized by the characterization of the dynamic rheometer suspension rheological properties of polyethylene glycol.The results showed that different degree of neutralization of PS-AA core-shell particles was synthesized with smooth surface,uniform particle size,and then shear thickening fluid was prepared, and the optimal degree of neutralization was 45% and 50%,of which 50% neutralization degree of PS-AA particles,the maximum viscosity of polyethylene glycol suspension concentration 64% up to 2 200 Pa?s,the performance in anti external protection field research results in the rise above the common herd.%实验采用无皂乳液聚合法,以 NaHCO3为中和剂,合成了一系列不同中和度的聚苯乙烯-丙烯酸(PS-AA)粒子.分别通过一步法、两步法合成了两种PS-AA粒子,并通过扫描电镜(SEM)观察了两种粒子的微观形貌.采用高能球磨法将粒子分散到聚乙二醇中,制备得到PS-AA/PEG剪切增稠液(STF),并通过动态流变仪稳态扫描测试了其聚乙二醇悬液的剪切增稠特性,结果表明用两步法合成的粒子作分散相可制备出优良的剪切增稠液.通过红外光谱、热重-DSC、扫描电镜、激光粒度分布仪对不同中和度的粒子进行了表征,并通过动态流变仪对其聚乙二醇悬液流变性能进行表征.结果表明,实验成功合成了不同中和度且表面光滑、粒径均一的核壳状的PS-AA粒子,并以此制备出性能优异的剪切增稠液,得出最优中和度为 45%和 50%.其中 50%中和度PS-AA粒子,其质量浓度为 64%的聚乙二醇悬液最大粘度高达 2 200 Pa?s,该性能在抗外力防护领域研究成果内出类拔萃.

    • 摘要: 以液态环氧树脂E-51和乙二胺为原料,成功制得一种水性环氧固化剂,并用冰醋酸中和成盐.通过控制冰醋酸的加量,调节产物的亲水亲油值,使其能与自制的水性环氧树脂乳液复配制备环氧树脂涂料;并研究了固化剂与乳液的相容性.采用FT-IR、1 H-NMR、环氧值表征固化剂结构.测试了涂膜的动态力学性能、热力学性能、平衡吸水率、耐酸碱性、铅笔硬度等.结果表明:当中和度为50%时,涂膜的力学性能、耐水性、耐酸碱性、硬度均较好.%A kind of waterborne epoxy curing agent has been successfully prepared by liquid epoxy resin E-51 and ethylenediamine as raw materials.The curing agent is neutralized with glacial acetic acid to form a salt.The HLB of the product is adjusted by changing the amount of the added glacial acetic acid,which makes it possible to mix the epoxy resin coating with a self-made aqueous epoxy emulsion.The compatibility of the curing agent with selfmade waterborne epoxy resin emulsion is studied.The structure of the curing agent was characterized by FT-IR,1H-NMR and epoxy value.The coating is tested by means of equilibrium water absorption,dynamic mechanical properties,acid and alkali resistance,pencil hardness and other testing methods.The results show that the mechanical properties,apparent properties,water resistance and acid and alkali resistance of the coating are good when the degree of neutralization is 50%.

    • 摘要: A cathodic electrodepositon coating for aluminum substrate was prepared via ionization of the composition by lactic acid which was prepared by blending of polyurethane and additives as well as the anionic acrylic resin obtained by copolymerization of allyl glycidyl ether and acrylate monomer wherein methylethanolamine conducted a ring-opening reaction with epoxy group. The storage stability of emulsion and its mechanical properties were investigated. The results showed that a stable electrodepostion solution could be prepared when the allyl glycidyl ether was 12% of the resin, methyl ethyl ketoxime and 3, 5-dimethyl pyrazole were used as mixed sealing agent to be blended with the blocked polyurethane based on propanetriol-branched IPDI, and lactic acid was used to reach a neutralization degree 49%. The electrodepostion coating cured at 140 °C for 30 min showed good film appearance and comprehensive performance.%将烯丙基缩水甘油醚与丙烯酸酯单体进行溶液共聚,甲基乙醇胺与分子主链中的环氧基开环引入含-N基团,与封闭聚氨酯和助剂混合,加入乳酸将其离子化,得到铝制工件用的阴极电泳清漆.通过对乳液的贮存稳定性和在铝制工件上的漆膜机械性能进行研究发现,当烯丙基缩水甘油醚占树脂质量的12%时,与以甲乙酮肟和3,5-二甲基吡唑为混合封闭剂、丙三醇枝化的异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯而制得的封闭聚氨酯混合,用乳酸中和至树脂中和度的49%时,可以得到稳定的电泳槽液.经电泳后,在140°C下烘烤30 min,得到的漆膜外观和综合性能最佳.

    • 摘要: 本文所用到的高吸水树脂以马铃薯渣为母体,丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺为单体,采用过硫酸钾为引发剂,N—N'—亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,氢氧化钠为中和剂制成的高吸水树脂.详细研究了吸附剂的吸附性能,确定吸附剂的最优吸附条件.通过对铅离子的吸附性能研究,结果表明:配比不同的高吸水树脂对同一浓度铅离子的吸附实验可知,配比为40%的高吸水树脂对浓度为5μg/mL铅离子的吸附最好,吸光度为0.243,实际浓度为5μg/mL,吸附铅离子的量为1.900;通过中和度为40%的高吸水性树脂(40~60目)对不同浓度铅离子的吸附实验可知,配比为40%的高吸水树脂对浓度为6μg/mL铅离子的吸附最好,吸光度为0.098,吸附铅离子的量为10.805;通过粒径不同的树脂对吸附的影响实验可知,粒径为20~40目的高吸水树脂对浓度为5μg/mL铅离子的吸附最好,吸光度为0.236,实际浓度为5μg/mL,吸附铅离子的量为2.892.

    • 摘要: 水性聚氨酯/无机复合材料兼具有机物和无机物的优点,是一类非常有发展前景的复合材料.然而,有机物与无机物之间的差异使两相相容性不好,不仅限制了无机材料在聚合物基体中的作用而且导致复合材料结构不均,综合性能下降.因此,保证无机粒子在聚氨酯基体中的均匀分散是制备性能优异的水性聚氨酯/无机复合材料的关键.本文将高支化度的水性硅溶胶(KS560)添加到3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)封端的WPU乳液中,通过sol-gel反应制备了均一的水性聚氨酯/SiO2复合乳液(WPU/SiO2).体系的中和度(DN)由三乙胺/2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(TEA/DMPA)的摩尔比控制.研究了体系D州值对复合乳液结构和性能的影响.通过29Si NMR及流变实验证实WPU与KS560之间的化学交联结构.随着DN值增加,这种化学交联程度增大,使得流变的储能模量值降低.SEM照片发现KS560的加入可分散转移成膜过程中产生的应力,并阻止裂纹的形成.而DN直增加有利于改善复合胶膜表面的平整度.同时,KS560为WPU引入了聚硅氧烷网络结构,使复合材料热稳定性,耐水性及力学性能均得到提高.当DN为80%时,复合材料的吸水率达到最低值4%.另外,随DN值增加,KS560与WPU之间的界面强度,KS560之间的缩合程度增加,这使复合材料的拉伸强度及模量值均增加.因此,DN值为80%时可制备综合性能优异的WPU/SiO2复合材料.%WPU/inorganic composite material has been taken as a kind of promising materials,since it has both advantages of organic and inorganic materials.However,the structural difference between organic and inorganic materials resulted in bad compatibility.The bad compatibility not only restricted the function of inorganic particles in polymer,but also caused the inhomogeneous structure as well as inferior properties of composite materials.Thus,good dispersity of inorganic particles in polyurethane was the key factor for obtaining WPU/inorganic composite with excellent properties.The WPU/SiO2 composite emulsion was prepared by sol-gel process,which consisted of an aqueous silica sol with highly branched structure (KS560) and (3-aminopropyl) triethoxylsilane (APTES)-terminated waterborne polyurethane (WPU).The degree of neutralization (DN) of composite emulsion was controlled by the mole ratio of Triethylamine (TEA)/2,2-Dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA),and the effect of DNvalue on structure and properties of WPU/SiO2 composite was investigated.The chemical crosslinking between WPU and KS560 was confirmed by 29Si NMR and rheological test.In rheological test,the storage modulus of composite emulsion reduced with increasing the DN value,since it increased the crosslinking efficiency of WPU and KS560.SEM images found that the addition of KS560 could transfer the stress and prevent cracks in film formation.The smooth of composite film also improved with increasing DNvalue.Moreover,the polysiloxane network was introduced into WPU by KS560,which would improve the thermal stability,water resistance and mechanical properties of the WPU/SiO2 composite.When the DN value was 80%,the minimum water absorption of composite was reached to 4%.In addition,an increase in DN value could promote the interaction between WPU and KS560,KS560 and KS560,thus the tensile stress and modulus of WPU/SiO2 composite were improved.

    • 摘要: The sodium polyacrylate/zeolite composite humidity controlling materials in homogeneous morphology were prepared by inverse emulsion polymerization. The morphology,surface chemical properties and humidity controlling behaviors of the composites were observed. The impacts of neutralization of the reaction system,the amount of cross-linkers,and the content of zeolite on the humidity-controlling ability of the composites were investigated as well. The results show that humidity controlling ability of the composites is improved with the increase of the neutralization degree, while goes up firstly and down with the increase of zeolite content and amount of cross-linkers. The composites performs best in humidity controlling when the degree of neutralization is100%, the amount of crosslinking agent is0.06%,and the mass fraction of zeolite is15%.%利用反相乳液聚合法制备了形貌均一的聚丙烯酸钠/沸石复合调湿材料,对复合材料的形貌、表面化学性质和调湿性能进行了研究,并考察了反应体系的中和度、交联剂用量和沸石含量对复合材料调湿性能的影响.结果表明:复合材料的调湿能力随中和度的增加而提高,随沸石含量和交联剂用量的增加呈先增大后减小的趋势;中和度为100%,交联剂用量为0.06%,沸石质量分数为15%时,聚丙烯酸钠/沸石复合材料的调湿性能最佳.
