    • 摘要: 针对溶胶-凝胶技术制备的单层SiO2化学膜,在室温下研究氨水-六甲基二硅胺烷(HMDS)气氛的量对膜层改性的影响,并在低真空条件下测试了其抗邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)污染性能.采用紫外-可见-近红外分光光度计(UV-Vis-NIR)、红外光谱仪和原子力显微镜分析了改性前后化学膜特性的演变.研究结果表明:经过DBP污染后,15~30 mL氨水-HMDS改性后化学膜的峰值透过率为99.8%,较改性前化学膜的峰值透过率提升了3.5%,此时化学膜表现出优异的抗污染特性.但是,随着氨水-HMDS处理量的进一步增多,化学膜的激光损伤阈值由改性前的的24.32 J/cm2降到19.36 J/cm2.本研究有助于优化改性参数,以提高化学膜的抗污染性能,在实际工程应用中具有重要的价值.

    • 摘要: 目的为溶胶-凝胶技术更好地应用在抗菌包装领域提供理论支撑。方法综述溶胶-凝胶技术及其改性方法制备抗菌包装材料的国内外研究进展,重点对共混和涂覆/吸附法制备抗菌包装材料进行总结。结果溶胶-凝胶技术应用于抗菌包装材料还需进一步研究,其制备材料的兼容性,涂层对材料性能的影响,以及潜在的安全性问题仍需解决。结论溶胶-凝胶技术作为一种制备活性包装的新方法,不仅可以制备出性能优良的抗菌材料,而且具有很大的发展潜力和市场价值。

    • 摘要: In order to obtain silk fabric with good flame retardancy, silk fabric was finished with boron phosphate doped silica sol by pad-dry-cure process. The surface morphologies, flame retardant properties and element distribution of the silk fabric were tested and characterized by scanning electron microscopy, oxygen index, energy spectrometer and infrared spectroscopy. The results show that the silk fabric finished by immersing silk fabric in the doped modified silica sol and drying 170 °C for 3 min has best flame retardancy, and the doped modified silica sol was prepared from 100 mL of silica sol, 50 mL of deionized water, 30 g/L of boron phosphate, 50 g/L citric acid, 40 g/L of tartaric acid, 45 g/L of sodium phosphinate by stirring at 80 °C for 3 h. The limit oxygen index of the silk fabric is 30. 6% and has good washing durability.%为获得具有良好阻燃性能的蚕丝织物,在硅溶胶中加入磷酸硼阻燃剂,采用轧—烘—焙的方法对蚕丝织物进行阻燃整理.同时采用扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪、极限氧指数、红外光谱等手段对整理前后蚕丝织物的表观形态、元素分布和阻燃性能等进行测试和表征.结果表明:将100 mL硅溶胶、50 mL去离子水、30 g/L磷酸硼、50 g/L柠檬酸、40 g/L酒石酸、45 g/L次亚磷酸钠于80°C搅拌3 h后制得掺杂改性硅溶胶,把蚕丝织物浸入制备的硅溶胶中一定时间后取出,于170°C焙烘3 min,此时得到的蚕丝织物具有最佳的阻燃性能,其极限氧指数LOI值为30.6%,且具有较好的耐水洗性.

    • 摘要: A novel solid phase microextraction coating that contains perhydroxy cucurbit [5] uril was prepared by a sol-gel method.With 3-(2-cyclooxypropoxyl) propyltrimethoxysilane as cross-linking agent,Perhydroxyl cucurbit [5] uril (Q [5] (OH) 10) and hydroxy-terminated poly (dimethylsiloxane) (OH-PDMS) were used as starting coating material to bond chemically to a fused-silica substrate to form a PDMS/Q [5] (OH)10 coating by hydrolysis and polycondensation reactions.The surface morphology,microstructure and thermal stability of the obtained composite coating were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM),Fourier-transform infrared spectrometry(FTIR),differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetric (TG) analysis.The results showed that the coating has a large specific surface area,high thermal stability (360 °C) and long lifetime.Its performance was tested using a homemade solid-phase microextraction coating fiber coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) to analyze volatile components in Rosmarinus officinalis L(ROL).The optimized solid-phase microextraction conditions included an extraction temperature of 80 °C,an extraction time of 45 min and a 0.200 0 g sample.The volatile components were extracted by head solid-phase microextraction(HS-SPME) with a homemade extraction fiber,and identified by GC-MS.The relative content of each component was determined by area normalization.Twenty-five compounds in the ROL were identified.The main compounds are 1,8-cineole,camphor and α-pinene.The homemade fiber was compared with commercial fiber (PDMS/DVB/CAR).According to the quantity and content of the extracts from ROL,the extraction effect of the two kinds of fiber are equivalent,which indicated that the homemade novel fiber could be applied in the rapid detection of volatile components in plants.%利用溶胶-凝胶法制备了含全羟基取代五元瓜环(Q[5])的新型固相微萃取涂层.以全羟基取代五元瓜环(Q[5](OH)10)和端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(OH-PDMS)为起始原料,γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-560)为偶联试剂,通过水解和缩合反应制备了PDMS/Q[5](OH)10新型涂层.采用扫描电镜、傅立叶红外光谱、差示扫描量热分析和热重分析分别对涂层组织形貌、结构特点以及热稳定性进行了检测.结果表明该涂层具有较大的表面积,良好的热稳定性(360°C)和较长的使用寿命.将该涂层制备成固相微萃取纤维,联用气相色谱-质谱技术对迷迭香的挥发性成分进行了分析,并用面积归一法测定其相对含量.优化的萃取条件为:萃取温度80°C,萃取时间45 min,样品质量0.200 0 g.在此条件下,鉴定出迷迭香中的25种挥发性成分,含量较高的成分为1,8-桉叶素、樟脑和α-蒎烯.将自制纤维与商用纤维(PDMS/DVB/CAR)的萃取效果进行了对比,从萃取成分的数量和含量来看,自制纤维的萃取效果和商用纤维相当,说明自制的固相微萃取纤维可用于植物中挥发性成分的快速检测分析.

    • 摘要: A combination of piezoelectric effect and electromagnetic effect micro power generator is presented,of which the foundation structure is PZT-based eight cantilever beams,mass block with Au coil and NdFeB permanent magnets.The structural mechanic characteristic of the device is analyzed by finite element analysis software ANSYS.The first-order resonant frequency is estimated to be 214.7 Hz,pretty suggestive for the later test.The micromachining process is constituted and the mask layout of micro power generator is designed using L-Edit.Satisfactory heterogeneous integrated manufacturing of PZT piezoelectric films(3 529 nm)on the Pt/Ti/SiO2/ Si/SiO2 substrate is obtained with sol-gel technology,complete one key step in the whole producing process.The dielectric properties test show that PZT thick film has the double butterfly shape polarization reversal peak,high dielectric properties and compression strength.The electric hysteresis loop of PZT thick film is measured in 400 kV/cm,which reveal good ferroelectric properties with residual polarization Pr(37.7 μC/cm2) and coercive field(41.2 kV/cm).%提出一种压电效应和电磁效应相结合的微型能量采集器,基础结构为压电换能器(PZT)基八悬臂梁、长有Au线圈质量块、铷铁硼(NdFeB)永磁体.利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对微结构建立模型,通过结构力学特性分析,得到所设计结构的一阶谐振频率为214.7 Hz,为后期测试提供指导意义.制定微机电系统(MEMS)加工工艺流程,利用L-Edit软件设计并绘制所需掩模版.利用溶胶-凝胶(sol-gel)技术制备厚度为3 529 nm的PZT压电厚膜,实现了其与基底Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si/SiO2的良好异质集成,完成微型能量采集器制造过程中关键一步.经介电性能测试,PZT厚膜具有双蝴蝶状的极化反转峰,体现出较高的介电性能和耐压强度.400 kV/cm驱动条件下,测得PZT厚膜的电滞回线,其剩余极化强度Pr为37.7 μC/cm2,矫顽场强为41.2kV/cm,表现出良好的铁电性能.

    • 摘要: 采用溶胶-凝胶技术,以[CH3(CH2)3O]4Ti、La2O3、CoCl2·6H2O为前驱体,在ITO(氧化铟锡)玻璃基板上成功制备了Ti、Ti/La、Ti/Co不同摩尔配比的复合膜,确定了电致变色玻璃膜基材料制备的最佳工艺参数。采用XRD、热重-差热分析(TG-DTA)及电化学检测其膜基材料的循环伏安特性,并分析其电致变色特征机理。研究表明:(1) TiO2薄膜试样的烧成温度、镀膜层数、[CH3(CH2)3O]4Ti掺量、掺杂类别是影响膜基材料结构和性能的主要因素;(2)使用二乙醇胺作为螯合剂能够有效抑制Ti (OH)4沉淀的生成;(3)掺杂La2O3和CoCl2·6H2O制备的TiO2玻璃膜基溶胶电致变色性能优良;(4)制备的TiO2变色膜基材料透过率好,循环可逆性高,循环伏安特性明显。研究结果为电致变色膜基材料的开发和应用提供了理论和基础实验依据。%Adopting the sol-gel technology, [CH3(CH2)3O]4Ti, La2O3, CoCl2·6H2O as the precursor, the composite membranes with different molar ratio of Ti, Ti/La, Ti/Co are prepared on the ITO glass substrate, the optimum technological parameters for preparation of the base material of the electro-induced discoloration glass are determined. The cyclic voltammetry characteristics of the membrane based materials are detected by XRD, TG-DTA and electrochemical detection, analyzing the mechanism of its color changing. The results show as follows: (1) The sintering temperature coating number, [CH3(CH2)3O]4Ti content of the TiO2 iflm sample, and the doping category are the main factors that affect the structure and properties of the membrane based material; (2) Using two alcohol amine as chelating agent can effectively inhibit the formation of Ti (OH)4 precipitation; (3) The properties of the TiO2 glass film prepared by La2O3 and CoCl2·6H2O are fine; (4) Materials based on the preparation of a radiochromic film transmittance, high cyclic reversibility, cyclic voltammetry characteristics signiifcantly, the results of the study for the electric induced radiochromic iflm based material development and application provide a theoretical and experimental basis.
