    • 摘要: 蛟河晒红烟是国家知名晾晒烟。通过选择优良品种育苗、假植、大田移栽以及打顶、去芽等田间管理技术措施,可以提高烟叶产量。掌握烟叶成熟标准,合理确定采收时间,采用捂黄、定色、干筋、分级、打捆等晒制工艺,可以提升烟叶质量和等级,提高种植效益。

    • 摘要: 【目的】探明中式有机晒红烟“嚼烟”的生产工艺参数,为制作符合设计要求的中式嚼烟产品提供参考。【方法】采用感官评价和化学分析方法研究不同工艺条件下中式有机晒红烟的感官和化学成分变化规律,结合晒红烟烟叶特性和嚼烟产品要求,设计嚼烟产品的生产工艺流程,并对其关键工艺参数进行优化。【结果】晒红烟可作为嚼烟产品的原料;10%NaHCO_(3)溶液处理可以调节烟草pH,改善嚼烟口感质量,提高晒红烟作为嚼烟原料的可用性;添加10%~20%的风味剂甘草可改善嚼烟的感官质量;采用烘干和蒸片+烘干技术均可提高晒红烟烟叶的烘烤香和焦甜香,且蒸片+烘干技术效果更佳。【结论】采用有机晒红烟制作的中式嚼烟保存香味的时间更为持久,回味悠长,嚼后口腔干净,口气清新,可直接补充人体需要的植物碱,并有清洁牙齿、生津、止咳清痰的作用。

    • 摘要: 为提高蛟河晒红烟的抗逆性和烟叶品质,研究了叶面喷施壳寡糖与水杨酸对晒红烟抗氧化酶和防卫反应酶活性、病程相关蛋白基因表达量、田间发病情况、烟叶产量和质量的影响.结果表明,单独喷施壳寡糖、水杨酸溶液或两种溶液联合喷施均能提高烟叶过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶等抗氧化酶活性和苯丙氨酸解氨酶、几丁质酶、β-1,3-葡聚糖酶等防卫反应酶活性,增加病程相关蛋白基因PR-1、PR-2、NPR-1的表达量,其中单施水杨酸在喷洒后4d起作用,时效快但持久性较差;单施壳寡糖起效慢,但在一段时间内仍能保持高活性;壳寡糖与水杨酸联合喷施效果最优.与对照相比,可显著降低晒红烟田间发病率、提高烟叶产量,改善调制后烟叶中性香味物质含量等品质指标.

    • 摘要: 为确定吉林晒红烟产区适宜的调制方法,进一步提高烟叶的品质和安全性,分析了塑料大棚晒制、塑料薄膜覆盖晒制、传统晒制等调制方法对调制后晒红烟烟叶经济性状、常规化学成分、香味物质、烟草特有亚硝胺(TSNAs)及感官品质的影响.结果表明,塑料大棚晒制能显著提高晒红烟单叶质量、产量及产值,高等级烟叶比例及均价指标以塑料大棚晒制优于塑料薄膜覆盖晒制和传统晒制;塑料大棚晒制能显著降低晒红烟淀粉含量(质量分数),提高糖含量和糖碱比;烟叶中性、碱性香味物质含量以及感官品质均以塑料大棚晒制最优,常规晒制最劣;利用塑料大棚晒制的烟叶TSNAs含量显著低于其他两种调制方法.因此,吉林晒红烟产区适宜的调制方法为塑料大棚晒制.

    • 摘要: 为解决蛟河烟区晒红烟氮用量不合理导致的烟叶碳氮代谢失调、烟叶品质下降等问题,以晒红烟品种漂河1号为材料,研究了不同氮用量对蛟河晒红烟碳氮代谢关键酶活性及化学成分的影响.结果表明,增施氮肥能提高烟叶硝酸还原酶(NR)、谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)和蔗糖转化酶(INV)活性及叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量.随施氮量的增加,调制后的烟叶烟碱和总氮含量升高,糖含量下降;烟叶钾含量、香气质、香气量以及感官质量分值以施氮量为75.0~97.5 kg/hm2的处理最高.综合两年田间试验结果,在吉林蛟河较高肥力的暗棕壤上种植晒红烟,适宜的氮用量为75.0~97.5 kg/hm2.%In order to solve the imbalance of carbon-nitrogen metabolism and quality deterioration of dark sun-cured tobacco leaves caused by inappropriate application of nitrogen fertilizer in Jiaohe tobacco-planting areas, the effects of different nitrogen rates on the key enzyme activities of carbon-nitrogen metabolism and quality of dark sun-cured tobacco (cv. Piaohe 1) were studied. The results showed that the activities of nitrate reductase, glutamine synthetase and sucrose invertase and the contents of chlorophyll and carotenoid in tobacco leaves were elevated by the increase of nitrogen application rate. With higher nitrogen application rates, the contents of nicotine and total nitrogen in cured leaves increased and sugar content decreased. The potassium content, aroma quality and quantity, and sensory quality score of tobacco leaves were the highest at the nitrogen application rate of 75.0-97.5 kg/hm2. Based on the results of these two-year field experiments, the suitable nitrogen application rate for dark sun-cured tobacco was determined to be 75.0-97.5 kg/hm2 in the dark brown soils with higher fertility in Jiaohe, Jilin Province.

    • 摘要: 采用裂区设计,研究施纯氮量(195 kg/hm2(低氮)、225 kg/hm2(中氮)、255 kg/hm2(高氮))与留叶数(14、16、18、20片/株)及其互作对万源晒红烟'万毛3号'化学成分和TSNAs的影响.结果表明:中、高氮处理烟叶总氮含量较低氮处理分别提高6.1%、15.6%,烟碱含量分别提高13.3%、39.0%,钾含量分别提高6.2%、12.9%,硝酸盐含量分别提高9.3%、19.7%,总糖含量分别降低16.1%、29.9%;留叶16、18、20片/株处理烟叶总糖含量,较14片/株处理分别提高9.4%、28.4%、31.6%;钾含量分别提高10.2%、12.8%、20.6%,总氮含量分别降低4.5%、9.5%、12.4%,烟碱含量分别降低7.1%、18.2%、21.9%;施氮量的增加与留叶数的减少,都使TSNAs含量显著上升;施氮量和留叶数互作对'万毛3号'的化学成分和TSNAs含量均有极显著影响.综合分析,施氮量对烟碱、钾和TSNAs及前体物含量的影响较大;留叶数对糖分、氮碱比的影响较大;对'万毛3号'施氮225 kg/hm2、留叶16片/株处理,烟叶化学成分较为协调.%Split-plot design was used to investigate the influence of nitrogen rates(low-nitrogen about 195 kg/hm2, medium-nitrogen about 225 kg/hm2, high-nitrogen about 255 kg/hm2), numbers of remained leaves(14, or 16, or 28, or 20 leaves each tobacco) and their interaction on the chemical constituents and TSNAs of sun-cured red tobacco Wanmao No.3. Results showed that compared to low-nitrogen treatment, the total nitrogen content in medium-nitrogen and high-nitrogen treatment was increased by 6.1% and 16.5%, respectively, the nicotine content was increased by 13.3% and 39.0%, respectively, the K+ content was increased by 6.2% and 12.9%, respectively, the nitrate content was increased by 9.3% and 19.7%, respectively and the total sugar content was increased by 16.1% and 29.9%, respectively. Compared to treatment with 14 leaves remained, the total sugar content in treatments with 16, 18 and 20 leaves remained was increased by 9.4%, 28.4% and 31.6%, respectively, the K+ content was increased by 10.2%, 12.8% and 20.6%, respectively, the total nitrogen content was decreased by 4.5%, 9.5% and 12.4%, respectively, the nicotine content was decreased by 7.1%, 18.2% and 21.9%, respectively. Increase in nitrogen rates or reduction in numbers of leaves both resulted in significant increase of TSNAs content. Interaction between nitrogen rates and numbers of leaves has a great influence on chemical constituents and TSNAs content. The nitrogen rates had more significant impact on the nicotine, K, TSNAs, total alkaloid and nitrate content while the numbers of leaves had more significant impact on the sugar content and nitrogen-nicotine ratio. Comprehensive analysis by fuzzy indicated that tobacco leave's chemical components are coordinate under nitrogen rates 225 kg/hm2 and 16 leaves per tobacco plant.

    • 摘要: Near infrared spectra of 138 tobacco leaves samples of dark sun-cured tobacco were measured by fourier transform near infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy. Seven outliers were removed with chemometrics method and the remaining 131 samples were divided into training set and prediction set by the Kennard-Stone algorithm. Spectrum values and routine chemical indexes determined by chemometrics method were combined to establish calibration models by partial least squares method. The accuracy of the models was improved by the spectral preprocessing and variable selection methods. Quantitative analysis of total chlorine, total nitrogen, total alkaloid, total potassium, total sugar,reducing sugar and protein of dark sun-cured tobacco was achieved and the results obtained by infrared method have good correlation with those by the conventional methods, with correlation coefficients of all the models bigger than 0.90,indicating the calibration models can be used for rapid determination of the routine chemical indexes of dark sun-curedtobacco.%利用傅里叶变换近红外漫反射光谱仪测定了138个晒红烟样品的近红外光谱,采用化学计量学方法去除7个异常值,运用K-S算法,将131个晒红烟样品分为校正集样品和预测集样品;采用偏最小二乘法,把烟叶光谱值与化学分析法测得的常规化学指标值建立定量模型,定量分析了晒红烟的总氯、总氮、总植物碱、总钾、总糖、还原糖和蛋白质含量;运用光谱预处理方法以及变量筛选方法提高模型的准确性.结果表明,近红外法测定的结果与常规方法测定的结果一致,模型的相关系数均大于0.90,可快速测定晒红烟样品的常规化学指标.
