There are many sources of geographic big data,and most of them come from heterogeneous environments.The data sources obtained in this case contain attribute information of different spatial scales,different time scales and different complexity levels.It is worth noting that the emergence of new high-dimensional trajectory data types and the increasing number of details are becoming more difficult.In this case,visualizing high-dimensional spatiotemporal trajectory data is extremely challenging.Therefore,i-tStar and its extension i-tStar(3D)proposed,a trajectory behavior feature formoving objects that are integrated into a view with less effort to display and extract spatiotemporal conditions,and evaluate our approach through case studies of an open-pit mine truck dataset.The experimental results show that this method is easier to mine the interaction behavior of multi-attribute trajectory data and the correlation and influence of various indicators of moving objects.

In the era of information and communication technology (ICT) and big data, the map gradually shows a new qualitative feature of “spatiotemporal ubiquitous” with the extension of its object space, expression space and information source, which challenges the theory of cartographic visualization. This paper discusses the ubiquitous map visualization from the object content and expression form. Oriented to the ternary space, it divides the object dimension of ubiquitous map visualization and analyzes the expression characteristics of ubiquitous map visualization. Based on that, it constructs the variable system, symbol system and method system of ubiquitous map visualization. With three cases of the metro roadmap, the tag map, and the three-dimensional (3D) city map, the application of the proposed content is explained to illustrate its effectiveness. The research in this paper is expected to further enrich the theoretical basis of cartographic visualization and provide theoretical support for the expression and application of ubiquitous map visualization.

BACKGROUND Recently,neonatal abstinence syndrome(NAS)emerged as a significant global concern with a dramatic increase in healthcare expenditures.The incidence of the NAS has increased notably in the past decade and emergence as a global public health problem.AIM To evaluate the development and trend of global NAS research from 1958 to 2019 by bibliometric analysis.METHODS Analyzed aspects included publication output per year,language,document types,journals,countries/territories,h-index,authors,and top research priorities.The VOSviewer was used to determine the top research priorities,and trends,and to present bibliometric networks concerning various dimensions,such as coauthorship,authors,and countries.RESULTS A total of 1738 articles were retrieved in the Scopus database from 1958 to 2019.It was found that the great majority of the total NAS documents(n=1295)were original articles followed by reviews(n=268)and letters(n=48).The most productive countries in the NAS field were the United States(n=833),Canada(n=112),the United Kingdom(n=111),and Germany(n=77).Treatment and hospital outcomes in NAS,evidence-based nurse-driven interventions for the care of newborns with NAS,and a systematic reviews and network meta-analysis for therapeutic approaches of NAS were found in recent years(after 2010),compared with terms such as pathophysiology,mechanisms of NAS,and signs and symptoms in the early years.CONCLUSION Treatment and pediatric outcomes and the effectiveness of pharmacological treatment may be frontiers in the NAS field,and continued efforts from researchers are needed in those topics.

Background The personality and feedback of an animated pedagogical agent(APA)are vital social-emotional features that render the agent perceptually believable.Their effects on learning during virtual training need to be examined.Methods In this paper,an explanation model is proposed to clarify the underlying mechanism of how these two features affect learners.Two studies were conducted to investigate the model.In Study 1,the effect of the APA's personality type and feedback strategy on flow experience and performance was reexamined,revealing significant effects of the feedback strategy on flow and performance and a marginally significant effect of the personality type on performance.To explore the mechanism behind these effects,a theoretical model is proposed by distinguishing between intrinsic and extrinsic motivation effects.In Study 2,the model was evaluated,and the APA's personality type was found to significantly influence the factors in the path of the extrinsic motivation effect rather than those in the path of the intrinsic motivation effect.Results In contrast,the feedback strategy affected factors in the path of the intrinsic motivation effect.Conclusions These results validated the proposed model.Further distinguishing the two motivation effects is necessary to understand the respective effects of an APA's personality and feedback features on learning experiences and outcomes.

User-interactive electronic skin(e-skin) that could convert mechanical stimuli into distinguishable outputs displays tremendous potential for wearable devices and health care applications. However, the existing devices have the disadvantages such as complex integration procedure and lack of the intuitive signal display function. Here, we present a bioinspired user-interactive e-skin, which is simple in structure and can synchronously achieve digital electrical response and optical visualization upon external mechanical stimulus. The e-skin comprises a conductive layer with a carbon nanotubes/cellulose nanofibers/MXene nanohybrid network featuring remarkable electromechanical behaviors, and a stretchable elastomer layer, which is composed of silicone rubber and thermochromic pigments. Furthermore, the conductive nanohybrid network with outstanding Joule heating performance can generate controllable thermal energy under voltage input and then achieve the dynamic coloration of silicone-based elastomer. Especially, such an innovative fusion strategy of digital data and visual images enables the e-skin to monitor human activities with evermore intuition and accuracy. The simple design philosophy and reliable operation of the demonstrated e-skin are expected to provide an ideal platform for next-generation flexible electronics.

In this paper,we propose a hybrid model aiming to map the input noise vector to the label of the generated image by the generative adversarial network(GAN).This model mainly consists of a pre-trained deep convolution generative adversarial network(DCGAN)and a classifier.By using the model,we visualize the distribution of two-dimensional input noise,leading to a specific type of the generated image after each training epoch of GAN.The visualization reveals the distribution feature of the input noise vector and the performance of the generator.With this feature,we try to build a guided generator(GG)with the ability to produce a fake image we need.Two methods are proposed to build GG.One is the most significant noise(MSN)method,and the other utilizes labeled noise.The MSN method can generate images precisely but with less variations.In contrast,the labeled noise method has more variations but is slightly less stable.Finally,we propose a criterion to measure the performance of the generator,which can be used as a loss function to effectively train the network.

Objective:Nurse practitioners(NPs)have drawn significant attention recently and played a major role in healthcare.We aim to find the evaluation of NPs through published studies and then visualize the research status and hotspots in this field.Methods:All data came from the Web of Science Core Collection,and the data were counted and entered into Excel 2016.The key documents nodes were excavated by analyzing the knowledge network map using Cite Space V software.In this study,these nodes of“author,country,institution,keyword,co-citation(referencecited-authorcited-journal),and grant”were harvested for analysis and comparison.Results:A total of 4912 records,which were published between 2007 and 2018 and pertained to NPs,were retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection database(Wo SCC)from a diversity of languages.The total and the annual number of publications and citations of these continually increased over time.Most publications were in 2018(618 records).This study involved 8241 authors located in 98 countries and 4557 institutions totally.The United States(2737 records)and the University of Michigan(90 records)dominated in publication frequency.There are 902 journals and 2449 articles with funding support that have been analyzed.Most articles were from JAMA:The Journal of the American Medical Association(1386,IF=47.661),followed by the Journal of Advanced Nursing(1359,IF=2.267),and The New England Journal of Medicine(1109,IF=79.258).The reference“The Role of Nurse Practitioners in Reinventing Primary Care”was co-cited most frequently,which revealed it as the highest landmark article in NP.The top-ranked keyword was“Care,”other than“Nurse practitioner,”which has an ultra-high frequency.Some of the high-frequency keywords represent the significant direction of NPs.Conclusions:NPs are at the crux of health-care delivery and play an important role in providing high-quality nursing.Publications on NPs in Wo SCC have increased notably during the recent years,and have appeared in some journals that have a high impact factor.Research frontiers and developmental trends were revealed by the analysis in this study,which can be used to forecast future research developments in NPs and taken as a reference to choose the right directions by subsequent researchers who wish to use these results.However,the grant support from administration or research institutions is still in need of improvement and the scope of research in NPs should be broadened in the future.

With the acceleration of global economic development and urbanization,industrial transformation and the outstanding ecological environment problems have made industrial heritage renewal receive more and more attention.In recent years,the related research conducted from the perspective of green buildings has also become one of the new hotspots.In this paper,CiteSpace software was used to make an econometric analysis of the related research in this field from 2004 to 2022 in CNKI database from the number of published papers,keyword clustering and emergentwords,and a knowledge chart was drawn.Besides,the development process,evolution trend and frontier hot spot of related research were sorted out and summarized.The results show that ① the green renewal of domestic industrial heritage has experienced three stages:embryonic stage,exploration stage and outbreak stage.②The research focuses on experience summary and project practice exploration.③The research hotspots are mainly distributed in the directions of protection strategy,evaluation system construction,green transformation technology,urban renewal,etc.,and the perspective tends to be diversified and presents the trend of multi-disciplinary intersection.The shortcomings of the research are as follows:industrial heritage research and green building research are relatively independent,and no systematic theoretical system of green transformation of industrial heritage has been formed;there is a lack of relatively comprehensive reconstruction evaluation guidelines,andevaluation models of green transformation of industrial heritage at different levels have not been established.

This study focuses on the experimental measurements of the heat transfer coefficient over a flat plate with a 30° leading edge. Under forced convection by a hot/cold air and flow over a cooled/heated flat plate, the thermal boundary layer and its thickness are quantitatively visualized and measured using a Mach-Zehnder interferometer. In addition, the variation in the local heat transfer coefficient is evaluated experimentally with respect to the air flow velocity and temperature. Differences within the heat transfer performance between the plates are confirmed and discussed. As a result, the average heat transfer performance is about the same for the heated plate and the cooled plate under all air velocity conditions. This contrasts with the theoretical prediction in the case of low air velocity, the reason considered was that the buoyancy at the 30° leading edge blocked air from flowing across the surface of the plate.

BACKGROUND Liver cirrhosis is the leading cause of liver-related mortality worldwide. It is currently a global health challenge.AIM This research intended to explore and analyse research trends and frontiers in this field during the last 10 years, providing new inspiration for clinical decisionmaking and scientific research.METHODS Publications on hepatic cirrhosis research were retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection on April 4, 2021. Bibliometric visualisation was conducted through VOSviewer and CiteSpace.RESULTS The analytic research was based on original articles and reviews. A total of 7775records of hepatic cirrhosis published from 2011 to 2020 were retrieved. In the past ten years, the number of related annual publications has increased significantly, especially in the United States and China. All publications were distributed among 109 countries. The United States contributed the most(21.95%)and was consistently the leading driving force, with a solid academic reputation in this area. The University of Barcelona distributed the most related articles(177articles) and was cited the most frequently. The Journal of Hepatology ranked third in the top 10journals, which has the highest impact factor(impact factor 2019 = 20.582). Jasmohan S. Bajaj was the most productive author(72 articles). Burst keywords(e.g., sofosbuvir, burden, care, sarcopenia,chronic liver failure, human gut microbiome, and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease) and a succession of reference citation bursts have provided clues about research frontiers in recent years.CONCLUSION This study identified developing trends in the evolution of liver cirrhosis to provide new inspiration for researchers.
