以噻唑、氯乙酰氯和长链叔胺为原料,通过酰胺化反应和季铵化反应合成了一系列含噻唑杂环结构的阳离子表面活性剂(An,n=10,12,14,16).在25°C条件下,系列A表面活性剂的cmc值为0.27~5.14mmol/L,γcmc值为37.3~42.9 mN/m,稳泡性≥87%,乳化时间为376~983 s;A12对大肠杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)分别为8.0和2.1 μg/mL.相同条件下,传统表面活性剂十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵(1227)的cmc值为9.51 mmol/L,稳泡性为44%,乳化时间为366 s,其对大肠杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的MIC值分别为17.4μg/mL和16.8 μg/mL.%Cationic surfactants containing thiazole heterocyclic structure (series A,n=10,12,14,16) was synthesized with thiazole,chloroacetyl chloride and long chain tertiary amine as materials by amidation and quaternary ammonium reaction.The surface tension,foaming,foam stability,emulsification ability and bactericidal activity of A were determined at 25 °C.The cmc values of A were 0.27-5.14 mmol/L,the γcmc vaules of A were 37.3-42.9 mN/m,the foam stability of A were ≥87%,the emulsification time of A were 376-983 s.In the series A,the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of A12 for E.coli and B.subtilis was 8.0 μg/mL and 2.1 μg/mL respectively.Under the same conditions,for 1227,the cmc was 9.51 mmol/L,foam stability was 44%,the emulsification time was 366 s,the MIC for E.coli and B.subtilis was 17.4 μg/mL and 16.8 μg/mL respectively.
