摘要： Denim was produced in the city of Nîmes in France and was originally called the serge de Nîmes.The word denim is an English colloquialism of the French term:"denim."Day by day Bangladesh denim sector very much developed and helps to increase productivity.Bangladesh have seen a significant increase in investing in denim fabric manufacturing,increasing the country’s production performance by reducing fabric dependence on imports.It is important due to its aspects of durability,and not easily torn which benefited physical laborers much.The government also plays a vital role in denim textile industry.This paper shows different section of denim textile industry such as:sewing section,cutting section,washing,IE and finishing department.The main aim of this paper is how to role all the sec­tion of denim textile industry.Textile education is insufficient without in­dustry attachment,which bridges the gap between theoretical and practical aspects and acclimates students to the industrial world.We can gain about theoretical development on an industrial level from this attachment.We can understand more about the machines used in various departments,their technical specifications,characteristics,operating system,and so on,and we believe that without this type of industrial connection,it is impossible to obtain industry-based information about textile engineering adequately.The Industrial Attachment on Denim Manufacturing Technology was used to organize this study(sewing section,cutting,IE,washing section,CAD Section,and finishing department.Various operating procedures for the production of denim in the industry are presented in this paper.The tech­nique and process of several procedures and processes are presented here such as machine specifications,manpower,maintenance,layout of the dif­ferent section,dye processes and wet processes.

摘要： In order to standardize the monitoring of adverse reactions in cosmetics,National Medical Products Administration mapped out the Measures for the Administration of Monitoring Adverse Reactions of Cosmetics in line with Regulations Concerning the Hygiene Supervision over Cosmetics and Measures for the Supervision and Administration of the Production and Operation of Cosmetics.

摘要： Purpose: The timing, schedule, and doses of dexamethasone administration to control edema are a topic of debate. This prospective observational study was performed to evaluate the effects of perioperative and intraoperative administration of dexamethasone on the occurrence of edema in patients who underwent rhinoplasty. Methods: This study was conducted at Najran University Hospital, Najran University, Saudi Arabia, from June 2019 to August 2020. Seventy-five patients who underwent open rhinoplasty were assigned using a consecutive non-random sampling method into three groups, with 25 patients in each group. Group A patients received three doses of intravenous 8 mg dexamethasone perioperatively, and group B patients received a single dose of intravenous 8 mg dexamethasone intraoperatively. Group C patients received intravenous 2 mL of 0.9% normal saline solution intraoperatively and were considered as a control group. Digital photographs of patients were obtained and assessed on the 1st, 7th, and 14th days post-operatively. Results: The mean duration of operation was comparable between the studied groups (p = 0.368). On comparing the studied groups, significant differences in the edema scores were observed on the 1st and 7th day post-operatively (p th day (p = 0.079). When comparing each group against the postoperative day of evaluation, statistically significant differences were detected between the 1st vs. 7th day and 1st vs. 14th day in Group A, whereas, in the other groups, no significant difference was detected (all p > 0.05). No Dexamethasone-related complications were observed. Conclusion: Dexamethasone significantly reduced periorbital swelling and edema after rhinoplasty compared to the control group. A short course of triple dose perioperative administration of dexamethasone is more potent in reducing edema from 1st to 7th day postoperative than a single dose intraoperatively.

摘要： The study examined the implication of a decentralized Value Added Tax system for states in Nigeria.It is a theoretical presentation that made is made of journals,articles,and data from the National Bureau of Statistics(NBS)accessed on Google Scholar Websites.A total of eighty(80)articles were accessed.Results from a theoretical review revealed that while few states in Nigeria are in favor of a decentralized VAT administration in the country,quite a number of them(States)are averse to the new VAT regime due to differences among the states in terms of volume of business activities and economic power as many of the states rely on federal allocation.The study,therefore,recommends Partial Decentralization(PD)of VAT administration in Nigeria as a measure of autonomy for states that will guarantee fairness in resource control in the Nigerian Society.

摘要： This narrative review aims to highlight some of the factors contributing to challenges faced by many countries in controlling the spread of COVID-19 pandemic that continues to rage around the world,especially after stoppage of official prevention and control activities.A literature search was conducted on PubMed,and Google using search terms“COVID-19”,“challenges”,“prevention”,and“control”in different combinations.COVID-19 prevention and control challenges are related to health-system,vaccines,administration,and society culture.Controlling the spread of COVID-19 necessitates cooperation between community leaders,healthcare professionals,religious leaders,and the public.

摘要： Native English Speaker Teacher(NEST)is the main practitioner of oral English classes in international partnership programs in mainland China;yet the efficiency of this practice remains unknown.This empirical research examined the classroom management skills of a NEST and a Non-Native English Speaker Teacher(NNEST)at a college international partnership program in Hunan Province.The findings of this study provided useful information for foreign teacher administration and oral teaching efficiency control in international partnership programs.

摘要： As an interim policy and the basic principle of formulating a formal national security strategy in the future,the Biden Administration’s Interim National Security Strategic Guidance reflects the general development direction of its national security strategy.The Biden Administration’s national security strategy continues the strategic tradition of taking strength as the principle;attempts to build a strong American economy and meet new challenges from a stronger position;hopes to return to the international organizations and multilateral agreements that the Trump Administration withdrew,lead the world again,and dominate the global governance system with the values and principles of the United States;shapes a block alliance system to deal with the challenges in different fields with the help of allies according to the changes of the international pattern;emphasizes competition with China as a major power and regards China as the only country that can pose severe challenges to the international system dominated by the United States.Although cooperation with China on some global and regional issues cannot be ruled out,yet strategic competition and even confrontation will become the main axis of U.S.China policy.
