以现有的学校课程中心为主的远程教学平台作为基础,本文主要研究基于客户端的汉维双语计算机操作学习系统,实现对计算机信息技术操作的自动取词、翻译、朗读、解释功能,分别可以将汉语翻译成维吾尔语,维吾尔语翻译成汉语。对Windows系列操作系统、Office系列办公软件以及其他软件的基本操作进行翻译,辅助中小学双语教师和学生学习信息技术和汉语的信息技术专业术语。%Is given priority to with the existing school curriculum center distance teaching platform as the foundation, this paper mainly studies based on the client's Chinese-Uyghur bilingual study computer operating system and implementation of computer information technology, operation of automatic word, translation, reading, explanation from function, respectively, can be translated into Chinese, Uyghur translated into Chinese. With the social development, the global integration acceleration, it is particularly important to master an foreign language, in the process of the learning a foreign language, the use of electronic dictionaries provides users with a more efficient way to query, based on the reasons above, this Point and Translation Translator is developed. This system is based on a computer desktop translator, its main function is include Screen Translation, word query and thesaurus management. First, key technologies involved in this topic are explained and introduced, and then based on all system do demand description of functions and running environment, followed by the design part of the system, including interface design and database design, at last do more specific of described on achieved of the system, The system achieve a string of random interception of the user from the screen to form words and query in the data thesaurus, displayed to the user through the interface, at the same time, the system also provides the thesaurus management functions, to add, modify, delete, and so on. Alternating combination of theory and practice in this article from a technical introduction to each part of the system is completed carefully. Strive to make the best of a paper describing and the system presents.%随着社会的发展,全球一体化加速,掌握一门外语显得尤为重要,在学习外语过程中,电子词典的使用为用户提供了更高效的查询方式,基于以上的原因开发了这款即指即译翻译器。本系统是基于电脑桌面程序的翻译器,它主要功能是:屏幕取词、单词查询和词库管理。论文先对本课题涉及的关键技术进行逐个的解释与介绍,然后对整个系统做了功能与运行环境的需求说明,接着进行系统的设计部分,包括界面设计和数据库设计,最后对系统的实现做了更具体的阐述。本系统实现了用户从屏幕中随机截取字符串,构成单词在数据词库中进行查询并通过界面显示给用户,同时系统还提供词库管理功能,可对词库进行添加、修改、删除单词等操作。本文把理论与实践交替结合起来从技术介绍到系统实现的每一部分都认真完成,努力做到最好的论文描述与系统呈现。

水情值班人员在检查各水文测站拍发的水情报文时,经常需要查询各测站相关实时水情信息.水情报汛助手将人工和遥测水情数据库结合起来,为用户提供屏幕取词查询、语音播报等服务,以减少水情值班人员的工作量,提高水情报汛工作效率.
