    • 摘要: Hevin/Sparcl1(hereafter referred to as Hevin)is an extracellular matrix protein encoded by the SPARCL1 gene.Recently,it has been revealed that Hevin has various functions,such as synapse formation,neuronal migration,inflammation,and angiogenesis(Gongidi et al.,2004;Naschberger et al.,2016;Singh et al.,2016;Liu et al.,2021).In addition,genome-wide association studies uncovered de novo and familial mutations of the SPARCL1 gene associated with a risk for autism spectrum disorder(ASD)(De Rubeis et al.,2014).However,the relationship between ASD-associated Hevin mutant and cellular phenotype has not been clarified.Recently,we have reported that ASD-associated mutation in Hevin reduces secretion efficiency and induces endoplasmic reticulum(ER)stress caused by structural instability(Taketomi et al.,2022).In this perspective,we discuss the relationship between the molecular functions of Hevin and ASD risk(Figure 1A).Also,we introduce our recent findings that link ASD-associated Hevin mutant to the cellular phenotype of ASD.

    • 摘要: Precise control of the discharge in space and time is of great significance for better applications of discharge plasma.Here,we used a femtosecond laser filament to trigger and guide a highvoltage DC pulse discharge to achieve spatiotemporal control of the discharge plasma.In space,the discharge plasma is distributed strictly along the channel generated by the femtosecond laser filament.The breakdown voltage threshold is reduced,and the discharge length is extended.In time,the electrical parameters such as the electrode voltage and the electrode gap affect discharge delay time and jitter.By optimizing the parameters,we can achieve sub-nanosecond jitter of the discharge.Based on the spatiotemporal control of the discharge,we applied filamenttriggered discharge for one-dimensional composition measurements of the gas flow field.Besides,the technique shows great potential in studying the spatiotemporal evolution of discharge plasma.

    • 摘要: As a promising solution, virtualization is vigorously developed to eliminate the ossification of traditional Internet infrastructure and enhance the flexibility in sharing the substrate network (SN) resources including computing, storage, bandwidth, etc. With network virtualization, cloud service providers can utilize the shared substrate resources to provision virtual networks (VNs) and facilitate a wide and diverse range of applications. As more and more internet applications migrate to the cloud, the resource efficiency and the survivability of VNs, such as single link failure or large-scale disaster survivability, have become crucial issues. Elastic optical networks have emerged in recent years as a strategy for dealing with the divergence of network application bandwidth needs. The network capacity has been constrained due to the usage of only two multiplexing dimensions. As transmission rates rise, so does the demand for network failure protection. Due to their end-to-end solutions, those safe-guarding paths are of particular importance among the protection methods. This paper presents approaches that provide a failure-independent route-protecting p-cycle for path protection in space-division multiplexed elastic optical networks. This letter looks at two SDM network challenges and presents a heuristic technique (k-shortest path) for each. In the first approach, we study a virtual network embedding (SVNE) problem and propose an algorithm for EONs, which can combat against single-link failures. We evaluate the proposed POPETA algorithm and compare its performance with some counterpart algorithms. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can achieve satisfactory performance in terms of spectrum utilization and blocking ratio, even if with a higher backup redundancy ratio.

    • 摘要: We consider the spectrum-preserving maps on positive definite cones of C*-algebras or von Neumann algebras. We first introduce some basic properties of Jordan isomorphism. Then, we study the additively spectrum preserving property and the multiplicatively spectrum-preserving property, and prove that these maps can be characterized by Jordan isomorphisms between C*-algebras.

    • 摘要: ABSTRACT Aneutronic fusion reactions such as proton-boron fusion could efficiently produce clean energy with quite low neutron doses.However,as a consequence,conventional neutron spectral methods for diagnosing plasma ion temperature would no longer work.Therefore,finding a way to probe the ion temperature in aneutronic fusion plasmas is a crucial task.Here,we present a method to realize ultrafast in situ probing of^(11)B ion temperature for proton-boron fusion by Doppler broadening of the nuclear resonance fluorescence(NRF)emission spectrum.The NRF emission is excited by a collimated,intenseγ-ray beam generated from submicrometer wires irradiated by a recently available petawatt(PW)laser pulse,where theγ-ray beam generation is calculated by three-dimensional particle-in-cell simulation.When the laser power is higher than 1 PW,five NRF signatures of a^(11)B plasma can be clearly identified with high-resolutionγ-ray detectors,as shown by our Geant4 simulations.The correlation between the NRF peak width and^(11)B ion temperature is discussed,and it is found that NRF emission spectroscopy should be sensitive to 11B ion temperatures T_(i)>2.4 keV.This probing method can also be extended to other neutron-free-fusion isotopes,such as^(6)Li and^(15)N.

    • 摘要: Background: Modern psychological theories define introvert-extrovert spectrum as a continuous dimension of personality, rather than simply two personality types. Purpose of this article is to investigate and explain the introvert-extrovert spectrum, define and discuss the term ambivert whilst expanding the term introvert-extrovert spectrum using the term of ambiversion as an equally important, and finally, discuss the importance of libido in the context of introvert-ambivert-extrovert spectrum. Methods: Using literature review, author’s own experience and reflections about this subject, the theory of introvert-ambivert-extrovert spectrum is explained, expanded and discussed in this article. Conclusion: Libido, which can be defined not only as a sexual drive (narrow meaning), but as an overall life energy (wider meaning), can be directed in the individual’s expression of energy more inward (that is being more introverted) or more outward (that is being more extroverted). Ambiversion is somewhere near the half-way mark between two extremes, and it is characterized by high degree of adaptiveness and a good balance between inward and outward turning of the libido, which is associated with having more mature defense mechanisms in different life situations in comparison with predominantly introverts or extroverts, who might be more susceptible for the development of neurotic defense mechanism when faced with demanding life situations that require personality traits from the opposite side of the introvert-ambivert-extrovert spectrum. Using psychological advice and mental training it is possible to develop some of the personality traits from the opposite side of the spectrum in order to increase the adaptiveness to different life situations and avoid the development of neurotic defense mechanisms and neurotic surrogate life goals.

    • 摘要: With the emergence of 5G mobile multimedia services,end users’demand for high-speed,low-latency mobile communication network access is increasing.Among them,the device-to-device(D2D)communication is one of the considerable technology.In D2D communication,the data does not need to be relayed and forwarded by the base station,but under the control of the base station,a direct local link is allowed between two adjacent mobile devices.This flexible communicationmode reduces the processing bottlenecks and coverage blind spots of the base station,and can be widely used in dense user communication scenarios such as heterogeneous ultra-dense wireless networks.One of the important factors which affects the quality-of-service(QoS)of D2D communications is co-channel interference.In order to solve this problem of co-channel interference,this paper proposes a graph coloring based algorithm.The main idea is to utilize the weighted priority of spectrum resources and enables multiple D2D users to reuse the single cellular user resource.The proposed algorithm also provides simpler power control.The heterogeneous pattern of interference is determined using different types of interferences and UE and the priority of color is acquired.Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm effectively reduced the co-channel interference,power consumption and improved the system throughput as compared with existing algorithms.

    • 摘要: cqvip:To meet the rapid growth of mobile communications services,the continuously upgraded wireless networks significantly increase the demand for radio spectrum resources.However,the spectrum supply is limited,thus triggering the spectrum demandsupply gap.Consequently,dynamic spectrum sharing emerges as a promising paradigm of enhancing spectrum usage,which has been widely recognized and adopted in commercial wireless standards,such as the 4G LTE,5G NR,and so on.As part of 3GPP Release 15,operators allocate portions of the 4G LTE spectrum that they are already using to 5G NR-this means that 4G LTE and 5G NR users can coexist in the same frequency band/channel at the same time.A software upgrade makes it possible to use existing RAN to deliver 5G services to unleash the potential of artificial intelligence in mobile networks.
