    • 摘要: 电网元件风险评估过程中存在风险因素不确定性,各个风险因素评价标准也不同,使得风险变量间的关系以及可能引起的后果得不到有效表示.本文提出一种基于影响图和模糊概率的电网元件多准则风险评估方法,使用影响图确定影响风险的所有相关因素,描述其相关性,确定所有可能的替代决策,用模糊概率表示风险因素的发生概率.为便于发生概率计算,利用扩展原理将模糊对应关系扩展到标准算术运算符中.将该方法应用于少油断路器进行验证,选取天气状况、电网周围环境、电网最大负载和少油断路器工作状态4个节点作为风险因素,根据相互影响关系构成影响图,通过不同标准的安全风险和环境风险对元件运行状态进行风险评估,最终求出3种维护方案(什么也不做(Do nothing),小修(Minor),大修或更换(Ma-jor))的风险值,为维护决策提供有效依据.该方法可为电网元件维护决策过程中风险因素的有效评估提供有益参考.

    • 摘要: 文章采用BCD(收益、成本、损失)模型分析管理者的行为后果,整合组织安全行为影响因素,同时考虑安全、时间、质量和成本作为企业目标,应用影响图理论建立了组织安全行为决策模型。结果发现,既不遵守安全培训规定又不遵守安全投入行为的决策是风险最大的。社会资本处于良好的状态下,可以替代部分安全培训行为,使得不遵守安全培训行为决策所引起的风险降低。提高组织的安全执行行为对降低四种决策风险是最有效的。

    • 摘要: Multiagent sequential decision-making problem under uncertainty is an important research issue in the area of artificial intelligence,and mainly focuses on solutions to the problem of how agents shall optimize their decisions in the interactions.Particularly in a setting of partially observable,stochastic games agents can't perceive the precise states of external environmentsand rely on received observations to infer the hidden states.Meanwhile,the stochastic actions of agents have a direct influence on decisions of other agents.Their interactions impact the state changes of the common environment,which decides rewards in executing their actions.Hence the core task is to model agents' interactions and subsequently to solve the model.Most of the existing research models the entire multiagent systems and follows the mechanism of centralized plan and decentralized control to solve the problem.It first computes a joint policy for all the agents and then assigns the local policies to the agents for a final execution.This approach often demands that all the agents hold common knowledge of the global environment,which can only be applied in cooperative multiagent systems.In contrast,interactive dynamic influence diagram (I-DID),which takes the individual decision-making perspective,provides a general framework for solvingmultiagent sequential decision problems under uncertainty.The solutions remove limitations of traditional multiagent decision approaches based on game theory.The main difficulty arises from the complicated process of mutually modeling of multiple agents in I-DID.In particular,agents can't communicate in a competitive setting so that they can't perceive the true model other agents,which requires the agents to predict and reason with other agents' behavior in order to optimize their own decisions.The solution is to first hypothesize a number of candidate models assigned to other agents and then solve the models to predict their behavior.Since the number of candidate models could be rather large and the uncertainty of the models increases with the receiving of new information over time,the number of models grows exponentially with time.This significantly increases the difficulty in solving I-DID.This paper summarizes the recent development of I-DID research and proposes a new I-DID solution.Considering the large space of candidate models of other agents,the proposed approach focuses on the selection of a proper subset of models in order to efficiently solve the I-DID.It converts the model selection problem into one top-K model optimization through function optimization techniques.The optimization problem aims to maximize the coverage of the selected K models over the entire space of other agents' candidate models.Essentially the top-K model optimization is NP hard.By exploiting the monotonic,submodular property of the objective function,this article develops a greedy selection algorithm to efficiently solve the problem while ensuring the solution quality in a theoretical way.In addition,the new solution avoids randomness of the model selection and reduces the complexity of parameter settings in approximate I-DID solutions.Performance of the new method is experimentally verified in a new problem domain of computer games and shows strong capability in practical applications.%不确定性多智能体序贯决策是人工智能研究领域一个重要的研究问题,主要求解智能体如何在与其他智能体的交互中优化本身的决策.特别在部分可观测的随机博弈设置下,智能体不能探测到真实的外部环境状态,必须依靠所接收的观察来推断可能的状态;同时,智能体的动作也具有相当的随机性,直接影响到其他智能体的决策.智能体的交互主要通过对共同环境状态的影响决定它们各自决策的报酬.因此,如何对多智能体之间的交互进行建模是求解该问题的核心任务.目前大部分的研究主要通过对整个智能体系统进行建模,采取集中规划、分散控制的求解机制:首先,统一计算所有智能体的联合决策;然后,各个智能体执行分配得到的局部决策.该求解技术往往要求所有的智能体必须对全局环境有一个共同的知识假设,因此该研究工作一般只适用于合作型的多智能体系统.相比之下,交互式动态影响图是从个体决策者的角度研究不确定性多智能体序贯决策问题的一种普遍适用的建模方法,克服了传统的博弈论方法求解多智能体决策问题的局限性.求解交互式动态影响图模型的主要困难在于复杂的智能体相互建模过程.特别是在竞争的环境下,由于智能体缺少相互交流的机会,也不能预知其他智能体的真实模型,必须通过预测和推理其他智能体的行为来决定本身的动作.主要求解思路是首先假设其他智能体的可能模型,然后通过求解这些可能的模型来预测智能体的行为.由于其他智能体的备选模型往往有很多,而且随着决策时间的推移,模型的不确定性增强,导致可能的模型呈指数增长,这给求解交互式动态影响图带来了极大的困难.基于目前大量的交互式动态影响图研究工作,文中旨在总结归纳模型的具体表达方式和求解方法,并在此基础上提出一种新的模型求解方法.针对巨大的其他智能体备选模型空间,新方法侧重于研究模型的选取技术,把模型选取问题转化为一个构造最优K模型的函数优化问题.优化的目标是尽量使得选取的K个模型能在最大程度上覆盖整个其他智能体的模型空间.从本质上说,新的函数优化问题具有NP难度.文中通过挖掘目标函数的单调子模特性提出一种贪婪算法以迅速求解该优化问题,并在理论上保证了解的质量.此外,新的求解方法克服了目前近似方法的随机性和参数设置的复杂性.该方法在一个经典计算机游戏领域得到了大量的实验验证,展示了较强的实际应用能力.

    • 摘要: 飞机作战效能评估很大程度上取决于机载火控系统的评估,采用兰彻斯特方程与影响图因子理论相结合的建模方法,制定了一套针对机载火控系统的对空作战效能评估模型.在装载各种不同火控系统的情况下能够对其空战损伤比进行计算,机载火控系统的效能指标能够将现有的空战优势进行直观的反映,同时也能够为控制人员提出关于机载火控系统的一些控制指标,对空战飞机火控系统具有一定的优化与改进作用.该模型在实际应用中具有较强的指挥作用,同时也能够将飞机空战效能更加充分地发挥出来,本文对此做出简单分析.

    • 摘要: Air-to-ground attacking is an important step in air-to-ground combats. Aiming at the problem of the air-to-ground weapon selection in air-to-ground combats, the model of weapon selection based on influence diagrams had been presented. According to the environment of the battlefield and characteristics of the targets, the evaluation indicators of air-to-ground weapons in various conditions had been designed. Finally, the calculation of combat effectiveness through influence diagrams determined the air-to-ground weapon selection making the combat effectiveness maximization. The simulation results show that the influence diagrams can be applied to air-to-ground weapon selection, and the model is simple and effective.%对地攻击的武器选择是对地攻击作战过程中的重要环节,针对对地攻击中空地武器的选择问题,提出了基于影响图的空地武器决策模型.根据不同的战场环境与目标特性,设计了各种作战条件下的评估武器性能的指标,通过影响图理论计算效能,确定了使作战效能最大化的空地武器.仿真表明,影响图理论能应用于空地武器决策中,且简单有效.

    • 摘要: With the development of the warfare,attacking weapon choosing should be more intelligent and automatic.Since the influence diagrams has the advantages in dealing with uncertainly inference,bring it in the weapon choosing,the effect of weather,interference,enemy threaten on weapon choosing under the complicated environment has being analysed.The model of air-to-ground weapon choosing is built based on influence diagrams.With this model,a new decision-making method of weapon choosing is put forward.The simulation conformed that the model can make the weapon choosing more reasonable and efficient.%随着战争形势的发展,武器的选择决策问题需要更加智能化、自动化.基于影响图理论在不确定推理方面的优势,将影响图理论引入武器选择问题,分析了复杂战场环境下,天气、干扰、敌方威胁等因素对攻击机选择对地攻击武器的影响.构建了对地攻击武器选择决策影响图模型,利用该模型,提供了一种武器选择辅助决策方法.通过仿真计算验证了该模型能够使武器选择更加合理、高效.

    • 摘要: 战斗机空战攻击目标效能优化是优化战斗机武器配置和作战部署的核心.效能优化的关键是建立正确的效能模型,空战对抗系统是一个由许多因素构成的复杂巨系统,建立战斗机空战效能模型是战斗机空战攻击目标效能优化的难点所在.针对传统效能模型因考虑的因素较少,评估结果可信度不足等问题,提出了一种基于影响图因子理论的兰彻斯特方程模型.通过仿真分析第四代战斗机雷达反射面积、超音速巡航能力和导弹攻击能力对战斗机空战效能影响的基础上对战斗机空战攻击目标效能进行了优化.优化结果不仅减小了战斗机自身在损耗,而且还极大提高了第四代战斗机空战攻击目标效能.%Fighter air combat effectiveness optimization is the core of weapon configuration and operational deployment,and the key of effectiveness optimization is to establish the correct sufficiency model.The system of fighter air combat is a complex giant system,but the traditional evaluation method is lack of flexibility.A modeling method that combines the theories of influence diagrams and Lanchester equation is applied to build the air-combat model of the fourth generation fighter.An example is given,and simulation is made on the influence of the fourth generation fighter's radar cross section and supersonic cruise capability on the air combat effectiveness.The results show that the proposed method can improve cruise capability,stealth capability,and attack target ability,it can not only reduce their own losses,but also increase the loss of the enemy forces.

    • 摘要: 在决策过程中,对决策环境的不完全了解、先验知识或经验数据的缺乏、决策者之间意见不统一等因素都会导致信念、偏好不精确.显然,在信念、偏好不精确的不确定决策环境下,使用具有精确的点值参数的影响图建模是不合理的.因此,可以用区间值表示概率和效用.
