摘要:
The COVID-19 has made a significant contribution to the reform and growth of online education.It has also exposed many problems that need to be improved.This research studies challenges in online college English learning from three aspects:students,teachers,and platforms,and then puts forward strategies to optimize online English teaching.The research suggests that student’s interest and initiative in studying should be brought to the full play;teachers'information literacy and competency should be enhanced and the combination of platforms should be smartly chosen and applied.

1.The object-to-human transmission route of SARS-CoV-2 At the time of writing,coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),which is caused by the severe acute respiratory syndrome coron-avirus 2(SARS-CoV-2),has been a global pandemic for more than a year.As of 22 September 2021,the global cumulative incidence exceeds 229 million cases,and the number of deaths has exceeded 4.75 million[1].The current situation of epidemic prevention and control within the countries around the world can be roughly divided into two stages:the pandemic stage that the United States,the United Kingdom,and India are still experiencing(as of 23 September 2021,newly reported cases in the last 24 h in the United States,United Kingdom,and India are 202840,31095,and 26964,respectively[1]);and the normalized epidemic pre-vention and control stage that countries such as China and New Zealand are currently in.

Objective To study the influence of national drug centralized procurement policy on pharmaceutical enterprises manufacturing generic drugs and original drugs,so as to provide a reference for them to make different strategic choices.Methods Through the literature research on the related policies and the bidding data,the national drug centralized policies were studied systematically.Combined with the bid-winning price and price reduction range of the winning enterprises in the three rounds of centralized procurement,their difficulties,strategic choices and the winning factors were investigated.Besides,a model was established to clarify the optimal price of enterprises in the process of drug procurement.Results and Conclusion The strategic choices of enterprises in participating national drug centralized procurement are influenced by many factors such as the market share of the original varieties,active pharmaceutical ingredients(APIs)and cost.Therefore,corresponding strategies should be formulated according to the characteristics and interests of enterprises.

In recent years,with the reform of the educational system and the introduction of new curriculum standards,the teaching quality of physical education in middle schools has greatly improved.The education industry in China is now in a phase of high-quality development.In order to further enhance the effect of middle school physical education,it is necessary to strengthen the discussion on teaching strategies.Taking this as the starting point,this paper summarizes the importance of middle school physical education under the background of the new curriculum,analyzes the current teaching situation,and on this basis,proposes several strategies to enhance the teaching effect from three aspects:core literacy,student subject,and information technology.

In foreign language teaching,Chinese cultural education is a very important course content.Especially in the context of the current comprehensive implementation of quality education and education reforms,special attention should be paid to infiltrating Chinese culture into foreign language teaching,comprehensively improving students’own development capabilities,helping colleges and universities cultivate talents and enhancing students’sense of patriotism.In this regard,this article explores the reasons for the lack of Chinese culture in foreign language teaching in colleges and universities.Analyze the current teaching situation of Chinese culture in foreign language teaching.The corresponding restructuring strategy is put forward,in order to continuously improve the patriotism of foreign language students in colleges and universities,and put forward certain reference opinions for integrating Chinese culture into foreign language teaching.

Entrepreneurial learning involves all kinds of learning activities carried out by enterprises in the process of development.It helps entrepreneurs,as the backbone of enterprises,master key entrepreneurial knowledge and solve practical problems encountered in entrepreneurship.It runs through the whole process of entrepreneurial activities.According to research,through entrepreneurial learning,start-ups can improve entrepreneurial opportunities,entrepreneurial dynamics,and other development potentials;additionally,it helps enterprises better grasp and make full use of opportunities,so as to promote business model innovation and enterprise development.In view of this,this paper focuses on the impact of entrepreneurial learning on the business model innovation of startups,expounds the connotation of entrepreneurial learning,analyzes the impact of entrepreneurial learning on the business model innovation of startups,and proposes strategies on how to promote the business model innovation of startups through entrepreneurial learning based on practice,so as to achieve a breakthrough in the bottleneck of development and provide reference for the innovation and development of more startups.

摘要:
Environmental stewardship is one of the main indicators of corporate performance and reputation among investors today. However, historical operational practices and accidents have created significant environmental liabilities in the industrial sector, and now require significant investments for appropriate management and resolution. A strategic approach is imperative to assure that company’s financial resources are effectively allocated, and shareholders’ interests are protected. In addition, these liabilities must be appropriately and continuously reported, which require the use of robust forecasting techniques such as Monte Carlo Simulation. The present study results demonstrate that under an optimized strategic approach, liability management costs may be reduced in approximately 50%. In addition, the financial forecast under the selected approach may support appropriate reporting of company’s liabilities.
