摘要：
试验采用不同品系大约克与滇陆猪杂交,研究其后代生长性能、胴体品质.选用30头3~4胎滇陆猪母猪,按耳号采用随机抓阄的方式分为3个组,每组10头,分别采用美系大约克、瑞典系大约克和滇陆种公猪精液与对应组别的滇陆母猪进行配种. 随机选择每组母猪所产8头仔猪进行饲养试验.当体重达110 kg时屠宰,测定胴体品质和肉质.结果表明,生长肥育全期,与纯种滇陆猪相比,美系大约克×滇陆猪、瑞典系大约克×滇陆猪日增重分别显著提高8.65%、5.34%;日采食量分别降低4.54%、6.70%,但差异不显著(P>0.05);料重比分别降低7.54%、6.70%,但差异不显著(P>0.05). 胴体品质测定表明,与纯种滇陆猪相比,美系大约克×滇陆猪、瑞典系大约克×滇陆猪背膘厚差异极显著(P0.05);瘦肉率差异极显著(P0.05),the rate of feed and weight were reduced 7.54% and 6.70%,respectively,but have no significant difference (P>0.05),compared with the pure Dian Lu.The results of carcass quality showed that the carcass quality of U.S. Yorkshire×Dian Lu Pig and Sweden Yorkshire×Dian Lu Pig groups were reduced 29.56%, 22.99%and have the significantly difference to the pure Dian Lu.The fat rate were reduced 27.20%and 26.31%respectively and the difference were significant (P0.05),the lean rate were increased 23.48% and 24.01%,and there were extremely significant difference (P<0.01),the eye muscle area increased 38.31%and 39.80%and had the extremely significant difference(P<0.01).The experiment showed that using the foreign excellent breeding U.S. and Sweden Yorkshire to develop and cultivate the national grade Dian Lu Pig breeds,which can improve the body shape,growth performance and carcass quality.
