以乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷 (ETOS) 、三氟氯乙烯 (CTFE) 、十一烯酸 (UA) 、羟丁基乙烯基醚 (HBVE) 、丁基乙烯基醚 (BVE) 、环己基乙烯基醚 (CHVE) 为原料, 通过溶液聚合后乳化的方法制备了高性能可常温固化的有机硅改性CTFE氟树脂乳液.研究了单体、乳化剂对有机硅改性CTFE氟树脂乳液性能的影响, 对有机硅改性CTFE氟树脂乳液膜的硬度、附着力、冲击强度以及耐沸水煮性进行分析, 并对其进行了FT-IR、DSC、TGA和SEM表征.结果表明, 有机硅改性CTFE氟树脂中BVE和CHVE摩尔比为1:1、ETOS用量为5% (wt, 质量分数) 时, 乳化后有机硅改性CTFE氟树脂拥有良好的性能, 成膜后硬度为2H、附着力为0级、冲击强度高于50kg·cm, 耐沸水煮性良好, 玻璃化转变温度为28.66°C.%A high performance and ambient-curable silicone modified CTFE fluororesin emulsion was prepared by emulsification after solution polymerization method using vinyl triethoxysilane (ETOS), chlorotrifluoroethylene (CTFE), undecylenic acid (UA), hydroxybutyl vinyl ether (HBVE), n-butyl vinyl ether (BVE) and cyclohexyl vinyl ether (CHVE) as raw materials.The effects of monomer and emulsifier on the properties of emulsion were studied.The hardness, adhesion, impact strength and boiling resistance of fluororesin emulsion film were analyzed, and the emulsion film was analyzed by FT-IR, DSC, TGA and SEM.Results showed that the resin with better performance can be achieved under the following conditions:1:1 the molar ratio of BVE to CHVE and 5% (wt, quality score, the same below) mass fraction of ETOS.After curing, the emulsion coating had 2 H hardness, 0 level adhesion, more than50 kg·cm impact strength, high boiling resistance ability, and the glass transition temperature was 28.66°C.
