Grain germination is a process involving numerous factors that influence the biochemical processes inside the plant cells.This review covered the abiotic factors that lead to the germination and significantly impact the nutritional properties and digestion behavior of rice grains.The macro-and micro-nutrients can be changed depending on the intensity of the applied variables during germination.For instance,germination time can increase the protein content in the grain and concurrently reduce its protein digestibility.In most cases,the number of bioactive compounds present in rice grains are increased regardless of germination conditions.Germination can promote the complexation of nutrients and thus negatively interfere with the digestibility of macronutrients.This review highlighted the influence of the germination process on the nutritional quality of rice grains,providing information about the germination conditions and their impacts on the anabolic and catabolic reactions of the grain,emphasizing the health benefits.

With the rapid development and wide application of the network,many universities conform to the development of thetimes and actively carry out online English teaching.Online teaching is an important choice for higher education in modern times.It takes the Internet as the transmission system and uses the characteristics and resources of the network to create a meaningfullearning environment different from traditional teaching,which is beneficial to students’learning.After decades of development,ithas become a good teaching mode in addition to the traditional classroom teaching model.However,because its development inChina is still in its infancy,there are inevitably some shortcomings.This article discusses the advantages and disadvantages of on-line English teaching and puts forward some improvement measures.

为探索皮质骨钻削工艺参数对钻削轴向力的影响,防止临床手术过程中因钻削力过大造成骨损伤,基于专业金属切削软件Advantage对麻花钻钻削皮质骨进行了有限元分析,并通过皮质骨钻削实验验证了有限元分析的准确性。此外,在仿真数据的基础上,通过多元线性回归得到了皮质骨钻削力的预测数学模型。结果表明:随着钻头直径和进给速度的增大,钻削力增大;随着转速的增加,钻削力减小。因此,在骨钻孔过程中应选取较小的钻头直径与进给速度,并适当提高转速,以提高钻骨手术的质量。
