摘要:
为提高锥形建筑太阳能的收集和利用,提出一种采用瞬时辐射量建立的太阳电池板动态数学模型.按月引入日照系数,通过对太阳电池板上瞬时辐射量的连续积分获得计算周期内的太阳辐射总量.以锥形建筑较多的内蒙古二连浩特地区为例,计算不同坡度圆锥面上太阳电池板不同覆盖面积的太阳辐射量,并以0.1°为坡度增长步长,计算圆锥面上太阳电池板不同覆盖面积的最佳坡度角.仿真计算表明,覆盖面积越大,则最佳坡度角越小、太阳能利用率越低.%To improve the efficiency of solar energy collection and utilizing,a dynamic mathematical model of PV panels position was proposed.To improve calculation accuracy,solar radiation coefficient of sunlight by month was introduced.The solar radiation could be obtained by continuous integration of instantaneous radiation on a PV panel in a computation period.Take the example of Erenhot in Inner Mongolia with big number of cone-shaped building.The quantities of solar radiations on PV panels with different slope angels of cone surface and different areas of coverage are calculated.The optimum slope angles of PV panels with different areas of coverage on cone surface were also calculated by taking the gradient step of 0.1°.The results of emulation showed that the bigger areas of coverage and the smaller optimum slope angle,the lower utilization rate of solar energy.

太阳电池板热真空试验以电池板表面温度作为判据进行控温.当对升温速率提出限制要求时,通常会在首次升温过程中出现电池板输出电流超限的情况.文章提出了一种电池板温度控制方法与技巧,通过分析、比对历史试验中不同温度的平衡电流得出换算关系,从而实现对首个高温工况的高限电流进行准确预判,在满足升温速率的前提要求下,显著降低了首个高温工况电池板输出电流超限的情况发生.

为有效解决太阳电池板表面灰尘清理问题,设计一种太阳电池板智能除尘器,采用丝杆作为传动机构,稳定可靠.清洁刷由毛刷和滚刷组成,采用左右来回清洁方式,经济节能.该装置可实现智能化除尘,能够有效清理太阳电池板的灰尘,提高电池板的发电效率.理论分析太阳电池输出功率、太阳光照度、灰尘沉积等参量的关系式.计算结果表明:太阳电池最大输出功率和发电系数随着灰尘沉积增加而降低.%In order to clean up effectively the dust on the surface of PV modules,an intelligent dust collector was designed.Screw rod is used as a transmission gear and can operate stably and reliably.Cleaning brush is consisted of hairbrush and rolling brush.The around back and forth cleaning method is employed in this device,which is economic and energy-efficient.The intelligent device can effectively clean the dust on the surface of PV module.Then the power generation efficiency of PV modules can be effectively improved.At the same time,the theoretical relationship between the output power of solar PV module,solar illumination,dust deposition and other parameters is analyzed.The calculation results show that the maximum output power and the power generation coefficient decrease with the increase of dust deposition.

严重的环境问题使得绿色能源的应用得到广泛关注,而太阳能发电又成为其中研究和应用的重点.在京津冀地区,雾霾、灰尘严重影响着光伏电站的发电效率.在研究京津冀地区灰尘成分、形状粒径的基础上,形成了针对该地区的灰尘清洁方法与发电效率之间的处理方案,并在该方案的基础上,利用单片机及相应的机械设备提出了一种自适应性太阳电池板清洁装置.%The green energy has been widely used due to the serious environmental problems,and solar power has become one of the research and application focus.In the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,haze and dust,have seriously affected the power generation efficiency of photovoltaic power plants.Based on the research of the dust composition and shape particle size in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area,the treatment scheme between the dust cleaning method and power generation efficiency was formed.On the basis of the scheme,an adaptive solar panel cleaning device was proposed by using single chip microcomputer and corresponding mechanical equipment.

In order to reasonably design the battery and solar panel array of solar power supply system,a multi-objective optimization design method considering the array economy and supply reliability was proposed.Based on the battery charge and discharge characteristics and the solar panel power generation characteristics,combined with the load demand and the cost of batteries and solar panels,with the battery temperature correction factor,discharging depth,charging efficiency,solar radiation level and ramp correction factor,considered the two longest continuous rainy days and the shortest interval days,the arrays total price to evaluate the arrays economy and the potential failure probability to evaluate the arrays power supply reliability were proposed;the arrays comprehensive coefficient to evaluate array economy and power supply reliability was further proposed;the optimum design scheme of the battery and solar panel was determined.%为合理设计太阳能供电系统的蓄电池和太阳电池板阵列,提出一种综合考虑阵列经济性及供电可靠性的多目标优化设计方法.基于蓄电池充放电特性和太阳电池板发电特性,结合负载供电需求和蓄电池及太阳电池板成本,利用蓄电池温度修正系数、放电深度、充电效率和太阳能日辐射量及斜面修正系数,综合考虑两次最长连续阴雨天数及其最短间隔天数等,提出了评价阵列经济性的阵列总价和评价阵列供电可靠性的潜在故障概率,并进一步提出了综合评价阵列经济性和供电可靠性的阵列综合系数,从而确定经济可靠综合性能最优的蓄电池和太阳电池板阵列设计方案.

为提高光伏一体化建筑太阳能的利用率,提出一种求瞬时太阳辐射能的数学模型,并通过对其积分获得太阳电池板年聚光量的计算方法.为修正误差,引入月平均日照系数.以建筑物光伏一体化国家重点试点地区为例,计算了太阳电池板的最佳坡度角及四种典型安装方式下的年聚光量和聚光增益.结果表明,与南立面安装的太阳电池板相比,最佳坡度角、纬度角和平顶安装的太阳电池板年均聚光增益分别为64.54%、64.45%、45.94%.%To improve the usage ratio of solar energy on building integrated photovoltaics,a calculation method was proposed to obtain instantaneous solar radiation energy and it was integrated to acquire the annual collection energy of PV panels.The monthly average sunshine coefficient was introduced to correct the deviation.With the example of the photovoltaic experimental area,the optimum slope angle of PV panels was calculated;the annual collection energy and energy gain in four typical installation modes were obtained.The result shows that compared with the south elevated installation,the annual energy gain of PV panels installed at the optimum slope angle,optimum latitude angle and level angle are 64.54%,64.45% and 45.94%.

摘要:
针对铺设在偏远地区长输埋地油气管道阴极保护装置供电难的问题,研究了太阳能对铅蓄电池的充电机制及管道保护的相关原理,设计了太阳电池板充放电控制自主供能系统.测试结果表明,该系统对太阳电池板能量利用效率高,逆变输出带载波形稳定、无失真,达220 V±6%,可自主识别管地电位以切换管道阴极保护装置(恒电位仪等)至休眠或工作状态,有效避免该区域管道承受杂散电流腐蚀风险.

摘要:
采用有限元法分析交变载荷下太阳电池热应力分布及演变规律是一种有效的方法,可为太阳电池板寿命预测及性能评估提供有效参考.本文是运用基于ANSYS的有限元法对某种结构的太阳电池在多种工况下的温度场、应力场进行了数值模拟,通过各种情况下结果的对比阐释了太阳电池的环境、结构以及其他外部条件对太阳电池温度场应力场的影响,根据这些结果提出了一些太阳电池优化的建议,希望对以后太阳电池的发展有所借鉴.
