摘要： TagedPIn February and March 2022,China will host the Beijing 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games.The vision for this landmark event promises a“joyful rendezvous upon pure ice and snow uniting the passion of hundreds of millions for winter sports”.1 Themes have been developed to create a positive environmental impact with new development for the northern region of the country and to promote winter sports and improve the health and well-being of the Chinese people.The key messages for the winter games include inspiring youth with the Olympic spirit and encouraging millions to embrace winter sports.Notably,the Chinese government aims to mobilize at least 300 million of its citizens to engage in winter sports as an outcome of hosting the Winter Olympic Games.

摘要： The Beijing 24th 2022 Winter Olympic Games present a unique opportunity to promote the spirit and values of the Olympic Games in relation to their impact on physical activity and global health,sports medicine,and sports performance.The 2022 Winter Olympic Games mark the 98th year since the first Winter Games were held in Chamonix,France,in 1924.The inaugural Winter Olympic Games sponsored 16 events,and 250 athletes from 16 nations participated.1 In contrast,the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games will sponsor 109 events.

摘要： The Olympic Winter Games Beijing 2022,which ended on February 20,has given athletes across the globe an opportunity to understand each other and make friends,just as the angelic voices at the opening ceremony sang:“thousands of you and me,gather into a family.”Dispatching the largest ever 388-member contingent,including 177 athletes competing in 104 events of 15 disciplines across seven sports,China aimed to achieve its best-ever results in Olympic history at Beijing 2022.Snow sports was a comparatively weak point for China in the past,contributing only one of the 13 golds prior to the Beijing Games.But the tide turned this time.China tallied nine golds and 15 medals in total at the Beijing Games,both record highs for it at a single Winter Olympics,and five out of the nine gold medals are in snow sports.

摘要： Golf is played by millions around the world because of its accessibility to all age groups and the social nature of competition. One of the most popular ways to play with peers is through recurring league competitions. However, league play requires extensive management because of the information handling and coordination involved. This paper presents the development of a web application which facilitates league management by automating and consolidating management processes. Using this application, golfers can easily create and join leagues of peers, store player information, organize competitions, and update scores throughout play. While some golf league applications already exist, none of these alternatives provide sufficient flexibility and automation at no cost. To address this need, the presented application enables the simultaneous management of multiple leagues and courses. The application also automatically generates teams for each competition based on player handicaps. To reduce management workload, responsibilities are distributed amongst all players and scores can be input and viewed live. While existing alternatives address some of these needs, there are none which provide all these features on one platform. By automating these processes and consolidating them into one application, golfers will be able to focus on the competitive and social experience of their leagues.

摘要： BACKGROUND Cardiovascular diseases have a high prevalence in adults and their development begins in the first decades of life.On the other hand,sports participation in childhood and adolescence provides benefits which can delay the onset of these diseases.AIM To synthesize the available literature on the impact of sports participation on cardiovascular outcomes in children and adolescents.METHODS This systematic review was conducted on studies of children and adolescents(aged 8-18 years)who regularly practiced a sport and had reported cardiovascular outcomes(blood pressure and intima-media thickness)recorded.The Medline/PubMed,SciELO,Reference Citation Analysis(https://www.reference citationanalysis.com/)and Bireme databases were searched.RESULTS In total,3314 publications for blood pressure and 122 publications for intimamedia thickness were identified in the databases.After exclusions(e.g.,duplicate articles,animal studies and those that did not meet the inclusion criteria),four publications for blood pressure(449 adolescents)and two publications for intimamedia thickness were included(402 adolescents).For blood pressure,all publications were longitudinal in design(follow-up ranging from 12 wk to 12 mo)and involved adolescents aged from 8 years to 18 years of age.For intima-media thickness,both publications were longitudinal in design and involved adolescents aged from 11 years to 18 years of age.CONCLUSION Sports participation seems to promote benefits to cardiovascular structure and function in adolescents.However,studies with adolescents are scarce and further research is needed to understand this phenomenon.

Start from therunning start or beginning, athletes use more breath-hold until oxygen shortage reaches the highest value, usethe aerobic or continuous breathing, rather than the rhythmic breath-hold一oxygen supplement一breath-holdtype of breathing. "breath-hold" is very important in sport of weight lifting, throwing, gymnastics and manyother power items, because these sports require support points on the thorax and pelvis muscles strong contraction to complete. In addition, the relationship between breathing movements and sports actions in manysports are very complex, different sports actions, different structures have specific breathing patterns and requmements.
