    • 摘要: 针对传统金属天线系统集成度低、性能重构不灵活等问题,设计并制备一种具有高浓度固体等离子体的横向SPiN二极管。测试结果表明,该二极管处于工作状态时,本征区内部等离子体区域呈现类金属特性(载流子浓度超过10^(18)cm^(-3)),可取代金属作为天线基本辐射单元。在此基础上,研究一种基于SPiN二极管的硅基频率可重构单极子天线,通过控制不同二极管单元的导通与截止,实现硅基天线在2.56 GHz和2.68 GHz的两种重构模式,并对天线其他辐射性能进行分析。

    • 摘要: 因通信的同步问题、网络分区的可靠性问题等,分布式系统难以在通信、分区等环节失效的情况下对特定的状态达成共识.Paxos是近年分布式系统中常见且有效的共识算法,本文通过使用模型检测的方法对Paxos算法进行形式化建模,分析和验证了Paxos作为共识算法所应当满足的性质,结果表明,Paxos算法满足安全性、活性,但执行过程中有发生活锁的可能,并通过模型检测器重现了算法发生活锁时的运行轨迹.最后通过对算法进行改进,以应对现有算法执行过程中可能出现的活锁问题,并通过了模型检测器的验证.

    • 摘要: According to the characteristics of manifold and the double helix structure of spacetime, four coordinate systems are established as reference frames. The grand parity principle and the general exclusion principle are proposed. The minimum action distance of electromagnetic force is obtained and the structure of intrinsic space of particle is studied. The stability of particle reaction, the reason for only three generations of leptons and the spatial significance of the electroweak equivalence are discussed by using the two principles and the four coordinate systems. The behavior of boson including condensation is described in terms of spatial structure. Finally, we suggest that symmetry between the field excited by charge and the field excited by mass should be further investigated.

    • 摘要: Building a bridge between properties and structures has always been the key focus of any materials research.Nowadays,energy storage materials,especially lithium-ion batteries,are crucial both in daily life and for the research community.Therefore,there is an urgent need to discover the functionality origin of battery performances to improve and design better material systems.Functionality originates from local symmetry and field.Local symmetry can be described by four fundamental degrees of freedom:lattice,charge,orbital,and spin.On the basis of this,detailed descriptions of the battery's properties in terms of lattice,charge,orbital,and spin are presented from the perspective of frontier transmission electron microscopy in this review.Besides,frontier in situ methods are introduced to record the dynamic structural evolution process during the battery cycle.Future discussion from the perspectives of both materials and characterizations is provided at the end of this review.

    • 摘要: Single atom catalysts(SACs)are constituted by isolated active metal centers,which are heterogenized on inert supports such as graphene,porous carbon,and amorphous carbon.The thermal stability,electronic properties,and catalytic activities of the metal center can be controlled via manipulating the neighboring heteroatoms such as nitrogen,oxygen,and sulfur.Due to the atomical dispersion of the active catalytic centers,the amount of metal required for catalysis can be decreased.Furthermore,new possibilities are offered to easily control the selectivity of a given transformation process as well as to improve turnover frequencies and turnover numbers of target reactions.Among them,Fe–N–C single atom catalysts own special electronic structure,and have been widely used in many fields of electrocatalysis.This review aims to summarize the synthesis of Fe–N–C based on anchoring individual iron atoms on carbon/graphene.The spin-related properties of Fe–N–C catalysts are described,including the relation between spin and electron structure of Fe–N x as well as the coupling between electronic structure of Fe–N x and electronic(orbit)of CO_(2),N_(2)and O_(2).Next,mechanistic investigations conducted to un-derstand the specific behavior of Fe–N–C catalysts are highlighted,including C,N,O electro-reduction.Finally,some issues related to the future developments of Fe–N–C are put forward and corresponding feasible solutions are offered.

    • 摘要: M701F燃气轮机停机后,由SFC带动机组升速至710r/min左右,维持该转速运行,此操作称为高速盘车.本文系统阐述了高速盘车的作用、高速盘车投入有哪些限制条件、机组停机后高速盘车冷却投入的原则以及SPIN与GT SPIN COOLING的区别和联系等,结合笔者工作实际表明,高速盘车是燃气轮机系统重要组成部分,我厂机组长期运行以来很少执行GT SPIN COOLING,而SPIN执行情况较多,多用于离线水洗,或机组启动前试运.

    • 摘要: 针对现代通信技术的快速发展对天线的智能化和高集成提出越来越高的需求,设计并制备了一种基于S PiN二极管的硅基固态等离子体可重构天线,S PiN二极管作为天线基本辐射单元设计在高电阻率的硅衬底上,通过施加合适的正向偏压在本征区内部形成固态等离子体区域,从而有效提升了天线系统集成度和动态可重构能力.仿真与实测结果表明,二极管本征区内部固态等离子体浓度超过了1018 cm-3,基于优化S PiN二极管的新型高集成可重构单极子天线通过控制天线不同单元的导通与截止实现了谐振频率在8.83 G H z和9.71 G H z的两种工作状态,在不同模式下的最大增益分别达到了2.04 dB和1.68 dB.天线其他辐射参数也表现出良好的性能,为高性能可重构天线的设计和应用提供了一种新方法.

    • 摘要: With the creation of logic gates and algorithms for quantum computers and entering our lives, it is predicted that great developments will take place in this area and important efforts are made. Spin rotation processors are quantum mechanical rotation processors and have no classic counterparts. The rotation operators of spin 1/2 are well known and can be found in related textbooks. But rotation operators of other spins greater than 1/2 can be found numerically by evaluating the series expansions of exponential operator obtained from Schr?dinger equation, by evaluation of Wigner-d formula or by recently established expressions in polynomial forms discussed in the text. In a previous paper, rotation operators for spins 1/2 to 2 were published. In this work, explicit symbolic expressions of x, y and z components of rotation operators for spin 5/2, 3 and 7/2 are worked via exponential operator for each element of related spin operators and utilizing simple linear curve fitting process. The procedures gave out exact expressions of each element of the rotation operators.
