本文旨在研究饲粮中添加不同水平的包被γ-氨基丁酸(γ-aminobutyric Acid,GABA)对夏季崂山奶山羊采食量、泌乳性能、血液抗氧化能力和相关激素的影响,试验选择40只泌乳期、胎次、体重和产奶量相近的崂山奶山羊,采用单因素试验设计,随机分为4组,每组10只,分别在基础饲粮中添加0、0.03%、0.06%和0.12%剂量的包被GABA.试验结果表明,GABA显著提高奶山羊的干物质采食量和产奶量,其中以0.12%添加组最高,分别比对照组、0.03%添加组和0.06%添加组高28.79%、11.35%、28.79%(P0.05).GABA显著降低了奶山羊血液丙二醛含量,提高血液谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性、超氧化物歧化酶活性和总抗氧化力(P0.05).0.12%添加组奶山羊的血液胰岛素、神经肽Y和T3、T4的浓度显著高于其他各组.因此,饲粮中添加包被GABA可以显著提高夏季崂山奶山羊干物质采食量,改善泌乳性能,提高血液抗氧化能力,以0.12%添加剂量效果较好.%The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of coatingγ-aminobutyric acid(GABA)on feed intake,milk performance,antioxidant capacity and related hormones of dairy goat in in summer. According to the similar principles in lactation period,birth order,body weight and milk yield,40 Laoshan dairy goats were selected.40 dairy goats were randomly divided into 4 groups with 10 goats per group,each group were supplementation of 0,0.03%,0.06% and 0.12% GABA into the basal diets. The results showed that GABA significantly increased dry matter intake and milk yield,and the highest in 0.12% group,dry matter intake were 28.79%,11.35%,28.79%(P0.05).GABA significantly decreased the contents of MDA,significantly increased T-SOD,GSH-Px,CAT activity and T-AOC(P0.05).The concentration of insulin,neuropeptide Y,T3 and T4 in 0.12% group were significantly higher than other groups. Therefore, GABA significantly increased dry matter intake,milk yield and antioxidant capacity,the suitable GABA level for Laoshan dairy goats is 0.12%.
