The endophtes from Elaeocarpus decipiens Hemsl.are cocultured for 40 days at the room tempera-ture with the co-culture method,and the ethyl acetate crude extract are treated with Silicon Gel,Sephadex LH-20 and Semi-preparative HPLC;and seven secondary metabolites are obtained;and then,their structures are elucidated as daldinone A(1),alternariol(2),4-methyl alternariol(3),alternuene(4),(E)-3-benzylidene-2-methyl Hexahydropyrrolo[1,2-a]pyrazine-1,4-dione(5),(Z)-3-benzylidene-2-methylhexahydropyrrolo[1,2-a]pyra-zine-1,4-dione(6)and glycerin triacetate(7).Further,the compound 1 shows some antimicrobial ac-tivity.The compounds 1-7 are firstly isolated from the endophytes of Elaeocarpus decipiens Hemsl.,and the compound 6 is firstly isolated from the nature.%采用共培养方法在室温下以固体方式培养杜英内生菌,培养40 d,以乙酸乙酯萃取3次,其浸提物经过正相硅胶柱层析,Sephadex LH-20,半制备液相等方法纯化获得7个次级代谢产物,其结构运用NMR,MS等光谱学方法鉴定,分别为daldinone A(1),alternariol(2),4-methylalternar-iol(3),alternuene(4),(E)-3-benzylidene-2-methylhexahydropyrrolo [1,2-a]pyrazine-1,4-dione (5),(Z)-3-benzylidene-2-methylhexahydropyrrolo [1,2-a]pyrazine-1,4-dione(6),甘油三醋酸酯(7).化合物1-7是首次从杜英的内生菌中获得,化合物1具有抗菌活性,化合物6首次从自然界中分离得到.
