    • 摘要: 运用有效微生物菌剂通过实验检测淀粉糖废水在不同条件下的指标,包括pH、氮氧含量、臭阈值(TON)等,以确定这种微生物菌剂处理废水的最佳浓度与处理时间等主要实验条件。结果表明,在好氧条件下,废水处理时间达到5d,微生物菌剂接种量V菌剂/V废水是1/2500时,废水内COD从1075mg/L到166mg/L、氨氮含量从最初的9.31mg/L降到1.64mg/L。COD、氨氮的最大去除率依次是84.55%、82.49%。添加微生物菌剂处理淀粉糖废水的成效并不显著,经处理以后的悬浮物含量基本维持不变,悬浮物去除效果较好时其含量由412mg/L降低到402mg/L,去除率最大仅为2.43%。

    • 摘要: 为研究饲粮中添加茶多酚(TP)和有效微生物(EM)对育成期水貂粪便污染物排放量的影响,试验选取400只育成前期水貂共160笼,随机分成8组,每组20个重复.采用两因素试验设计,共8个处理组,基础饲粮中分别添加0 EM+0 TP、0 EM+0.05% TP、0 EM+0.1% TP、0 EM+0.2% TP、200 mg/kg EM+0 TP、200 mg/kg EM+0.05% TP、200 mg/kg EM+0.1% TP、200 mg/kg EM+0.2% TP.预试期1周,正试期8周(前4周为试验Ⅰ期,后4周为试验Ⅱ期).结果表明:饲粮添加TP不能减少水貂粪便NH3、H2S和CO2生成量;饲粮添加200 mg/kg EM对水貂粪便NH3(48 h)、H,S(72 h和96 h)生成量有显著影响(P<0.05);饲粮添加0.1%及0.2% TP可显著降低试验Ⅱ期粪便中氨氮含量(P<0.05),饲粮添加200 mg/kg EM可降低粪便中总氮(试验Ⅰ期)、总磷(试验Ⅰ和Ⅱ期)、氨氮和亚硝酸盐氮(试验Ⅱ期)含量(P<0.05).由此可见,饲粮添加EM可以减少水貂粪便恶臭气体生成以及粪便污染物的含量,建议水貂饲粮中添加200 mg/kg EM.%The experiment was conducted to determine the effects of tea polyphenols (TP) and effective microorganism (EM) on fecal pollutants emission of growing minks.A total of 400 growing minks were randomly divided into 8 groups with 20 replicates in each group.The two-factors cross experimental design was adopted,there were 8 groups in the present experiment including 0 EM + 0 TP,0 EM + 0.05% TP,0 EM + 0.1% TP,0 EM + 0.2% TP,200 mg/kg EM + 0 TP,200 mg/kg EM + 0.05% TP,200 mg/kg EM + 0.1% TP,200 mg/kg EM + 0.2% TP,respectively.The pre-test period lasted for a week and the experiment period lasted for eight weeks.The results showed as follows:TP had no effects on reducing the NH3,H2S and CO2 concentration of minks feces.EM had significant effects on the NH3(at 48h time point) and H2S (at 72h and 96h time points) concentration of mink feces (P<0.05).Supplement of 0.1% and 0.2% TP could significantly decrease the ammonia nitrogen content during period Ⅱ(P<0.05).EM could significantly decrease the total nitrogen (periodI),total phosphorus content (period Ⅰ and Ⅱ),as well as ammonia nitrogen and nitrite-nitrogen content (periodⅡ) in feces during period Ⅱ (P<0.05).It could be concluded that EM could reduce the odor concentration and pollutants content of mink feces.In conclusion,the recommended supplementation was 200 mg EM per kilogram diet.

    • 摘要: 环境污染问题是二十一世纪的时代话题.环境污染,无论是大气污染,水污染均对城市的发展及人们的生产生活造成极其消极的影响.城市的快速发展必然导致污染的出现,如何在发展过程中保护环境,并对已然出现的污染问题进行高效的治理,是现行社会亟待解决的重要问题.随着科学技术的发展,有效微生物技术逐渐受到人们的青睐,其特有的高效与便捷性,对治理环境污染具有极大的推进作用.文章结合工作经验,浅谈有效微生物技术在城市环境治理领域中的应用.

    • 摘要: 本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加丝兰属提取物(YSE)和有效微生物(EM)对育成期水貂的生长性能、营养物质消化率及血清生化指标的影响.试验采用两因素试验设计,选取300只60日龄健康育成前期水貂共120笼,随机分为6组,每组20个重复.EM的添加量分别为0、200 mg,YSE的添加量分别为0、200、400 mg.预试期1周,试验期2个月.结果表明:YSE可改善母貂Ⅰ、Ⅱ期平均日增重(P<0.05),EM可显著提高母貂Ⅱ期日增重(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ期,YSE可显著提高粗脂肪(EE)和磷(P)的消化率(P<0.05),降低粗灰分(Ash)和钙(Ca)的消化率(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ期,YSE显著提高Ca消化率(P<0.05),EM显著提高Ash和P消化率(P<0 05);对P的消化率,两期均存在YSE和EM互作效应(P<0.05);YSE可提高血清中甘油三酯(TG)和高密度脂蛋白含量(HDL)(P<0.05),EM可提高血清中TG含量(P<0.05).综上所述,饲粮中添加200 mg YSE和200 mg EM改善了母貂的生长性能,200 mg YSE能够提高试验Ⅰ期水貂对P和EE消化率及血清中TG和HDL的含量,长期添加200 mgEM可提高水貂对Ash和P的消化率.%The present experiment was conducted to study the effects of YSE (yucca schidigera extract) and EM (effective microorganisms) on growth performance,nutrients digestibility and serum biochemical indices of growing minks.The twofactor cross experimental design was adopted.A total of 300 healthy growing minks at the age of 60 days were randomly divided into 6 groups with 20 replicates in each group.The addition amount of EM was 0,200 mg,and the addition amount of YSE was 0,200,400 mg.The pretest period lasted for a week and the experiment period lasted for two months.The results showed as follows:Both YSE and EM could improve body weight,and average daily gain of female minks during period Ⅱ (P<0.05).During period Ⅰ,YSE improved crude fat digestibility and phosphorus digestibility (P<0.05),reduced the ash digestibility and calcium digestibility (P<0.05).During period Ⅱ,YSE improved calcium digestibility (P<0.05),and EM improved ash digestibility and phosphorus digestibility (P<0.05).The interaction of YSE and EM had effects on the phosphorus digestibility during period Ⅰ and Ⅱ (P<0.05).YSE increased the serum TG and HDL concentration (P<0.05),EM increased the serum TG concentration (P<0.05).It could be concluded that 200 mg YSE and 200 mg EM per kilogram diet could improve growth performance of female minks,200 mg YSE increased phosphorus and crude fat digestibility as well as TG and HDL contents,chronic supplementation of 200 mg EM improved ash and phosphorus digestibility.

    • 摘要: 目的从有效微生物(EM)中筛选出高效降解偏二甲肼(UDMH)的细菌。方法在复壮的EM培养液中逐渐加大偏二甲肼的含量,进行驯化培养;采用含UDMH平板划线法,从EM驯化液中分离、纯化降解菌。结果分离出1株高效降解菌,在30°C、pH=7.0时,3 d能降解95.6%质量浓度为50 mg/L的UDMH。经中科院微生物研究所鉴定,该菌为Ochrobactrum属的苍白杆菌。结论从EM复壮液中分离的苍白杆菌能高效降解UDMH。

    • 摘要: As a kind of complex microbial inoculum,effective microorgan (EM)is able to effectively improve water environment, facilitate growth of aquatic lives and stabilize aquatic ecological system,which has been widely used in aquaculture. The engineering experiences of applying EM to aquaculture were introduced. The mechanism of EM in purifying water quality and facilitating aquatic life growth was discussed.
