Objective Simple, rapid, non-invasive early examination of coronary heart disease is necessary. The magnetocardiography (MCG) is a non-invasive and effective method of examining myocardial ischemia. In this study, the value of early diagnosis of coronary heart disease (CHD) by low temperature superconducting MCG was discussed by comparing and analyzing 10 MCG parameters. Methods 213 patients with Chest pain and suspected CHD who were determined to run coronary artery angiography were recruited. 10 MCG parameters (T_FMA, TT_FMA_max, TT_FMA_min, TT_FMAD, TT_PDD, T_MMR, T_CA, TT_CA_max, TT_CA_min and TT_CAD) were extracted from all subjects in the analysis to test the diagnostic value. Results Compared to control group, T_FMA, TT_FMAD, TT_PDD, T_MMR, and TT_CAD were significantly higher in CHD group (all P<0.05). And TT_CA_min was significantly lower in CHD group (P<0.01). However, only 4 parameters of T_FMA, TT_CAD, TT_FMAD, and TT_CA_min showed statistically significant AUC, with sensitivities of 66.7%, 61.4%, 55.3%, 64.4% and specificities of 75.3%, 65.4%, 59.3% and 61.7%. when criterion value of CHD group was defined that any of the 4 parameters was abnormal, the sensitivities were 97.7%, specificity 46.9%, PPV was 75.0% and NPV was 92.7%. Conclusion There’s a high diagnostic value of MCG to detect CHD.%目的 针对冠心病的简单、快速、无创的早期检查十分必要.心磁图被认为是一种诊断心肌缺血的无创且有效的检查方法.本研究通过对10个心磁图参数的分析比较,探讨低温超导心磁图仪早期诊断冠心病的价值.方法 选取213例因胸痛入院并准备行冠状动脉造影检查的患者.所有人均在术前行心磁图检查.根据冠状动脉造影结果分为冠心病组和对照组.选择T峰磁场角度、TT角度最大值、TT角度最小值、TT角度变化值、TT距离变化值、T峰最大最小比值、T峰最大电流角度、TT电流角度最大值、TT电流角度最小值、TT电流角度变化值作为参数进行分析.结果 冠心病组与对照组比较,冠心病组T峰磁场角度、TT角度变化值、TT距离变化值、T峰最大最小比值、TT电流角度变化值均显著高于对照组(P均<0.05).而冠心病组TT电流角度最小值低于对照组(P<0.01).受试者工作曲线分析后,T峰磁场角度、TT电流角度变化值、TT角度变化值、TT电流角度最小值曲线下面积有统计学意义,4个参数敏感度分别为66.7%、61.4%、55.3%、64.4%,特异度分别为75.3%、65.4%、59.3%、61.7%.以4参数中任一参数异常做为冠心病的诊断标准时,其敏感度为97.7%,特异度为46.90%,阳性预测值为75.0%,阴性预测值为92.7%.结论 低温超导心磁图对冠心病早期诊断价值较高.
