Today,*our cultural production is increasingly seized by small-screen representations that we call the phenomenon of duan shipin短视频(short-videos).1 Paola Voci’s China on Video:Small-Screen Realities(2010)is a comprehensivework done to analyze the emerging field of independent Chinese video-making practices,foreshadowing the coming of the age of short-videos.This phenomenon is marked by the formation of a new public space consisting of small screens such as“the DV camera,the computer monitor,cell phone display”(xx).Paola Voci approaches these diverse visual practices with an interdisciplinary method that covers“film,media,new media,media anthropology,visual arts,contemporaryChina area studies,and cultural studies”(xx).

摘要:
Here,the challenges of sample efficiency and navigation performance in deep rein-forcement learning for visual navigation are focused and a deep imitation reinforcement learning approach is proposed.Our contributions are mainly three folds:first,a frame-work combining imitation learning with deep reinforcement learning is presented,which enables a robot to learn a stable navigation policy faster in the target-driven navigation task.Second,the surrounding images is taken as the observation instead of sequential images,which can improve the navigation performance for more information.Moreover,a simple yet efficient template matching method is adopted to determine the stop action,making the system more practical.Simulation experiments in the AI-THOR environment show that the proposed approach outperforms previous end-to-end deep reinforcement learning approaches,which demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of our approach.

摘要:
Birds have acute vision and many remarkable visual cognition abilities,due to their unique living environment.The underlying neural mechanisms have also attracted interests of researchers in neuroscience.Here,we firstly summarize the visual cognition abilities of birds,and make a comparison with mammals.Secondly,the underlying neural mechanisms are presented,including histological structure of avian brain and visual pathways,typical experimental results and conclusions in electrochemistry and electrophysiology.The latter mainly focuses on several higher brain areas related to visual cognition,including mesopallium ventrolaterale,entopallium,visual Wulst,and nidopallium caudolaterale.Finally,we make a conclusion and provide a suggestion about future studies on revealing the neural mechanisms of avian visual cognition.This review presents a detailed understanding of avian visual cognition and would be helpful in ornithology studies in the field of cognitive neuroscience.

统计过程控制(SPC)是目前高端制造行业领域对产品质量实施动态监控的关键工具之一,为了提高产品质量,降低生产成本,本文以企业实际生产产品过程为背景路线,阐述了统计过程控制基本原理,开发了基于Visual Basic编程语言的SPC软件。该软件实现了产品信息的录入、原始数据计算处理、平均值-极差控制图的绘制,免去了复杂的数据计算和图形分析,最终提高产品合格品率及保证产品质量。

摘要:
区域碳排放轨迹预测与影响因素分析是把握有效减排路径、实现碳达峰目标的关键抓手。结合系统动力学(SD)的动态仿真优势与Visual Studio(VS)的智能分析优势,搭建了SD-VS集成模型,以能源活动、工业生产、林业活动、废弃物处置作为主要排放源,预测了四川省2020—2050年的碳排放趋势与达峰时间。研究结果表明:(1)碳达峰目标不能以牺牲社会经济发展为代价,节能减排工作离不开政府管控的“有形之手”;(2)低速优化发展子模式(ODM1)下管理部门积极投身碳减排工作并于2030年实现碳排放达峰,但经济社会发展薄弱可能导致土地、能源、劳动力等资源短缺。(3)低速低碳发展子模式(LCDM1)下达峰时间最早(2025年),累积碳排放量最小(737873万t)。(4)基准低碳发展子模式(LCDM2)在保持中等经济增速的同时稳步推进人口增长和城镇化进程,协同加快能源、产业低碳转型步伐,是实现2030年碳达峰目标的最优情景。

水文图形标准化要求较高,样式很多,包括断面图、水位流量关系线图,以及每月的水位过程、流量过程等图形。传统手工绘制节点较多,工作量大且容易出错,水文图线的自动绘制及图形存储是水文工作中的难点。本文利用Visual Basic编制界面友好、操作方便的图线自动绘制程序,将绘制图形的参数自动转换成AutoCAD中所需的坐标数据组和格式,在AutoCAD相应的模板中批量展点和识别,从而快速地绘制出水文各类图形,提高工作效率和准确率,实现水文绘图工作无纸化。

Photoacoustic(PA)imaging is a promising non-invasive and non-ionizing biomedical imaging modality that emerged in recent years.The articles presented in this special issue describe some of newest progress in this field.We are extremely grateful to all contributing authors.The first part of the issue covers new laser source devel-opment,including fiber lasers and laser diodes.The sec-ond part is dedicated to improving the image resolution through chronic cranial window techniques,virtual-point concept,fast polygon scanning,and Fabry Perot sensing.The third part shows the basic principles of photoacous-tic/ultrasound imaging and its applications.
