Using ammonium persulfate as initiator,and using corn starch,vinyl acetate and butyl acrylate as raw material,modified starch wood adhesive was prepared.The effect of initiator concentration,monomer and starch quality ratio,reaction temperature,monomer mass ratio,reaction time on the grafting ratio and the adhesive dry strength were studied,and screened the appropriate level of various factors to optimized the preparation of starch adhesive though L16 (45) orthogonal experiment based on single factor experiments.The results showed that the optimum conditions were initiator concentration of 11 mmol/L,monomer and starch quality of 1.0,reaction temperature of 70 °C,monomer mass ratio of 3∶2,reaction time of 3 h,and the graft rate was 91.3%.The preparation of modified starch wood adhesive properties was better and have reached poly vinyl acetate wood adhesive chemical industry standards under this condition.%以过硫酸铵为引发剂,以玉米淀粉、乙酸乙烯酯和丙烯酸丁酯为原料,制备改性淀粉木材胶粘剂,在单因素实验的基础上,进行L16(45)正交实验,优化改性淀粉木材胶黏剂的制备条件.结果表明,最佳制备工艺参数为:引发剂浓度11 mmol/L,单体与淀粉质量比为1.0,反应温度70 °C,单体乙酸乙烯酯和丙烯酸丁酯的质量比为3∶2,反应时间3 h.在此条件下,接枝率达91.3%,制备的改性淀粉木材胶粘剂性质较佳,各项指标均达到聚乙酸乙烯酯木材胶粘剂化工行业标准HG/T 2727-2010.
