锂离子电池由于其高能量密度、长循环寿命、较好的安全性等优点,现已成为二次电池的重点发展对象.但是,锂离子电池在应用过程中仍然存在一些问题,如:容量衰减、电压降低、倍率性能差等.以相关研究为基础,主要从材料(活性物质、导电剂、粘结剂)理化性质和浆料制备过程(搅拌方式、混料顺序、混料方式以及浆料添加剂)系统地分析了各个因素对锂离子电池性能的影响,并对每一个因素提出了合理建议,有效避免了电池使用过程中出现类似问题.这不仅使电池发挥出了应有的性能,还可降低电池生产成本,加快推动其商业化进程.%Since its high energy density, long cycle life, better security, etc, lithium-ion battery has become the focus of secondary battery development object. However, there are still some problems in the application of lithium-ion battery, capacity decay, voltage reduction, magnification performance difference. Based on the related research, mainly from the physical and chemical properties of the materials (active substances, conductive agents, adhesives) to the slurry preparation process (mixing method, mixing order, mixing method and slurry additive),the lithium-ion battery performance was systematically analyzed ,and the reasonable proposals were made for each factor, then the similar problems occurred during the using process of the battery were effectively avoided. Therefore, the desired performance of the battery was fully played, the production cost was reduced, and the commercialization process was accelerated.
