摘要:
目的:探讨逍遥散对 D-半乳糖致阿尔茨海默病( AD)小鼠模型记忆能力及血清超氧化物歧化酶( SOD)、胆碱乙酰转移酶( ChAT)、乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)活性与丙二醛(MDA)水平的影响。方法60只 KM 种 SPF 级小鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、逍遥散全方组、疏肝健脾组、疏肝养血组、健脾养血组,每组10只。腹腔注射 D-半乳糖复制拟 AD 小鼠模型并以逍遥散全方及各配伍药组进行干预,给药第41天进行学习能力训练,第42天进行记忆功能测试,然后股动脉取血测定血清 SOD、ChAT、AchE 活性及 MDA 水平。结果逍遥散全方及各配伍药组皆可延长小鼠记忆潜伏时间,减少错误次数,提高血清 SOD、ChAT 活性,降低 AchE 活性与 MDA 水平,但记忆功能及血清 SOD、MDA、ChAT、AchE 的改善皆以逍遥散全方组最明显。结论逍遥散能较好地改善拟 AD 模型小鼠记忆功能、抗氧化能力及中枢神经递质活性。疏肝、健脾、养血是有效防治 AD 的统一体,缺一不可。%Objective To investigate the effect of Xiaoyao Powder on the memory function and activity of SOD,MDA,ChAT and AchE in serum of Alzheimer's disease (AD) model mice and discuss the effect and mechanism of Xiaoyao Powder on the AD and explain the compatibility mechanism of combination of Shugan,Yangxue and Jianpi of Xiaoyao Powder.Methods 60 SPF mice were divided into the blank control,model and Quanfang,Shugan Jianpi,Shugan Yangxue,Jianpi Yangxue groups,with 10 mice in each group.AD model mice was made by injecting D-gal.While,AD model mice was prevented by Quanfang,Shugan Jianpi,Shugan Yangxue,Jianpi Yangxue of Xiaoyao Powder.At the 41st day,the ability of learning and memory training was done.At 42nd day,the memory function was detected and then to measure content of SOD,MDA,ChAT,AchE in serum.Results Quanfang,Shugan Jianpi,Shugan Yangxue,Jianpi Yangxue of Xiaoyao Pow-der could improve memory function of AD model mice,and could improve SOD,ChAT and decrease MDA and AchE,but the effect of Quan-fang group of Xiaoyao Powder was most obvious.Conclusions Xiaoyao powder can better improve the memory function,antioxidant activity and neurotransmitter of AD model mice,has better prevention and treatment on the AD.The Shugan,Yangxue,Jianpi is effective in preven-ting and treating AD prescription structure.
