Objective To investigate the significance of α1,α2,β,γ globulin and κ,λ light chain in chil-dren with mycoplasma pneumonia through analyzing the detection results of α1, α2, β, γ globulin and κ, λ light chain. Methods 120 children with MPP were select from January 2016 to January 2017 as the MPP group,and 100 healthy children were selected as the control group. The levels of α1globulin region (α1-acid glycoprotein,α1-anti-trypsin, α1-lipoprotein, a-fetoprotein), α2globulin region (haptoglobin, α2- macroglobulin, ceruloplasmin), β globulin region (transferrin, β-lipoproteins, complement C3, f-plasminogen), γ globulin region (IgM, IgA, IgD, IgE,C-reactive protein),κ and λ light chain were detected in the two groups. Results (1) The levels of α1 globu-lin region and α1-antitrypsin were significantly higher in the MMP group than in the control group(P0.05). (2) The levels of α2globulin region and haptoglobin were significantly higher in the MMP group than in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion α1,α2,β,γ globulin can be used as a clinical diagnosis in my-coplasma pneumoniae pneumonia,and the role of κ,λ light chain in children MPP needs to be further explored.%目的 通过对肺炎支原体肺炎( MPP )儿童患者的血清中α1、α2、β、γ球蛋白及免疫球蛋白κ轻链、λ轻链含量结果进行统计分析,探讨血α1、α2、β、γ球蛋白及κ、λ轻链在MPP发病中的意义.方法 选取我院儿科2016年1月到2017年1月期间收治的MPP儿童患者120例为研究对象,作为MPP组,同时选取120例来我院健康儿童作为对照组,分别检测两组儿童血清中α1球蛋白区带(α1酸性糖蛋白、α1抗胰蛋白酶、α1脂蛋白、甲胎蛋白)、α2球蛋白区带(结合珠蛋白、α2巨球蛋白、铜蓝蛋白)、β球蛋白区带(转铁蛋白、β脂蛋白、补体C3、f纤溶酶原)γ球蛋白区带(IgG、IgM、IgA、IgD、IgE及C反应蛋白)以及κ轻链、λ轻链的含量.结果 (1)α1球蛋白区带,与对照相比,MPP组α1酸性糖蛋白和α1抗胰蛋白酶均升高,但α1抗胰蛋白酶升高的更显著(P0.05);(2)α2球蛋白区带,与对照组相比,MPP组结合珠蛋白、α2巨球蛋白和铜蓝蛋白均升高,但两组之间只有结合珠蛋白差异具有统计学意义(P0.05).结论 MPP儿童患者的血α1、α2、β、γ球蛋白的变化可作为支原体肺炎的辅助诊断.
