摘要:
以汕湛高速公路东岭长大隧道为项目依托,探讨了长大隧道水泥路面所面临的温湿环境和荷载特性。针对温度梯度一昼夜只发生一次能产生翘曲的反转,并且板底翘曲应力会对交通荷载产生抵消效应的特点,提出隧道水泥路面求解疲劳应力的分析状态。基于Ever FE有限元分析软件对层位的接触状态、相邻板块的连接状态、温度梯度和荷载的作用形式以及材料参数进行了设定,对多种工况进行数值计算,深入分析了板厚、轴重、基岩模量对板块划分的影响,提出施工优化和质量控制建议。

In order to simplify the flexural tensile stress calculation method for the bottom of interlocking block pavement base under container corner loads,for the situation of container stacked in single or multiple columns,by introducing the interlocking block layer equivalent modulus concept,we simplified the interlocking block pavement to layered structure.On this basis,we analyzed the position variation of the maximum flexural tensile stress at the bottom of the base under container stacked in single or multiple columns,and given the regression formula of flexural tensile stress in the bottom of the base.Finally,the precision of the regression formula was analyzed with engineering examples.%为简化集装箱箱角荷载下联锁块铺面基层层底弯拉应力的计算,针对集装箱重箱按单列或多列方式堆放的情况,通过引入联锁块层等效模量概念,将联锁块铺面简化为层状结构.在此基础上,分析了单列或多列重箱荷载下基层层底最大弯拉应力的位置变化规律,给出了基层层底弯拉应力的回归计算公式,结合工程实例,验证了回归公式具有较高的回归精度.

Considering stress and deformation of pavement in design of composite pavement structure,combined with an elastic layered theory system,the ABAQUS software is used to establish a mechanical simulation model of composite pavement with different surface combination types.The simulation including circumstances of surface and middle layers both using modified asphalt concrete or cement mortar pouring concrete;surface layer using modified asphalt pavement-middle layer using cement mortar pouring concrete;surface layer using cement mortar pouring concrete + middle layer using modified asphalt pavement.The mechanical properties,i.e.bottom stress,strain,and deflection of road surface,of different combination types of pavement are computed.Results show that compared with the common pavement structure,when surface and middle layers both using cement mortar pouring concrete,tensile stress of bottom layer and deflection of road surface are reduced by 25.7% and 50.9 %,respectively.When cement mortar is poured into middle layer,the relevant properties are also better than common pavement structure.When cement mortar is pouring into surface layer,the maximum tensile stress has greater influences than which of common pavement structure.It suggests that composite pavement has best mechanical properties when cement mortar is used for both surface and middle layer.When cement mortar is used for middle layer is less good,while it is only used for surface layer is not recommended.%针对灌入式复合路面结构设计中所需的路面应力和变形等情况,研究结合弹性层状理论体系,采用ABAQUS软件建立了不同面层组合形式下灌入式复合路面的力学仿真模型,包括:上中面层同为改性沥青混凝土或者水泥砂浆灌入式混凝土、上面层改性沥青混凝土+中面层水泥砂浆灌入式混凝土、上面层水泥砂浆灌入式混凝土+中面层改性沥青混凝土等,仿真计算出不同结构类型路面的层底应力、应变和路表弯沉等力学指标.结果显示,与普通路面结构相比,当水泥砂浆灌入层同时作表面层和中面层时,其层底拉应力和路表弯沉分别减少25.7%和50.9%;水泥砂浆灌入层作中面层时,相关力学性能也优于普通路面结构;水泥砂浆灌入层作表面层时,最大拉应力的影响范围要大于普通路面结构.研究结果表明,表面层和中面层均采用水泥砂浆灌入层的结构力学性能最优,为最佳的设计方案;中面层采用水泥砂浆灌入层的结构次之,不推荐采用水泥砂浆灌入层单独作表面层的结构方案.

摘要:
为了研究掺配不同质量分数的粉尘对水泥稳定碎石基层力学性能的影响,确定出粉尘掺量的合适范围。采用抗压回弹试验和有限差分数值软件FLAC3D,对粉尘掺量为1%~5%的水泥稳定碎石基层以及路面结构进行数值模拟,分析粉尘水泥稳定碎石基层抗变形能力以及其路面的应力、应变的变化规律,经过与基本型的对比研究,得出结论为在水泥稳定碎石中掺配不大于3%的粉尘量可以在满足技术规范要求的同时减少环境污染。

To study the erosion degradation rule of the concrete member under different chloride ion erosion conditions, the chloride ion immersion tests for the flexural⁃tensile concrete member and salt spray tests for non⁃stress concrete member were carried out. Based on the test results of chloride mass fraction, flexural⁃tensile strength and flexural⁃tensile strain of concrete member, the effects of erosion time, environmental temperature, stress level, environmental chloride ion mass fraction and erosion pattern on the diffusion rule of chloride ion and flexural⁃tensile strength of concrete members were studied. The results show that, the chloride ion mass fraction in soaking environment is higher than that in salt spray environment;the chloride ion mass fraction increases with the erosion time, environmental temperature, chloride ion concentration and stress level;the diffusion coefficient increases with the increasing of the stress level and temperature;under the condition of lower stress level, lower temperature and shorter erosion time, the ultimate flexural⁃tensile strength of concrete members has a slight upward trend, and then it decreases with erosion time;the ultimate flexural⁃tensile strain of concrete members decreases while the influence factors increase. The results provide a theoretical base for the durability assessment and design for concrete member under chloride ion erosion environmental and have some practical values.%为研究不同环境条件下混凝土构件氯离子侵蚀劣化规律,开展弯拉应力构件的氯离子浸泡侵蚀试验和无应力构件的盐雾侵蚀试验。基于氯离子质量分数、构件弯拉强度及弯拉应变等测试结果,研究了侵蚀时间、环境温度、应力水平、环境氯离子质量分数及侵蚀方式等因素对氯离子扩散特征和构件抗弯性能的影响。试验结果表明:浸泡环境中混凝土内部氯离子质量分数较盐雾环境高;试件内部氯离子质量分数随腐蚀时间、环境温度、环境氯离子质量分数及应力水平的增大而增大;氯离子扩散系数随应力水平和环境温度的提高而增大;在较低应力水平、较低环境温度和较短的侵蚀时间内,混凝土构件极限弯拉强度有小幅度上升趋势,然后随侵蚀时间的增长而衰减;混凝土构件的极限弯拉应变随各影响因素的增大而降低。研究结果可为钢筋混凝土构件在氯盐侵蚀环境下的耐久性评估及设计提供依据,具有一定工程实际意义。

通过引入机场柔性道面结构的飞机当量单轮荷载系数ζ和旁邻轮影响系数(υ);明确了当量单轮荷载的概念和计算公式.分别基于结构层层底弯拉应力、应变和土基顶面压应变设计指标,分析了主起落架构型分别为双轮、双轴双轮和三轴双轮的飞机当量单轮荷载系数ζ随机场道面结构参数的变化规律.研究表明:计算沥青面层层底弯拉应变,刚性、半刚性基层层底弯拉应力的当量单轮荷载系数ζ时仅考虑计一根(或一排)轴载的影响;计算土基顶面压应变的ζ时可计入所有旁邻轮的影响.最后,给出了基于结构层层底弯拉应力、应变和土基顶面压应变的40余种飞机的当量单轮荷载系数ζ的近似回归公式.

In order to investigate the dynamic axle load conversion in complex conditions, the dynamic response of as-phalt pavement subjected to moving load is analyzed, the validity of the numerical calculation and the influence of vehi-cle characteristics are discussed, and a conversion formula of the dynamic axle load is set up.Then, based on the two-dimension Lamb problem, the effectiveness of the numerical calculation is verified, and a three-dimension dynamic nu-merical model of asphalt pavement with rigid base is established to analyze the effects of vehicle speed, road surface fric-tion coefficient and axle load.The results show that, when the vehicle moves at a constant speed, both the axle load and the road surface friction coefficient remarkably influence the dynamic response of pavement;and that the conversion co-efficient of the dynamic axle load considering the friction coefficient is significantly greater than that of the static axle load.Moreover, it is found that the three-dimension finite element model, which takes into consideration various affec-ting factors of the vehicle and the asphalt pavement, accords well with the actual stress state of asphalt pavement struc-ture;and that the presented conversion formula is feasible in improving the current design specifications.%为研究复杂工况下的动态轴载换算,分析了车辆移动荷载作用下沥青路面的动力响应,对数值计算的有效性和车辆行驶特性的影响进行了研究,并提出了动态轴载换算公式。基于二维Lamb问题验证了数值计算的有效性,并建立刚性基层沥青路面的三维动力学数值模型,分析不同车速、路面摩擦系数和轴载等因素的影响。当荷载匀速移动时,轴载和路面摩擦系数对路面动力响应的影响明显,考虑摩擦系数的动态轴载换算指数明显大于静态荷载。结合车辆和路面多种影响因素的三维有限元计算模型更符合沥青路面结构的实际受力状态,动态轴载换算公式可用来改进当前的规范设计。

摘要:
采用自定位可拆卸式混凝土耐久性试验应力加载装置,对内掺10%硫酸镁与盐湖卤水的C30、C60混凝土试件施加0.35的弯拉应力,连同加载装置置于(5±2)°C水中,加速硫酸盐侵蚀,研究水泥基材料破坏规律及破坏机理.结果表明,弯拉应力-低温硫酸盐侵蚀耦合作用下,水泥基材料发生断裂破坏,断裂时水泥基材料未发生TSA破坏.弯拉应力引起应力集中,促进主裂缝形成、扩展并发生失稳,从而导致样品突然断裂破坏.
