    • 摘要: 利用单片机STM32F407VGT6作为主控芯片,实现对各路电压电流的检测,对多路电压信号的检测通过利用多路开关的形式实现,将不同电压、电流电路检测信号调理之后送入单片机的A/D转换单元进行数据采集判断,对电力计量装置电压状态作出判断.同时,为了实现系统远程监控,设计了远程监测系统,利用DP83848芯片实现数据以太网通信,将数据传输到远程查看,对所检测的电力计量装置进行电压状态实时判断.针对设计的检测系统进行了实际应用验证,实验结果表明,设计的系统检测准确率可以达到100%,满足现场实际应用功能需求.

    • 摘要: 针对单体电压不均衡或异常导致串联超级电容器寿命降低、可靠性下降等问题,提出一种基于多路开关的串联超级电容器均压控制方法.该方法引入多路开关器件,通过检测各电容器单体端电压,利用充放电均压控制单元来判断单体是否异常或故障,并自动控制多路开关的导通与关断来实现对各单体的均压控制.分析了系统主要电路结构及其工作原理,进行了开关器件参数设计,仿真及实验结果表明该方法在不影响其他单体充放电效果前提下,可剔除故障单体且实现充放电均压控制.

    • 摘要: 机械零件的工作温度能反映零件润滑与载荷情况等重要信息.针对现有温度监测系统难以应用在轴承、电机等关键部件上的问题,提出将多路温度采集系统应用于现有润滑系统中,利用PT100将温度信号采集后转化为电压信号,经过测量放大器放大,然后传输至单片机,并利用多路开关,实现对多个监测点温度的巡回检测与显示,进而为润滑系统中判断润滑泵的执行与否提供了现场信息.%The working temperature of the mechanical parts can reflect the important information such as lubrication and load of the parts. According to the problem that the existing temperature monitoring system could not be used in key parts such as bearings and motors,the application of multi-channel temperature acquisition system in the existing lubrication system was present. The temperature signal was collected and converted into voltage signal by using PT100,then it was amplified by the amplifier and then transmitted to the single chip microcomputer. And multi switch was used to achieve the temperature circuit detection and display of a number of monito-ring points. It provides information for lubrication system to determine the performance of the lubrication pump.

    • 摘要: 针对机载系统多通道模拟量采集处理的要求,研究了基于FPGA的多通道模拟量采集电路的设计.介绍了针对模拟量采集的前端信号调理电路的设计,包括滤波电路和双向限幅电路等.同时研究了利用FPGA控制多级多路模拟开关,通过轮转和多次测量等方法实现模拟信号到数字信号的高精度转换和记录,分析了设计电路的特性,包括高精度、高可靠性和多通道数等优点.最后经过实验测试,系统能够很好地实现多通道模拟量采集的需求,同时具有很高的转换精度.%In allusion to the requirement of multi-channel analog acquisition for airborne system,this pa-per proposes a circuit of multi-channel analog acquisition.A front-end signal conditioning circuit was de-signed for the analog acquisition,including filter circuit and the bipolar diode limiter circuit.Multistage multiplex switches control method with multiple measurements and polling way using FPGA is proposed to realize the conversion and record of analog signal to digital signal.Theoretical analysis shows that the pro-posed circuit has the advantages in acquisition precision,reliability and the multi-channel ability.Experi-mental results show that the system can meet the requirement of multi-channel analog acquisition well and has high conversion accuracy.

    • 摘要: 采用CC1101设计了一套能够控制多路家用电器的无线遥控开关.该设计采用433 MHz稳频无线电遥控组件及其他外围设备来组装遥控开关,以STC89C52单片机为核心,实现了开关电路的基本功能.该无线遥控开关电路可控制8路开关,可在小于30m的范围内实现多路遥控电源电路的接通与断开,具有适应环境能力、抗干扰能力强、操作灵活的优点.

    • 摘要: 为了解决现有温度监控需要的仪表数量多,组网困难的问题,设计了一种智能多路温度巡检仪。使用STC15F2K60S2作为核心处理器,巡回检测16路温度传感器。仪表具有多种类型输入功能,可与多种类型传感器、变送器配合使用。具有测量显示、超限报警控制、数据采集记录及RS 485通信功能,方便组成监控网络,大大减少了测量仪表的数量。方案采用多项创新技术,经实际测试具有测控精确稳定和抗干扰能力强等优点。%In order to solve the problems of massive instrument quantity required in temperature monitoring,and network-ing difficulty,an intelligent multi-channel temperature inspection instrument was designed. In the instrument,STC15F2K60S2 is taken as a core processor to inspect 16-channel temperature sensor. The instrument has multiple types of input functions, which makes the instrument used cooperatively with many types of sensors and transmitters. With the functions of measurement display,limit alarm control,data acquisition record and RS485 communication,It is easy to build monitoring network,and re-duce the number of measuring instruments greatly. A number of innovative technologies were used in the scheme. The actual test indicates that the instrument has the advantages of stable control accuracy,strong anti-jamming ability,etc.

The circuit design of the software and the hardware is introduced, and experiments verify the design is viable, so it provides a reasonable and reliable solution for wireless remote control.

    • 摘要: 近年来,随着快脉冲直线变压器驱动源(LTD)技术的快速发展,装置中气体开关数目成倍增长,多路开关同步触发技术已经成为制约LTD技术发展的瓶颈之一.分别从电脉冲触发、激光触发及基于光导开关(PCSS)的同步触发3个方面,概述了近年来国际上LTD的发展现状,以及各国为实现多路开关同步触发所做的研究工作,阐述了每种触发方案的优缺点,对多级多通道开关的结构及触发特点与要求进行了调查.结合LTD装置同步触发的现状,对未来相关关键技术进行了探讨和展望.%With the development of linear transformer driver, the number of gas switches in the driver increases rapidly, and thus multi-output synchronization trigger has become one of the key technical obstacles. The paper summarizes the recent researches about electrical pulse trigger, laser trigger and trigger based on photo-conductive semiconductor switches. Characteristics and trigger requirements of multi-channel multi-gas switches are reported. Developments in key technologies of trigger system are analyzed. The crucial technique problems that should be investigated in the future and some research approaches are presented.

    • 摘要: 为实现煤矿井下明渠流量的精确测量,介绍了一种新型阵列式电容流量计,自行设计的阵列式电极电容传感器,可实现对淤泥厚度及水头高度的双界面测量,通过利用电容/电压信号转换芯片CAV444实现了对电容量的简单、准确测量,传感器具有精度高、易于安装和较高的性价比等优点。%To achieve the accurate measurement of underground open channel flow,a new kind of array capacitance flowmeter is introduced in this paper.The self-designed array electrode capacitance sensor can realize double interface measurement of sludge thickness and height of water head.Through the use of the capacitance / voltage signal conversion chip CAV444,a simple,accurate measurement of capacitance is achieved.The sensor is high precision,easy to install and high performance price ratio,etc.
