基于热力试验方法,以机组试验热耗率为依据,研究在供热机组上引射汇流改造的节能量.某厂引进引射汇流技术,由原再热热段供热方式改造为再热冷段和五段抽汽共同供热的模式,实现了以低品位蒸汽代替高品位蒸汽供热的目的,降低了机组供电煤耗.试验通过选取机组六种工况,每种工况进行再热热段单独供热试验和引射汇流供热试验,计算每个工况下的机组热耗率;在同一工况下对比两种供热方式的热耗率,计算引射汇流装置节能量.通过热耗试验的方法对节能量进行了验证,试验结果表明:在机组对外供汽约80 t/h时,机组负荷在230 MW以上节能量约2 g/kWh左右,每年节约标煤约6 145 t,每年节约成本约304万元.%Based on the thermal testing method,it is based on the heat consumption rate of the unit,to study the energy of the confluence on the heating unit.Introduction of ejector flow technology in one power plant,by the hot period of heating methods for cold reheat extraction steam and five paragraphs common heating mode,realized at low grade instead of the purpose of high quality steam heating steam,reduces the power supply coal consumption of unit.By selecting the six working conditions of the unit,the heat consumption rate of the unit under each working condition was calculated and the heat consumption rate of the unit was calculated.In the same working condition,the heat consumption rate of two heating modes is compared,and the energy of the pilot assembly is calculated.For energy saving by using the method of heat loss test is verified,the results showed that the unit in external steam supply about 80 t/h,in more than 230 MW unit load section about 2 g/kWh,save standard coal about 6 145 tons a year,save costs about 3.04 million yuan a year.
