摘要： The spatial consciousness of the ancients is reflected in the character formation,structure,and writing of the oracle bones.Piaget‟s genetic epistemology,Merleau-Ponty‟s philosophy of body,and cognitive linguistics suggest that human spatial awareness is derived from the formation of a spatial awareness of the body,and evidence for this can be found in the body-related characters in the oracle bones.As a combination of symbols and images,the oracle bones are themselves a spatial metaphor that can compensate for the lack of symbolic language and serve as a reference for the aesthetic language advocated by Adorno.

摘要： Intra-body communication(IBC)is a signal transmission technology which uses the human body as a transmission medium for electrical signals.It is also known as human body communication(HBC)or body-coupled communication(BCC).Compared with the other communication technologies,IBC has the advantages of high data security and privacy,low power consumption and high data transmission rates,etc.Moreover,the safety of this technology can also be guaranteed,as it has been included in the IEEE 802.15.6 standard.IBC provides a novel short-range communication technology for the data communication among wearable electronic devices,implanted biomedical electronic devices,and electronic devices embedded into environment,and has potential application in wireless body area networks(WBAN),personal area network(PAN),biomedical monitoring system,and other related fields.

摘要： Body condition of suckler cows at the time of calving has an important effect on calving ease and mortality of calves.In the last eight weeks before calving the body condition should be reduced or at least not increased.Rations with a higher amount of crude fibre can be used(rations with straw or late mowed grass silage(GS))to control the body condition score.Eight suckler cows(Charolais)were feeding a total mixed ration(TMR)in the last eight weeks before calving and GS after calving.By the addition of straw(30%in TMR1 vs 60%in TMR2 of dry matter)was varied the amount of crude fibre in the TMR(GS,straw,mineral)before calving.In the period after calving were GS feeding.Last measurement took place on the pasture(PS).Rumen fluid,plasma,body weight and back fat thickness were collected.Rumen fluid pH was assessed immediately after collection using an electronic pH meter.Volatile fatty acids(VFA),sedimentation,methylene-blue and amount of infusorians were measured.From four key figures an“index of rumen fermentation”(IRF)in the rumen was formed.Statistical analysis took place with analysis of variance(ANOVA)with fixed effects of treatment(TMR1,TMR2,GS and PS)and number of lactations(3-7 lactations)using SPSS Version 25.0 for Windows.Rumen fluid pH had significant differences between variants(TMR1 by 6.6,TMR2 by 6.9,GS by 6.6 and PS by 6.9),but was not affected by other effects.The IRF showed a disturbed fermentation in the rumen by feeding the TMR 1+2 with high amount of crude fibre(score:>10.0 points)and a very good situation for fermentation during grazing the PS(score:6.9 points).The long-term use of crude fibre-rich rations in the period before calving may cause deviations from undisturbed fermentation in the rumen and adversely affect the utilization of the feed in the rumen.

摘要： BACKGROUND Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is one of the most common chronic diseases in the world.Nowadays,the percentage of non-obese or lean patients with NAFLD is increasing.NAFLD in non-obese populations,especially the lean subgroup with a normal waist circumference(WC),might lead to more problems than obese individuals,as these individuals may not visit clinics for NAFLD diagnosis or ignore the diagnosis of NAFLD.If the precise characteristics of these populations,especially the lean subgroup,are identified,the clinicians would be able to provide more appropriate advice and treatment to these populations.AIM To investigate the prevalence,clinical characteristics,risk factors,and possible indicators for NAFLD in lean Chinese adults with a normal WC.METHODS People without diabetes mellitus or significant alcohol consumption who underwent routine health examinations were included.Their fatty liver index(FLI),abdominal ultrasonography results,and controlled attenuation parameter were all assessed.Genotyping for single-nucleotide polymorphisms associated with NAFLD was performed in another small group consisting of biopsy-proven NAFLD subjects and healthy controls.RESULTS A total of 2715 subjects who underwent routine health examinations were included in the study.Among 810 lean participants with a normal WC,142(17.5%)fulfilled the diagnostic criteria for NAFLD.Waist-height ratio,hemoglobin,platelets,and triglycerides were significant factors associated with the presence of NAFLD in these participants.The appropriate cut-off value of the FLI score in screening for NAFLD in the lean subjects with a normal WC was 25.15,which had a 77.8%sensitivity and 75.9%specificity.There was no significant difference in the single-nucleotide polymorphisms in the SIRT1,APOC3,PNPLA3,AGTR1,and PPARGC1A genes between lean subjects with and without NAFLD(P<0.05).CONCLUSION NAFLD is not uncommon in lean Chinese adults even with a normal WC.Metabolic factors,rather than genetic factors,may play important roles in the development of NAFLD in this population.A lower cut-off value of the FLI score in screening for NAFLD should be used for lean Chinese adults with a normal WC.
