摘要:
Objective To understand the new standards for nursing grading,different level of care on the feelings of patients for nursing service,in order to improve the nursing service mode and accelerate hospitals to promote sustained and healthy development of the high quality nursing service and provide the beneficial reference. Methods Using stratified sampling,self-designed questionnaire was utilized to cross-sectional investigate the multi-dimensional situation of 286 patients in three class Ⅲ grade A hospitals in Guangdong province from June 2015 to October 2015. Results Different levels of care for patients with nursing services in six aspects of the feelings were different,and the ward management,interpersonal support and comprehensive feelings compared that the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Three level care patients in these three aspects of the feelings were poor,but special care of patients with different dimensions were better. Conclusions Three-level care patients has a relatively poor experience in nursing services,so it is recommended to enhance the concept of rehabilitation through ward management to interpersonal support,so as to meet their individual needs. Simultaneously,in order to implement the new nursing grading standards well, we can try to refine and quantify the classification of care and combined with the patient's feelings to determine the classification of care,so it more accurately reflect the actual situation of patients, and help improve the quality of care services.%目的 了解新护理分级标准下,不同护理级别患者对护理服务的感受情况,为改善护理服务模式,促进医院推动优质护理服务的持续健康发展提供有益的参考.方法 于2015年6—10月,采用分层抽样的方法,利用自行设计问卷横断面调查广东省3家三级甲等医院286例患者感受多维度情况.结果 不同护理级别患者在护理服务6个方面的感受均不同,并在病区管理、人际支持、综合感受方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).三级护理患者在病区管理、人际支持、综合感受方面感受均较差,特级护理患者各个维度感受均较好.结论 三级护理患者存在对护理服务感受相对较差的现状,建议通过从病区管理到人际支持方面增强康复的理念,满足其个性化的需求.同时,为更好地落实新的护理分级标准,尝试通过细化、量化护理分级标准并结合患者感受情况进行护理分级判定,能更贴切地反映患者的实际情况,有助于提高护理服务质量.
