With the development of metropolis and the deepening of market competition mechanism,the functions and space of citywide center and the district-wide center gradually differentiate.It is not only an important foundation for urban center system,but also the inevitable demand of the metropolis development.Especially in the modern society under the impacts of consumer service network,urban center system is increasingly showing a trend of flat grade and industry diversification,so the scientific layout of district center has become a key problem in the practice of city planning.From the perspective of spatial location mechanism of district-wide center,this paper analyzed the characteristics of districtwide centers in terms of accessibility,service equalization,and area overlapping,and then proposed the model of space plate,which constitute the basis of an ideal schema of the spatial layout of district-wide centers.On this basis,taking Wuhan as an example,this paper explores how to improve the application of theory and method through practice.The collaborative effects of the changes of the urban center system and transportation structure,together with other factors like flowing direction of rivers and lakes in the urban area can further expand and reshape the model of district-wide center plate so that it can adapt to different cities.%随着特大城市的发展和市场竞争机制的深化,市级中心与区级中心的职能、空间逐步分异,这是城市中心体系构筑的重要基础,也是特大城市发展的必然需求.尤其在消费服务网络化冲击下的现代社会,中心体系日益呈现出等级扁平化和业态多元化的趋势,区级中心的科学布局也成为城市规划实践中的一个重点问题.本文从区级中心的空间选址机制入手,剖析其片区内可达性、服务均衡性和空间叠合性特征,进而提出空间板块的模式,据此可建立基于空间板块模式的城市区级中心空间布局理想图式.在此基础上,以武汉为样本案例,通过实践探索理论方法的应用及完善.城市中心体系、交通结构的改变以及城区河湖走向等因素的综合作用,可使区级中心板块模式进一步拓展和变形,以适应不同的城市.
