摘要:
Objective To investigate the effect of Huoxue powder model to early bone healing,and search for its mechanism of fracture of rats.Methods 36 SD rats were randomly divided into experimental group and control group and which 18 rats in each group.Rats with closed fracture model,free fall blunt force rat femur,excluding comminuted fracture and soft tissue damage.After the modeling,the experimental group of fracture external blood scattered respectively in the time window,during in 10 d,20 d,and 30 d,after anesthesia,6 rats were taken femoral artery blood and detected blood rheology,blood viscosity and serum alkaline phosphatase (ALP),calcium (Ca),phosphorus (P) content the detection.Then the rats were sacrificed after the period of fracture in different time windows collected specimens of rats,histopathological detection and X-ray imaging.Results The experimental group in 20 d and 30 d was significantly reduced the shear rate of fracture model of rat blood 1 s-1,5 s 1,30 s-1 and plasma viscosity.The serum ALP,Ca and the content of P was increased,cartilage callus produced,trabecular bone increased,and there were statistical significantly differences compared with model group (P<0.05,0.01).Conclusion Huoxue powder topical on rat model of early bone fracture healing effect,the mechanism may be related to improving blood circulation and promote osteogenesis generation Xie related.%目的 探讨活血散对大鼠骨折模型早期骨愈合的影响及其作用机制.方法 选择36只SD大鼠,随机分为实验组与对照组,各18只.采用闭合骨折模型造模,自由落体钝器打击大鼠股骨中段,剔除粉碎性骨折和软组织破损.造模成功后,实验组骨折处外用活血散,分别在10、20、30 d的时间窗,任取大鼠6只,麻醉后采集股动脉血,进行血液流变学、血浆黏度和血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、钙(Ca)、磷(P)含量的检测.再将大鼠脱颈处死后,收集不同时间窗大鼠骨折段标本,做组织病理学检测和X线扫描成像.结果 实验组在20、30 d时,可显著降低骨折模型大鼠全血1 s-1、5 s-1、30 s-1的切变率和血浆黏度;血清ALP、Ca、P含量升高;软骨性骨痂、小梁状骨的产生增多,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论 活血散局部外用对大鼠骨折模型早期骨愈合有明显促进作用,其作用机理可能与改善血循环和促进成骨代谢相关.
