    • 摘要: 随着现代电子技术的发展,为了满足人们所追求的独具特色的显示效果,本文以STM32为核心,应用UC/GUI设计一种友好的人机交互界面系统.在分析STM32和GUI的基础上,介绍了GUI的移植过程和执行模块的运行方式.最后进行了系统调试,结果表明系统具有良好的人机交互效果.

    • 摘要: In order to realize flexible interface setting and high-precision timing control between multi-channel pulse lasers,a multi-channel timing control system was designed based on STM32 and FPGA.This paper mainly introduces the generation of multi-channel nanosecond timing signal based on FPGA and the design of touch panel interface based on ucGUI.The driver circuit was designed using high-speed optical isolation technology and high-speed switch circuit technology,which shortened the rise time of pulse outputs,improved delay precision,driver capability and anti-interference performance.The design ensures that each channel delay can be set with in the range from 5 ns to 10 ms ,with minimum step of 5 ns,and precision of the system delay time is less than 1 ns.%在激光等离子体机理的研究中,为实现灵活的界面配置和多路脉冲激光器高精度的时序延时,设计了一种基于微控制器 STM32和 FPGA 的多路时序延时控制系统。重点介绍了基于 FPGA 的多路 ns 级时序信号和基于 ucGUI 的触摸屏界面的设计。另外,采用高速光电隔离技术和高速 FET 开关电路技术,对驱动电路进行了设计,缩短了输出脉冲上升沿的时间,提高了系统延时精度、驱动能力和抗干扰性能。测试结果表明,该设计每路延时可调,调节范围为5 ns~10 ms,最小可调步进为5 ns,延时误差小于1 ns。

    • 摘要: 为了扩展 STM32系统中 OLED 显示处理功能、提高处理效率,给出了 uC /GUI 实现 OLED 最小显示系统的移植方法。并根据 OLED 显示器的特性,提出了新的程序结构,设计了快速判决算法,对关键代码进行了优化,在 uC /GUI 下实现了高效的 OLED显示处理。实际测试数据分析证明,所设计的算法不仅降低了处理复杂度,还使显示处理速度成倍提高。%To expand the functions of OLED display and processing in STM32 system and to improve processing efficiency,we presented the transplant approach for OLED minimum display system implemented with uC /GUI.According to the features of OLED monitor we pro-posed new program structure,designed the fast discrimination algorithm,and optimised the key codes.The efficient OLED display and pro-cessing under uC /GUI is then implemented.It is proved by actual test data analysis that the designed algorithm decreases the complexity of processing and doubles the display and processing speed as well.

    • 摘要: 针对当前并纱机控制器中存在的操作不便,数据存储管理功能不够完善等弊端,设计了一种基于LPC1788微控制器的并纱机总控制器。该总控制器采用uC/GUI图形支持系统设计完整的用户界面,利用触摸屏进行交互,系统设置与生产数据以文件的形式存放在Micro SD卡中,实现高效的数据管理。同时基于文件系统的IAP编程可以实现系统升级,采用RS-485通信完成数据与指令的可靠传输,通过变频器频率控制电路实现变频调速,控制并纱过程中的走纱速度。实际应用表明,该系统界面友好,操作便捷,运行稳定可靠。%Aimed at tackling the problems identified with data storage management functions in the current doubling winders, a master controller based on LPC1788 is designed, in which uC/GUI is designed for the whole user interfaces. The touch screen is adopted for user-machine interaction, Micro SD card to save system setting, production data as files to implement efficient data management, and file system based IAP programming to realize the system upgrading. RS-485 communication is adopted to guarantee the reliable transmission of data and instructions. With frequency control circuit, the control of inverter and yarn speed are realized. Application results show that the system has a friendly interface, easy operating system and stable running.

    • 摘要: 文章设计并实现了一种针对FLASH、EEROM等存储器进行数据更新的高速通用编程器.该编程器是一个以STM32为核心,能对24、25等系列的存储器完成数据写入、读出等操作的嵌入式系统.系统具备USB连接PC机的联机操作模式和基于UCGUI的脱机操作模式.它可以控制接口电压以适用更多的芯片,与当前常见编程器进行性能比较,其具有更好的兼容性、更快的操作速度和更高的数据正确率.

    • 摘要: 为满足航电产品对显示控制系统的个性需求,本项目以STM32F4微控制器为核心,搭载了实时要求高、启动速度快、内核精简的UC/OS操作系统,集成了通用性、可移植性强的UC/GUI图形系统,完成了一种专用显示控制系统方案设计。文章阐述了系统平台的软硬件架构,介绍了各模块接口的特点,并通过自主编写的某航电设备应用程序,验证了系统平台的可行性,测试结果表明,该系统启动速度快,显示稳定,性能可靠,实用性强。%In order to meet the individual needs of display control system in the avionics products, we designed a special platform which use the stm32f4 micro controller as the core, equipped with UC/OS operating system that is high real-time, fast boot, streamline kernel, integrated the universal and transplantable UC/GUI graphics system. This paper introduced the software and hardware architecture, and the characteristics of each module interface. Through the special application of avionics equipment, the feasibility of the system be veriifed. The test results show that the system has fast starting speed, stable and reliable performance and strong practicability.

    • 摘要: In this design,STM32 series microprocessor is taken as the controller,uCGUI for graphical interface design and cyclic shift algorithm for making the black⁃and⁃white image meet the TFT⁃EFD(Electro⁃ Fluidic Display)data format to realize static EFD image data transmission. It can transmit various static EFD images according to the practical requirement. If needs later on,it can be upgraded to transmit data flow to support the dynamic display.%在此计以STM32系列处理器作为控制器,利用uCGUI进行图形界面设计,利用循环移位算法将黑白图像定制成符合TFT⁃EFD显示的数据格式,实现了静态EFD图像的数据传输,可以根据实际要求传输不同静态EFD图像,后期如果需要可以升级成传输数据流来支持动态显示。

    • 摘要: This paper takes the STM32F103VET6 as the main control chip,meanwhile,transplants the μC/OS-ⅡOperation system and μCGUI embedded graphical system on it. GPIO is used to produce the timing drive of linear CCD ,to acquisite, converse,process the output signal of the CCD sensor,display the relevant data on TFT touch screen. The system software is developed on uVersion4 to realize a convenient and efficient CCD embedded data acquisition system with stable timing drive.%采用STM32F103VET6作为主控芯片,在该芯片上移植μC/OS-Ⅱ和uCGUI操作及嵌入式图形系统,通过编程控制IO口产生线阵CCD驱动时序,同时采集转换处理CCD传感器的输出信号并显示在触控液晶显示器上,使用uVersion4进行系统软件开发,实现了一个驱动时序稳定、便捷高效的移动嵌入式线阵CCD图像采集系统。

Sometimes it is necessary to change the data in memory for product upgrade and maintenance. This article designs an embedded system which utilizes the STM32 as the MCU and provides reading and writing functionalities among the memorizers such as 24 and 25 series .This system can run in two models including connecting the PC with USB and working offline based on UCGUI. Interface voltage can be controlled to fit more chips. This system achieves excellent operating speed and high accuracy of the data writing at the same time.

    • 摘要: 针对传统路基压实度测量设备存在操作复杂、破坏性检测和测量时间长的缺点,研制了一种由STM32单片机控制的操作简单、对路基无损伤且快速测量压实度的测量装置.该装置通过图形操作界面触摸选择不同的路基,单片机控制电机带动落锤提升到固定位置作自由落体运动,落锤产生固定冲击力将导杆打入地下,同时超声波模块采用时差法测量导杆下降的位移量,经单片机将位移量转换为压实度并传输给LCD显示.测试结果表明,该装置实现了对不同路基压实度的测量,平均误差为0.54.
