    • 摘要: The end-point control of basic oxygen gurnace (BOF) consists of temperature control and element control.The flame of converter can reflect the decarburization rate and operation parameters of converter.The atomic emission spectra of alkali metals such as kalium and sodium exist in the boiler flames,the temperature of flame can be calculated with the spectral line inversion technique.Two-color method,three-color method and two-l ine method are used to calculate the flame temperature.The characteristic lines are extracted from the fitting baseline and the wavelet ridge line fitting base line.Characteristic spectral lines are fitted with Gauss function and Lorenz fu nction.The results show that the radiation thermometry is sensitive to the spec tral lines,the reasonable band is necessary to measure the flame temperature ef fectively and accurately.Two-line method is limited by mathematical model of c haracteristic spectral line,transition probability of spectral line,degenerate degree of energy level,optical thickness of flame.High resolution spectromete r is necessary to measure the converter flame temperature.%转炉炼钢的终点控制包括钢水出钢时温度及其成分的控制,炉口火焰能够反映炉内脱碳速率及转炉运行参数等. 工业炉燃烧火焰可见光谱段,普遍存在着钾(K)和钠(Na)等碱金属元素的原子发射谱线,利用K的特征谱线相对比值可以计算火焰温度. 基于辐射双色法,三色法和谱线相对强度法对转炉口火焰温度进行了测量;数据处理过程中对特征谱线进行了基线拟合提取,小波脊线拟合提取;特征谱线进行了Gauss函数和Lorenz函数拟合. 结果表明,辐射测温法对谱线比较敏感,选择合理的波段能够有效,精确地测量火焰温度;采用谱线相对强度法受制于特征谱线的数学模型、谱线的跃迁机率、能级的简并度及火焰的光学厚度,需要分辨率非常高的光谱仪才能进行高温转炉火焰中电子温度的测量.

    • 摘要: In order to solve the problem of low rate in radar emitter signal recognition under low SNR, a new approach based on the feature of wavelet ridge for recognition of intra-pulse modulation was proposed.The proposed modified Morlet wavelet atom was used to extract the instantaneous frequency.Then the instantaneous frequency was transformed to extract the characteristic vector for classification.The results of computer simulation showed that the characteristic vector of this method had good recognition ability, and the average recognition rate could reach 90% or more than 90% when the SNR was as low as 2 dB.The superiority of the proposed algorithm under low SNR was proved by simulation results compared with the existing approach.%针对在低信噪比条件下雷达辐射源信号识别率低的问题,提出了一种基于小波脊线特征提取的雷达辐射源信号脉内调制方式识别方法.该方法使用新的改进Morlet小波提取信号瞬时频率,变换后提取其二次特征用于分类识别.计算机仿真结果表明本方法提取的特征向量具有良好的识别能力,在2 dB的低信噪比条件下,平均识别率可达到90%以上,通过与现有方法进行对比仿真验证了本算法在低信噪比环境下的优越性.

    • 摘要: 介绍了基于奇异值分解的复解析小波脊线提取方法,并用仿真算例进行了验证.设计了基于冲击响应的非线性刚度识别程序.采用半正弦冲击对惯组减振系统的非线性特性进行试验研究,验证了方法的可行性,分析了非线性系统刚度和阻尼的变化规律.对于非线性特征比较明显的结构,使用该方法的参数识别结果具有较高精度.

    • 摘要: 轨道的波浪弯曲不平顺是引起列车振动的直接因素.针对波浪不平顺提出了一种新的检测方法.基于经验模态分解的小波脊线法,滤去原始信号的高频部分,再对低频分量进行EMD处理,提取包含了故障信息的固有模态函数分量(IMF)的小波脊线.通过分析小波脊线的时频域,检测出突变信号发生的时刻.对列车在某线路的实测数据分析,研究结果表明,基于EMD的小波脊线法能方便而有效地检测出信号的突变成分,从而准确地识别轨道的不平顺位置.

    • 摘要: 传统小波脊线提取算法在不同信号环境下选择小波参数较为困难.为此,提出一种针对Morlet小波变换谱自适应提取小波脊线的算法.通过分析小波脊线算法,以迭代运算的成功与否作为反馈来调节Morlet小波的形状参数,使小波参数可以在各种信号情况下自适应做出调整.仿真结果表明,该算法可以在同一初始参数设置下,准确地提取出各类信号的小波脊线,且与传统小波脊线提取算法相比,具有更高的检测概率和噪声抑制能力.

    • 摘要: Aiming at researching multi-component signal modulation recognition under complex electromagnetic environment, with accurately estimating instantaneous frequency of the signals, the intra-pulse subtle features can be analyzed.The independent component analysis and wavelet transform was combined to study the blind source separation and modulation recognition of the multi-component emitter signals.FastICA was used to separate and decompose the time-frequency signals into a series of independent components under the condition of no priori information.Then the single component was extracted by the wavelet ridge with the local modulus maxima of wavelet coefficient.For different types of signals, a straight line of the wavelet ridge was fit by least square fitting method to obtain characteristic parameters for judging signal modulation type.Finally with the simulation experiment, the results show that the method can separate aliasing signals and effectively extracts wavelet ridge and instantaneous frequency of signals to identify the type of signal modulation.Regardless of low SNR ratio, this algorithm still has high recognition probability.%对复杂电磁环境下多分量信号进行调制识别,可通过准确估计接收信号的瞬时频率来分析其脉内细微特征.本文联合独立分量分析和小波变换技术,对多分量辐射源信号进行了盲源分离和调制识别的研究.在无先验信息条件下,采用FastICA对混叠信号分离,将时频混叠信号分解成一系列独立分量.对分离后的单分量信号分别做小波变换处理,由小波系数的局部模极大值提取其小波脊线.针对不同调制类型雷达信号,用最小二乘法对时频小波脊线进行直线拟合,获取特征参数,通过计算特征值判决出信号的调制类型.通过仿真实验表明,该方法可以分离混叠信号并有效提取信号小波脊和瞬时频率,进而识别出信号的调制类型,并在低信噪比情况下仍有较高的识别概率.

    • 摘要: 针对轴向柱塞泵故障振动信号呈现出的非平稳和非线性特点,提出了一种基于小波包能量法与小波脊线法相结合的信号解调方法,将其用于液压泵故障诊断中的信号解调过程.该方法首先对原始振动信号进行功率谱分析,明确故障振动信号反映出的能量集中频带带宽;根据确定的带宽和原始信号分析频率设定小波包分解的层数,采用小波包能量法提取出分解系数对应频带能量最大的特征信息进行信号重构;利用小波脊线法对重构后的频带信号进行解调处理,通过信号的包络解调谱提取故障的特征频率,利用解调后的时频谱对液压泵单柱塞滑靴磨损、斜盘磨损以及中心弹簧故障进行分析.通过实验结果验证,该方法能有效地对液压泵的故障信号进行解调,并能找出反映故障的敏感特征频率.

    • 摘要: There are abundant nonlinear dynamic characteristics appearing in vibration signals when faults happen on rolling bearings.According to the advantages of wavelet ridges in analyzing nonlinear and non-stationary signals,a novel method for the chaotic degree depiction based on wavelet ridges was proposed.And it was applied to diagnose multi-type faults of rolling bearings.The wavelet ridges were extracted from the envelope signal in the resonance vibration frequency band of fault vibration signals.Moreover,the Kolmogorov entropies were calculated from the fault vibration signals of rolling bearings in order to compare with the wavelet ridges.The results indicate that the wavelet ridges not only can identify the fault types of rolling bearings,but also can reflect the severity degrees of the faults by means of the chaotic degrees depiction.%滚动轴承发生故障时的振动信号会呈现丰富的非线性动力学特征。基于小波脊线对非线性、非平稳信号分析优势,提出了基于小波脊线的混沌程度刻画方法用于滚动轴承多类故障诊断。通过对故障振动信号共振频带包络信号提取小波脊线,并与故障振动信号 K 熵对比。结果表明,小波脊线不仅能识别滚动轴承故障类型,亦能由小波脊线表征的混沌程度反映故障严重与否。
