    • 摘要: Objective:To systematically evaluate the therapeutic effect of TCM on cardiotoxicity induced by anthracycline chemotherapy to provide clinical guidance.Methods:China hownet database(CNKI),Chinese biomedical literature retrieval(SinoMed),ten thousand Data knowledge service system(WanFang Data),VIP full-text database(VIP),PubMed,MedLine and the cochrane library were searched from inception to 1st,December,2020.Relevant combined TCM and Western medicine on cardiotoxicity randomized controlled trials(RCTs)were collected.The risk of bias in included RCTs were evaluated according to the Cochrane Handbook.The required indicators were extracted and included in RevMan5.4 analysis.Results:A total of 2844 patients were included in 37 RCTs.The results of meta-analysis showed that compared with the control group,TCM treatment group could alleviate the effect of anthracycline on ventricular ejection function,reduce the effect of anthracycline chemotherapy drugs in lowering left ventricular ejection fraction(WMD=6.44,95%CI 0.38 to 12.50,P=0.04),reduce the effect of anthracycline chemotherapy in increasing left ventricular end diastolic diameter(WMD=-0.59,95%CI-0.74 to-0.44,P<0.00001),reduce the effect of anthracycline chemotherapy drugs in increasing left ventricular end systolic diameter(WMD=-0.47,95%CI-0.60 to-0.34,P<0.00001),and reduce the effect of anthracyclines on troponin I(WMD=-0.19,95%CI-0.23 to-0.16,P<0.00001),troponin T(WMD=-0.02,95%CI-0.03 to-0.01,P<0.00001)and brain natriuretic peptide(WMD=-32.21,95%CI-58.21 to-6.22,P=0.02).Conclusion:The existing evidence can prove that TCM has a protective effect on cardiotoxicity caused by anthracycline chemotherapy,maintaining left ventricular ejection fraction and ventricular diameter,controlling the level of myocardial injury markers,and alleviating cardiac injury.

    • 摘要: 为增强电力控制保护设备的安全性,设计了一种安全增强机制。基于TCM芯片以及可信技术,实现了安全启动、进程白名单、可信进程及安全更新功能,覆盖了电力控制保护设备的启动、运行、升级环节。实验表明该机制切实有效,能提升电力控制保护设备的安全防护能力。

    • 摘要: This paper reviews the main progress of research on acupuncture.The annual acupuncture research review includes reports on clinical and basic research on acupuncture published in 2021.From the perspective of literature types,most of them are clinical studies or systematic review,and high-quality basic studies can also be seen.Acupuncture in the treatment of cancer diseases,cardio-cerebrovascular disease,endocrine disease,digestive system diseases,inflammatory diseases and COVID-19 has certain advantages.Most clinical studies or systematic reviews show that acupuncture has played a positive role in treating many diseases,and it provides a valuable basis for further in-depth study of the clinical value of acupuncture and mechanism.The quality and innovation of acupuncture and moxibustion research are gradually improving.Researchers not only pay attention to standardized acupuncture and moxibustion treatment research,but also continue to explore new diseases,new mechanisms,and new methods.High-quality clinical studies with guiding significance have laid a solid research foundation for the international promotion of acupuncture.In terms of basic research,there are also high-quality animal experiments published in the international top biology journal Nature,which have been highly accepted internationally and increasingly recognized by international experts.Acupuncture is a very promising treatment.

    • 摘要: 审计部门在对内部各单位进行审计工作前,需要对各类材料进行搜集整理作为审计依据,包括互联网公开数据和单位内部涉密数据。在搜集单位内部涉密数据时通常需要加密介质传输或审计人员直接到现场进行工作。本文提出一种以国产TCM芯片加密,边云协同为基础的采集架构。该架构能够同时采集互联网公开数据和单位内部涉密数据,通过固化于硬件内部的TCM芯片进行加密,保证只有指定机器能够阅览涉密材料。基于国产TCM芯片加密的审计数据边云协同采集架构能够实现涉密数据的跨网络传输。据审计用户使用反馈,以涉密数据使用加密介质传输为对比场景,在采用协同采集架构后能够实现在本地快速进入审计工作,数据获取效率平均提升30%,非异地审计工作时间减少3天~4天,有效提升了审计工作效率。

    • 摘要: Psoriasis is a chronic,non-communicable,painful,disfiguring and disabling disease for which there is no cure,with great negative impact on patients’quality of life(QoL).Diagnosis and treatment with traditional Chinese medical technique based on syndrome differentiation has been used in practice for a long time and proven effective,though,up to now,there are only a few available studies about the use of semantic technologies and the knowledge systems that use Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)-syndrome differentiation for information retrieval and automated reasoning.In this paper we use semantic techniques based on ontologies to develop a prototypical system for the diagnosis of Psoriasis.For this purpose,a domain ontology is developed for syndrome differentiation of psoriasis vulgaris(PV).This ontology is founded on an adapted version of the general formal ontology(GFO),with the evidence-based clinical practice guideline of TCM for psoriasis vulgaris(Guideline 2013)as the primary data sources.The implemented prototype,called ONTOPV,contains this domain ontology and is aimed at a decision support system for diagnosis and treatment of PV.This system uses a case-database for Case Based Reasoning(CBR),combined with fuzzy pattern recognition.Experimental results show that the ONTOPV realizes the basic functionalities of data collection,querying,browsing and navigation,and supports rule-based knowledge reasoning,and integrates fuzzy pattern recognition.It can provide users with clinical decision support for TCM syndrome differentiation in diagnosis of psoriasis.

    • 摘要: Syndrome differentiation is the characteristic and soul of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), which has certain advantages in the treatment of hyperthyroidism. TCM mainly divides its syndrome differentiation into four types: exuberant liver fire type, yin deficiency and fire exuberant type, qi-yin deficiency type and phlegm stagnation type. This paper summarizes the treatment of hyperthyroidism by TCM syndrome differentiation, in order to provide some reference for the treatment of this disease.

    • 摘要: 针对传统网络异常检测技术难以有效处理大数据背景下的海量异常数据的问题,研究提出以改进二分K-means算法来构建正常行为特征训练集模型,然后结合直推信度机制(Transductive Confidence Machine, TCM)、K-近邻(K-Nearest Neighbor, KNN)算法设计出适应于该正常行为模型的网络异常检测算法ITCM-KNN。研究结果表明,ITCM-KNN算法的检测率相较传统检测算法Cluster平均提高8.37%,误报率平均下降2.14%,由此说明ITCM-KNN算法能较好地应用于大数据环境下的网络异常检测,为未来进一步提升网络安全性提供新的参考路径。

    • 摘要: 流星余迹通信信道具有短时突发传输的特点,为了在有限的传输时间内尽可能多的传输有用信息,达到提高传输速率及改善系统可通量的目的,提出了一种适用于流余通信系统的网格编码调制(TCM)技术;将8 PSK恒包络调制方式与TCM相结合以充分利用系统的发射功率;为了降低TCM算法的误码率,将传统TCM中的卷积编码替换为Turbo码,形成了TTCM-8PSK算法;通过选取性能优异的交织参数与码长进一步改善误码性能;在译码时对迭代的外部信息和分支转移概率进行加权处理,降低算法的复杂度;仿真结果表明:与常用的RS编码及BPSK/QPSK调制方式相比,TTCM-8PSK算法不仅使流余通信系统的可通量得到了提升,而且提高了传输可靠性,为下一代流余通信系统研制提供了理论基础。

    • 摘要: This paper reviews the discovery of artemisinin,an antimalarial compound from an herbal plant that was awarded the Nobel Prize.The recognition has brought traditional Chinese medicine and science closer but traditional Chinese medicine therapeutics are still poorly understood.The deployment of traditional Chinese medicine drugs with the support of medical science has contained the COVID-19 pandemic in China.But the success has not resulted in a global effort to study the Chinese therapies as the pandemic continues to rage across the Western world.The paper aims to draw more science into“Qi”and traditional Chinese medicine,and promote the scientific investigation of the functional efficacy of Chinese medicine and its treasure trove of materia medica.All these point to the imperative to update and consolidate traditional Chinese medicine diagnostics and therapeutics with medical science and technology to unlock traditional Chinese medicine’s potential.
