    • 摘要: 为探明粳稻三系不育系品种间异交结实特性的差异,明确不育系育种目标,对6个粳稻不育系的天然异交率及开花动态、柱头外露率等开花习性进行了初步研究.结果表明:粳65A和辽180A异交结实较为突出,天然异交率分别为59.6%和44.6%;粳65A和180A的花时早,11:00开花率高,分别为72.6%和49.1%;粳65A柱头外露率最高为65.1%;辽180A开颖时间最长为121 min;不育系的天然异交率与11:00花率和柱头外露率呈显著正相关,提早花时、提高柱头外露率有利于增加不育系的异交结实率;不育系的柱头外露率与11:00花率呈显著正相关,在不育系选育过程中早花时与高柱头外露率可以同时改良.
    • 摘要: 2021年8月27-28日,湖南省农作物品种审定委员会办公室组织有关专家,在隆回县西洋江镇繁殖基地和长沙县春华镇对湖南省农业科学院等单位选育的水稻两系不育系“莲1S”的整齐度、不育度、开花习性、繁制种结实率等进行了调查,认为“莲1S”千株群体整齐一致,综合农艺性状好,不育度100%,不育株率100%,穗包颈粒率11.4%,柱头外露率71.8%,制种异交结实率为45.8%,繁种结实率为57.8%。
    • 摘要: 水稻的柱头发育正常与否直接关系到水稻能否正常受粉和结籽。柱头外露率、花柱长、柱头长和宽等性状决定母本的受粉能力,直接影响水稻的繁殖及产量,尤其在不育系制种中有重要影响。对柱头性状的研究可为该性状的遗传改良提供理论依据,对指导亲本选配、提高制种产量具有重要意义。

    • 摘要: 通过分期播种,对水稻DS23、DS48、DS705、DS7924个光温敏核不育系的生育特性、 柱头外露率、 花粉育性、 套袋自交结实率和农艺性状进行观察.结果表明,4个不育系的农艺性状均比较稳定;柱头外露率以DS48最高,其次分别为DS23、DS705、DS792;DS23、DS48、DS705的幼穗分化感温性较强,而感光性弱,在不育期内的育性稳定,花粉不育度高,若合理安排播插期,可在浙北地区安全制种利用;DS792的幼穗分化感光性较强,而感温性弱,在抽穗期育性不稳定,不适合在浙北地区制种利用.

    • 摘要: 水稻是世界上最重要的粮食作物之一,在保障粮食安全和生物科学研究中具有举足轻重的地位.本研究利用高柱头外露率籼稻品种贵2136S作为母本、低柱头外露率粳稻品种日本晴作为父本,构建了由237个单株组成的F2群体,并对柱头外露率、穗粒数和柱头颜色进行表型调查和相关性分析,采用复合区间作图法,进行了数量性状位点(quantative trait loci,QTL)检测,最终构建了一张包括146对InDel标记和7对SSR标记的遗传连锁图,图谱总长为1921.03 cM,标记间平均距离为12.56 cM.共检测到38个与柱头外露率、穗粒数和柱头颜色相关的QTL,其中包括6个主效QTL,分别为1个控制柱头单边外露率的QTL、1个控制柱头双边外露率的QTL、1个控制柱头总外露率的QTL、1个控制穗粒数的QTL和2个控制柱头颜色的QTL.

    • 摘要: [目的]柱头外露是影响杂交水稻制种的一个重要性状.本研究旨在初步鉴定控制柱头外露率的QTL.[方法]以高柱头外露率粳稻两系不育系大S×低柱头外露率热带粳稻品系D50的F2群体及海南陵水、浙江杭州两地重复种植的F2:3群体为材料,考查F2群体及陵水、杭州两地两次重复F2:3群体单边柱头外露率(PSES)、双边柱头外露率(PDES)和柱头总外露率(PES).[结果]相关分析表明,单边柱头外露率、双边柱头外露率和柱头总外露率之间存在极显著的正相关.根据构建的大S×D50 F2群体遗传连锁图谱,QTL分析检测到水稻柱头外露率QTL 21个,分布于第1、2、3、4、6、7和12染色体上,贡献率变幅为0.1%~57.6%,除个别贡献率极低的位点外,绝大部分QTL加性效应来自于高值亲本大S.其中位于第4染色体和第12染色体的两个位点qPDES4,qPES12在F2和两次重复F2:3群体中均检测到,贡献率分别达17.86%和1698%.位于第3染色体的qPES3位点在陵水、杭州两次F2:3群体中重复检测到,贡献率高达25.6%.[结论]检测到的QTL,有些与其他学者报道的处于同一位置,有些则是新的柱头外露率QTL.这些水稻柱头外露率QTL为今后柱头外露率基因精细定位、克隆、以及利用分子标记辅助选择(MAS)选育高柱头外露率粳型不育系提供理论依据.%[Objective]Stigma exsertion is one of the important traits which contribute to the efficient improrement of commercial seed production in hybrid rice.The objective of the study was to understand the genetic factors involved in the sigma exsertion.[Method]The F2 and F2 :3 populations of Da S× D50 planted in Lingshui,Hainan Province and Hangzhou,Zhejiang Province,respectively were used and the single stigma exsertion rate (PSES),double stigma exsertion rate (PDES)and total stigma exsertion rate (PES)were measured.[Result]Correlation analysis indicated that there were significant relationships among the PSES,PDES and PES.Further,the genetic linkage map of Da S× D50 F2 population was constructed,then,21 stigma exsertion rate QTL were located on chromosome 1 ,2,3,4,6,7 and 12,respectively,with the contribution rate ranging from 0.1 % to 57.6%.The additive effect of most QTLs were contributed by high value parent Da S except for some QTL that with extremely low contribution rate.There were two QTLs on Chromosome 4 and Chromosome 12,qPDES4 and qPES12 ,both detected in F2 and F2 :3 populations with contribution rate as high as 17.86% and 16.98%,respectively.The qPES3 located on Chromosome 3 with high contribution rate were detected in F2 :3 population for two times.[Conclusion]Some stigma exsertion rate QTL shared the same location with those reported by other researchers,but there were also some new QTLs which provide theoretical support for further fine-mapping,gene cloning,and breeding new j aponica male sterile lines with high stigma exsertion rate by using molecular marker-assistant selection.

    • 摘要: 以5个籼型光温敏核不育系为材料,分别对其柱头外露率、柱头长度、柱头宽度、柱头面积和柱头体积以及柱头活力等指标进行了观察测定,并以柱头外露率作为首要指标进行排序,得出了参试光温敏核不育系材料柱头综合性状表现结果,依次为F168S、信矮10-4S、矮青34S、广占63-4S、信丰9826S.%In order to investigate and contrast the stigma characters of indica PTGMS Lines, using 5 indica PTGMS as materials, we observed and measured the exposure rate of stigma, stigma length, stigma width, stigma size, stigma volume and stigma vigor. The re-sults showed that the stigma characters performance of F168S was best, then followed by Xinai10-4S, Aiqing 34S, Guangzhan 63-4S, Xinfeng 9826S, based on the exposure rate of stigma as the primary index.

    • 摘要: 对新选育的几个水稻(Oryza sativa L.)两系不育系和其他几个常用两系不育系柱头外露率和柱头活力进行了观察和比较。结果发现,以广占63S为遗传背景育成的2个两系不育系MS004S和MS2080S的平均总柱头外露率分别为36.0%和35.9%,与广占63-4S基本相当;MS004S和MS2080S平均活力系数分别为2.06和1.86,也与广占63-4S基本相当。抽穗时适宜的温度可提高不育系的柱头外露率和柱头活力。%The exposure rate of stigma and stigma activity of new1y bred ma1e steri1e 1ines and severa1 other common ma1e steri1e 1ines were observed and compared. The average stigma exposure rates were 36% and 35.9%, respective1y, for MS004S and MS2080S, which were two-1ine steri1e 1ines with Guangzhan 63S as genetic background. These rates were a1most the same as Guangzhan 63-4S. The average seed vigor coefficients of MS004S and MS2080S were 2.06 and 1.86, respective1y, a1so the same as Guangzhan 63-4S. The appropriate temperature at heading stage cou1d increase the stigma exposure rate and stigma vigor of ma1e steri1e 1ine.

    • 摘要: 春江99A是中国水稻研究所利用滇型粳稻不育系春江16A为母本,以粳稻保持系春江99B(春江19B×春江099)作父本杂交,经连续多代选择回交和育性鉴定,转育成的中粳不育系,2014年9月通过浙江省农作物品种审定委员会组织的不育系鉴定。春江99A育性稳定,柱头外露率高,花时较早,异交结实率高,株型好,叶色浅绿,配合力好。利用春江99A配制的籼粳亚种间杂交稻组合表现出杂种优势强,叶色较淡,抗倒性好,全生育期短,后期转色好等特点。%Chunjiang 99A is a late medium Japonica CMS line, developed through crossing Chunjiang 99B(Chunjiang 19B×Chunjiang 099) to Chunjiang 16A and successively backcrossing with Chunjiang 99B as recurrent parent, It was registered and released by Zhe-jiang Provincial Crop Variety Appraisal Committee in 2014. Its percentage of sterile plants was 100%, and its pollen sterility was 99.99%. It had the characteristics of high stigma exsertion rate, early flowering, high outcrossing rate, good plant type, pale green leaf and good combining ability. Its F1 hybrids especially for Japonica-Indica cross hybrids showed dominant heterosis, light leaf color, strong lodging resistance, short whole growing period and good color change in mature stage.
