摘要： On December 11,2001,China officially joined the World Trade Organization(WTO)as the 143rd member state.Over the last 20 years,China’s exports have increased by 870 percent and imports by 740 percent.It has become the world’s second largest economy with trade in goods rising from the 6th to 1st place,trade in services rising from 11th to 2nd,and foreign direct investment rising from 26th to 1st place,the highest increases among developing countries.

摘要： The Sah-Stiglitz "Economics of Price Scissors" model，concerning the political economy of price scissors，formulates the optimal terms of trade against peasants. In the present paper，by extending this model to an open economy and allowing agricultural rationing，we first check if the model stands up to China's data and，if so，we estimate its key structural parameters. Using province-level panel data from 1949-1992，we find that the importance of peasants in the government's objective function is less than the importance of workers. In addition，the importance of consumption is also less than that of investment. Such findings are consistent the reality in China.

摘要： 本发明公开一种能有效解决Trade‑off效应的超滤膜的制备方法及其产品。高分子膜的Trade‑off效应已经成为提高渗透蒸发等膜分离过程应用效率的主要障碍。本发明通过简单的拉伸回复导致选择层起皱的方法，在多孔聚乳酸薄膜上复合碳管膜，然后通过热压的方式，增强它们的相互作用力，通过选择层与基体层的模量不匹配制备得到具有褶皱的复合薄膜。超滤复合膜与原始不起皱膜相比，接触面积有所增大，从而大大改善了复合膜的水通量，使水通量得到极大的提升的同时，保留了对油包水乳液较好的截留率。
